The Best Bebe fritay ever in Queens. They definetly beat all the ones in Brooklyn. The food is amazing especially ( Lalo). They are very clean. The Customer service is great. No one gives you attitude or rush you to order. They are very polite, patient and welcoming. This is the first haitian restaurant i went to and i have no complaints... if i could give them ten stars i would. Hope they never change.

I am not from NYC not to mention the area. My colleague had a death in her family and I was told they were of Haitian decent. I called around to see if anyone could do family style and deliver. No one was willing to help me until I called Bebe Fritay. The women that runs the restaurant spent a good bit of time explaining the cuisine to me and making suggestions that were in my budget. I had to delay the delivery time twice, as the family was out looking at funeral homes. She was happy to accommodate. I have heard nothing but raving reviews of the food from my colleague and her family. Thank you for making this tragic event of circumstances a positive experience. Food heals the soul. I highly recommend that you try this hidden jewel.

Order by Uber Eats Legume and Mayi and thoroughly enjoyed these fresh and tasty options. They even substituted cornmeal to enjoy with the codfish. Having comforting food from my parents homeland on a rainy day is truly a blessing and brought on the sunshine. Also wanted to say they were very courteous and understanding when I called to inquire. Appreciate the good customer service.

Bebe Fritay workers are SLOPPY. They don’t use gloves. Their dirty fingers are all over food. Please if you go there, pay close attention.

The staff needs to learn about customer service. They are very laidback. They take their own sweet time. You can’t just go in and grad an anything quickly from that place. The food is good and delicious. The prices aren’t fixed. The offer a good variety of the Haitian cuisine but the staff doesn’t care if you’re happy with the services provided. They’re not rude but the concept of time does not exist for them.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! We came joined the line told the lady our then this other guy walked in she completely disregard us took his order without saying anything to us. We're paying just like him and you disregard our order to take his. Those two ladies that's working today Sunday November 12th need training on customer service. You have to interact with your customers don't disregard my order to take your friend's or boyfriend order. It's disrespectful and tasteless. It's safe to say i won't be going back there anymore. If i could give no stars i would've.

The best Haitian restaurant this side of town. Always friendly service and on time. Great food. Made just the way I like it. The place is clean and well lit. They catered a number of my parties, their service and professionalism was over the top. This has become my restaurant of choice to dine out at, and to Cater my events.

I was craving some fritay, it was a long wait but so worth it, I’m so happy everything was so good.

I absolutely loveeeee their patties! The spinach is my favorite. I especially love the fact the patties are not greasy. The owner is just the sweetest man. My mother is partially blind and he is always kind and sweet to her. I love this place!

They serve the best fritay in New York , plantains are crispy , akra is authentic, griot is tasty and juicy . So yummy , It is to die for . I am definitely going back !

I used to love this place but today, around 1 PM, I was served old food (probably from last night). The Tassot and Marinade were cold on the inside and Macaroni was dried out. My tummy hurts after a couple bites of the goat. Booooo!

Visiting from Florida. Hubby and I walked passed this place and decided to go back and get some patties, they were good, hot and fresh.

First timer here and I tried it because my usual place was closed and I was drawn by the reviews and I must say....very good! I got the diri kole and griot. Not salty, dry or tasteless. Just perfect. I am very happy and yeah, I'll be back. I just pray the card machine will be up and running ;) add: To top it off I must say the service was one of the best I've received in a Haitian establishment so, compliments, compliments.

Oh this place is amazing and so accommodating to my food diets. I was visiting family and was extremely hungry. I was told to stop by another Haitian restaurant for food but luckily they didn’t have anything I wanted, I searched for another and I found this place. I just wished I found this place sooner. My boyfriend and I were welcomed with open hands, we enjoyed the food so much I had to come back the next day (sadly the day I was leaving) and I brought some home for my family to try and it was a hit. I was hosting a party and the only place I could trust with my event was this one. The owners were so kind and so friendly with me and worked with me with all my wishes. My guest loved the food so much and some were from the same area so I’m happy they found a wonderful spot for food. I would like to say thank you so much, I live by so many other Haitian restaurants and I will drive two hours to get to this one they are so inviting so kind the food is delicious it’s worth every dime. Out of every Haitian restaurant I’ve walked into I can say this was the first Haitian restaurant I’ve ever felt had respect for every single one of its guest and from the bottom of my heart I appreciate that. Thank you so much. I will be doing business again 😁

Don’t go to this place …absolutely horrible … I order griot with skin and they gave me a platter of fat and dry pork

This company is committing highway Robbery I just bought 4 Pattie’s and a drink I was gonna buy a Tasssot fritay without her telling me how much she ran my card for $65.47. I’m not sure if they think I just landed in America but I am disputing this charge and I’m getting my money back… and I will not stop writing g reviews until I get an email on how to conduct proper business… this is straight up unethical and I want my money back.

I recently visited this restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with my questions. I especially enjoyed the variety of flavors here. I highly recommend Bebe Fritay for anyone looking for a unique culinary experience!
