The
service
is
strange!
BJs
has
weird
policies.
The
app
doesn't
always
shows
what's
in
stock
at
a
store
and
some
items
don't
appear
to
be
in-stock,
even
if
there's
a
truck
load
of
it
on
the
shelf!
It
seems
to
favor
customers
with
credit
cards
over
everyone
and
anything
else!
The
check-out
lines
tend
to
move
slower
than
other
warehouses.
Maybe
it's
because
they
still
allow
people
to
clip
coupons
and
redeem
vouchers.
The
self-checkout
line
are
the
worst.
They
let
people
with
more
than
20
items.
The
system
will
NEVER
prompt
a
customer
to
enter
the
#
of
items
inside
the
cart!
It's
like
a
game
for
their
customer
service
and
security
goons.
They
deliberately
let
people
scan/mis-scan
whatever
they
want,
believing
the
receipt
checker
will
correct
everything
on
exit.
The
self-check
out
beeps
even
when
the
wrong
bar-code
is
scanned
like
it
was
a
normal
code!
I
have
never
interacted
with
auto-selfcheck
as
ambiguous
as
BJ's.
It
can
simply
ask
the
customer
to
enter
the
items
purchased
and
then
weigh
the
corresponding
items
on
the
scale.
Some
items
like
chips
that
come
in
two
bags
require
the
customer
to
scan
both
bags
and
appear
strangely
as
1
item!
The
POS
doesn't
inform
the
that
only
bag
1
of
2
was
scanned.
The
thing
is
a
mess!
The
scanners
at
the
other
warehouse
are
much
more
accurate.
