Don't ever order from here. I ordered through seamless and went to put a tip on my card but for some reason, the tip was not added. the delivery guy shows up and tells me but i have no cash and he proceeds to tell me F**k you as if it were my fault. i contacted the restaurant and all they had to say was i should have tipped him. No help or anything. that is most certainly not the way to provide customer service. I will NEVER order from here again. also the food was TERRIBLE. ribs were overcooked and the shrimp fried rice tasted old.

The take out is horrible, I’m not usually a food critic, but this is just disgusting. I order a chicken broccoli with pork fried rice and egg soup and here is the results. Rice is mushy, no pork at all, NONE, and I was charged extra for it, chicken is very very very hard, broccoli is around average, a bit over cooked by okay, the sauce is awkward, it has this hint of sourness which kills the dish even more. The egg drop soup is a average. The price of ~$8 for this is not worth, there are many other places which can serve better for food that price, plus the portion is quite small, but I am okay the portion, overall the dish is horrible, I don’t think I’ll revisit that Chinese again, I’ll have to go to a farther one now.

Delivery Driver is absolutely atrocious. I haven’t had the food yet and definitely dont feel like having it after my encounter with this disgustingly poor excuse of a delivery driver. While handing me my food he asks “you paid the tip” after stating I didn’t have tip today he grabbed the bag from me and said “no tip, no delivery”. Because i PAID for my food I grabbed it back from his hands and walk away while he stood there cussing. No matter how good your food is poor customer service does not cut it. Now i dont even want the food but id be damned if he left with what i paid for. NEVER will I be ordering from them again. October 25, 2018

Ordered lunch special but delivery guy takes an hour... i live 7 mins away. Ordered 2 and one of them was wrong. I gave the delivery guy tip but i should have gave him nothing for the one hour it took. Gonna start picking up my order cause delivery guy sucks.

Worst chinese food with worst service. I will never order from here again. Little portions. Fried rice with no meat. Chicken with broccoli dry. ( barely any chicken just broccoli.) How do these people stay in business is beyond me.

I eat here once a week. Their fried rice is superior to most others, especially their house special rice. They have great Shrimp with Lobster sauce and sesame chicken. They are the best take out around and the prices are very reasonable.

My general tsaos chicken came with small bones! This is horrible, the food was great but then my dad almost chocked to death. please make sure you check the chicken before you send it out because this is really bad.

Boneless spare ribs were dry and extremely tough. Egg roll was burnt. Wouldn't recommend.

They have a sign for $4.95, I arrive at 1:30.They said special was over. False advertising, because they should remove sign. I ordered sesame chicken for $6.50 w/tax. Burnt my lips, they had overcooked it. The breading was crusty. I would not go back or recommend them. Instead go to KanWah 59-12 Main st. At least you get something to drink and less money.

I just called the restaurant to try to place a delivery around the corner she told me it will be long I said okay then she said it’s will be a hour that’s OK because I can’t walk just had surgery on my leg I said that’s OK for the hour delivery because I can’t walk they, she said she’s not trying too deliver anywhere I don’t know maybe because I didn’t order a big order for her satisfaction she was just trying to talk me into not getting any delivery at first then she goes straight to the Point And said no to me and hung up the phone and never picked the phone back up 1/3/23 at 5:45PM horrible service I would never spend a dollar at this place

I’ve been coming here for years picking up my orders. Never any issues or problems. Always quick and delicious. Sometimes a bit pricey. Favorite choices: egg roll, chicken w/ peanuts, fried shredded beef, lo mein. Will continue to come back

Ordered on Seamless at 7:05. At 8:30 I called to enquirer about my order delivery and was rudely told they were busy. The woman then promptly hung up. At 9:05 I called again at which time I was told it was on its way. It's now 9:38. Still no food. Canceling my order through Seamless and will never order from them again.

When I came to pick up my order, I saw all of them wearing no mask at all! Especially those employee who’s cooking the food! This is ridiculous!

horrible food i orderd vegtable dumplings pan fried and bit into soggy ass oil filled dumplings by far the worsr chinese food i ever had if it ther was an option for 0 stars i would have left no stars. bottom line this place sucks dont eat at this place

New to the area and gave this place a try...big mistake. Went with my husband and I ordered sesame chicken while he chose General Tsao chicken. First the guy twice tried to over charge us by several dollars, first by adding on soda we didn’t ask for, and then we caught that he still tried to charge extra for one of the meals, claiming he didn’t know the price. Then he gave us both meals with sesame seeds on them and said they were both sesame chicken. When I corrected that they were supposed to be two different kinds of chicken, he said that sesame chicken and General tsao chicken are the same thing. In fact both were very spicy, as if he put sesame seeds on two orders of General tsao chicken. And both dishes were drowned in sauce, to the point that we couldn’t even eat most of it. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. Guy was a swindler and food was awful.

This pace is nasty ..ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice..the chicken wings were overcooked looked almost burned & the rice wasn't even porked friend rice..they charged me almost 15$ for chicken wings with rice & small wonton soup way too much for those 2 items than the guy wanted a tip I told him u already added ur tip in it buddy

Every St. John’s student knows how the delivery drivers harass about tip. But we order anyways since they come straight to the dorms. They change their prices once they deliver. Also for some reason a bottle of Snapple is $3.60.

Their service isn't really good but I love their general tso' chicken

it is unfortunate that King Wok stopped using the coupons on their website. now when you order all they give you free is fried rice. General tso's chicken is no longer free with a 20$ + order.

Best Chinese take out in Fresh Meadows ,NY. Nice people, really listen to the details of your order. I would give 5 Star.
