I truly cannot recommend Vale more strongly! My (now) fiance and I contacted Vale when we were starting the engagement ring process, and I was particularly interested in Vale's use of alternative stones and the ability to incorporate stones from my grandmother's ring. End-to-end, Ava and the rest of the Vale team were incredible to work with - incredibly responsive, helpful, and gave me the space to have my own opinions without feeling like there was ever any pressure. The bespoke process moved so swiftly and efficiently, and I don't think an email or question of mine ever went a day without getting answered. I always felt like my grandmother's stones were in safe hands. Ava even reached out to us after the proposal, which made us feel so great! I could not be happier with the final result!

I went to Vale to get two heirloom diamonds set, one as a ring and one as a necklace. From the first email the Vale team was so lovely and helpful! At my consultation with them one of their designers, Rachel, let me see a bunch of different setting options that would suit my diamond size, and offered suggestions about accent stones and styles that took my responses into account and was never pushy. And once I decided on my settings, they blew their own 4 week estimate away and had both pieces plus an appraisal done in 2 weeks! I couldn’t be happier with the process or my beautiful new pieces, which I’ll treasure as something decidedly my style and a reminder of my great-grandmother and grandmother. I would go back to Vale in a heartbeat and highly recommend them!

It took a loooong time and lots of false starts before getting here, but THANK YOU Vale for working with me to create a custom wedding band. I was looking for a wedding ring that I could wear everyday (solo without the engagement ring), so that meant no open or curved bands. My engagement ring also had a basket that sat on the finger, so straight bands didn't sit flush. I went to so many places before I found Vale. They were so thorough walking through each step of the process. I'm so so happy with their technical expertise, customer experience, and the final product. It's easy to wear, beautiful by itself, and can stand up to my engagement ring, too.

A truly 10 out of 10 experience working with Vale on my custom engagement ring. I had done A LOT of online research before selecting a jeweler, and Vale had continuously come up as a top contender, so going into the process I already felt confident. From there, they completely exceeded my expectations! Everyone on the team is incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and empathetic. They worked with me and my partner closely at every stage – from selecting the stone to design iterations. They were extremely communicative during the entire process, oftentimes replying to emails within the same hour as sending them. And most importantly, the final product was perfect – exactly how I envisioned it, if not, better!

I was really unsure what kind of ring I wanted going into the shopping experience but knew I wanted something special that was also timeless. I worked with Ava throughout my experience and she was THE BEST - extremely responsive, empathetic, and warm. In my first appointment at Vale, I had free rein to look through their inventory and select the rings I wanted to try on. I immediately felt comfortable and appreciated their openness to let me explore. As I tried on different styles, Ava listened to my feedback and took notes on what I was saying, and even what I wasn’t saying, to compile a summary of styles and features I was drawn to. As someone who didn’t know what they wanted, it was amazing to hear her read back what she was hearing me say and feel so connected to her summary! From there, Ava sourced different stones for me to see that were aligned to what I was liking. She was great at communicating each step of the process and I loved the level of transparency she gave throughout. It can be a scary and intimidating purchase, and the level of care Ava took built trust for us that we were making the right decisions. After doing some homework on diamonds and engagement rings, I also felt confident that we were receiving fair market value, even after deciding to go with a bespoke design. I was really excited to get a unique ring, and thoroughly enjoyed having a seat at the table when it came to design and decisions. Again, Ava was amazing to work with, giving thoughtful expert feedback while also listening to what I wanted in the ring. She kept me up to date throughout the design process, which allowed me to be involved as much or as little as I wanted. Together, we designed my DREAM ring which is better than I could have even imagined going into our first appointment. It is perfectly unique yet classic and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Ava and Eva provide incredible attention to detail and have grown to know our style and preferences. From customizing the perfect engagement ring to shopping for our wedding bands and even through a tough situation where my wedding band was lost on a trip to New Zealand (insert Lord of the Rings joke here). Ava was gracious enough to replace the band at the original price we paid.
