I had the best diamond ring buying experience with Rare Carats for my Push Present. I had lots of questions about the 7.03 carat diamond I wanted, and the gemologists were there every step of the way, promptly answering all questions. When securing the diamond, I called and spoke to a live person. The stone turned out beyond my expectations. I was concerned about there being a bow tie, especially for the size, but there is none and the gemologist was able to look at it and reassure me of this. It is the most beautiful diamond I have ever seen. I requested claw prongs and to have my stone set low in the ring, and they delivered. They even price matched my diamond, giving me a discount of thousands of dollars. The ring was overnight shipped and arrived so quickly to California. I went through 13 online and brick and mortar jewelry sellers to find a jeweler that would make the engagement ring I wanted. None would do something I thought was relatively straight forward. Channel set princess cut on band, 3 stone setting, princess cut on side stones and a heart shaped diamond as center stone. When I found rarecarat they said no problem. I found the setting and center stone I wanted. The group I worked with were the best I ever encountered. They were sincere in their interest to assist me getting what I wanted. It took a few more days than estimated but they wanted quality and for the ring to be done right. Courtney and Natalie and frankly everyone I worked with were amazing. The ring was exactly what I wanted and a reasonable price based on stone quality as compared to the others. And the best news is my fiancee loved the ring and of course said YES.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. First off, we worked closely with not only the staff but the CEO Ajay who helped us navigate our purchase. We wanted to customize the Paris Hidden Halo setting with a thicker band. Ajay sent our requests to his team and within days, we were able to choose the perfect one for us. We ended up purchasing a beautiful 3.28 cushion lab diamond Ideal Cut with H Color and VVS2 clarity along the platinum hall setting. The whole process from the start to having the ring in hand took less than 4 weeks! That is unheard of! I’m so glad I found them and their easy to navigate website, I was impressed by the quality of the diamonds, packaging, customer service and prompt shipping, most of all their prices are very affordable without compromising the quality, my local jeweler said “These diamonds are of superb quality and are very clean with excellent cut” I loved the fact that they issued a tracking number and requested a signature upon delivery, I started with (2) 0.31 carat J color VVS1 -VVS2 round diamonds and also (1) 1.09 carat J color VVS2 cushion cut diamond, they are absolutely beautiful!!!
