Went their to get Covid 19 Vaccine. Hospital is neat and clean , All the staff is professional. They have every good system to provide the vaccine. They gives waiting numbers to all the persons, and call them one by one, fill up the forms and take them inside for vaccine. Nurses are very polite and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had the most traumatizing experience there. Basically went in due to the onset of a miscarriage (second trimester); the nurse did not believe me when I told her what was going on and asked me questions like are you sure? How do you know? Very belittling. I was not given a full examination and was told they didn’t have obstetrics staff there (this was late night) and they wouldn’t be back until morning. This was after they admitted me and hooked me up to an IV. When my husband and I requested to leave they would not authorize it and kept telling us we couldn’t leave. I got through to my regular doctor who is affiliated with a much better hospital who ultimately yelled at the staff there over the phone and they finally released me by ambulance to his care. They asked me for insurance but they never billed because they knew what they did. This place is just the worse; they do not care about patient health and it’s mind blowing that they are still in business.

Interfaith waiting area is super disgusting!!!!! They leave food around and leave homeless people there freely. They are people too but just like everyone else once discharged you have to leave but they allow them to sleep. 2 guards came and did absolutely nothing. The customer service is poor they speak to people like animals well not me because I would flip but very poor customer Service. There are flies flying all around the hospital it is unhealthy and unfair to us patients!!! It is NASTY!!!! I’ll let y’all know how the back looks once I get there… It’s uncomfortable!!!

My 83 year old mother, was left in a chair in the emergency room for 4 days. They totally ignored her. And when family members called hospital to find out about what was going on with her. We were lied to and hung up on. We were told that she was doing fine. When we finally got access to her. We found her sitting in a wooden chair, wet, pale, and hungry. And when we tried to sign her out of there we were given a hard time. We trust these people to take care of our sick. And they are treated with such disregard and disrespect. It's a shame that a facility like this is still allowed to operate.

Bad customer service and care. Most of the nurses and doctors don’t speak well English and when you ask them to repeat their selves they catch an attitude one doctor even stormed out of the room. The nurse didn’t know what was going on at one point she told me they were giving me medication then she said it was just saline solution but the doctor then came and said it’s medication. I told her it was burning running through my veins she said she didn’t care. Before I left the hospital I asked her to check if I had a fever she put the thing under my mouth apparently that machine isn’t working because I’m sitting at home in the bed with a fever of 102. When I ask for the name of the medication that was in the IV no one knew what it was she said she would write it down 😒. I was there from 4:30am until 12pm. I told all the people who checked me in that I have low blood sugar. They pump me up on loads of medication and antibiotics but yet didn’t offer me anything to put in my stomach. Late at night is when all the drunks and belligerence come into the hospital the staff is very nonchalant about how they act throughout the facility. When the EMTs first brought me in through the emergency door I saw one nurse sleeping in a chair. I get she’s I guess she may have had a long day but they were sick patients there that need care and it doesn’t look professional one of the staff members sleeping at the front desk. Overall I do not think this is a hospital that you would want to go to

I have been here at this hospital with my grandson. The nurses and Doctors are the worse you can ever imagine in the medical field. The doctor who was attending to him just came in and requested an x-ray. We did it and now over 1 and 1/2 hours and still no one came to assist us. Everytime I went to the desk to find out what's happening I get a different story.. Please if you or your love ones is sick please do not go to this hospital, they don't know what they are doing. They just there for a paycheck.

Interfaith Medical is a Very clean medical center with friendly staff. Came here for the Covid-19 vaccine. In and out in just over an hour. Was skeptical when I read other negative reviews. But, my experience was very pleasant. Even the RN that administered the shot was very friendly and professional, she took the time to explain everything to me then asked if I had any questions before giving me the shot.

I’ve been to this hospital many times during the year 2023. This time I was admitted and they treated me like trash. I’m certain it’s because I’m a black woman. They constantly accused me of taking opioids and drinking alcohol. I don’t do either of those things and expressed that to them. It wasn’t enough and they gave me something in the e.r. After telling me I had pneumonia and my stomach went haywire. They gave me morphine and then another doctor came and told me I’m having drug withdrawals. This place is not for normal people. This place is for the homeless and mentally unstable and they will treat EVERYONE as such. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL.

Never have I been to a hospital where the nurses are rude nasty and don't know how to put a needle into a vain not only that sleeping on the job talking loud and taking there time when ringing a bell. Doctor don't explain anything they just want to give you medication without explain anything I will never recommended anyone to go there at all and to be honest the told me they was getting my transportation with my insurance yeah right put me in a cab and when I got to my place the embarrassing I went though because I didn't have the money on hand to pay. Also they left me all bruised up. And the lady next to me wasn't in good health and they let her go. So if you want to stay alive don't go to this hospital at all

This is the place to be if you like a compact, disorganized and loud place to wait while you’re trying to be seen. Many wandering patients coughing about, deranged and angry men creating a hostile environment and if it couldn’t get any worse..they forget to put me on the list to see a doctor post-check in and tell me just 3 hours after walking repeatedly past me. I didn’t expect a lot from BK, but now I know to trust my instinct. If this was a real emergency, I’d be dead by now.

I have been living in this area for 23 years. We used to call this hospital “the place where you go to die” and guess what!!? it’s 2023 and that statement is still true. My mother went to this hospital with kidney issues and they gave her the wrong antibiotic. She has been suffering for months and now actually went to another hospital and is being treated properly. If you value your life, then I would take some time to go to another hospital and never ever go to interfaith. The doctors here graduated from trash school with trash brain. Close the shop. You guys are THE WORST HOSPITAL IN THE AREA, IN THE CITY.

My mother's experience with Interfaith Medical Hospital was truly unprofessional, disgustingly despicable and not a welcoming place. She was a patient there 35 years ago and the sad part she have been married to my dad for 46 years and they did not want her to stay with my dad and he cannot express himself verbally. When my parents went to Long Island Hospital they let my mom stay with my dad they sent her downstairs to get a pass to spend the night and day with my father. Nontheless living in the hood, you get hood and no quality of life treatment.People depend on great medical care and it is not right for medical staff at Interfaith to treat patients this way because one day thise same dictirs have their own family members and they will make sure that the dictors, nurses, snd staff wiuld have great care. Living in brooklyn and dealing with a densely populated staff is horrible their. My dad gave 36 years of his life to Varsity Company you think he wanted to work everday in the wonter or cold? He dedicated to his family ans alos to his coworkers because his job never got to him so why is it that the good karma my dad gave to his work as a bus driver why shouldnt he be fairly trrestes wherever he goes to recoeve medical treated and get good treatment with is absolutely 100 percent during visiting hours that the security guards were sleeping and doctors and the nurse, staff, and the doctors in this time does not care and were sleeping on their shift on their cell phones and looking like lamb chop with their eye lashes and tight fitting clothes on Instagram anFacebook. Stop not caring ans be kind and compassionate . and have not courtesy, professionalism and respect. I hate the know that educated doctors and nurses and staff have no remorse to help with other people they are not dealing with their own family member. becausedont want you to be around your love one so you cant sue them for their wrong doing. It is not right with the way customer sevice is kept. mom went with my dad to the hospital from 400am in the morning ans no one bothered to give my dad a bed pan, mouth wash, tooth paste, one thing that the CNA gave was a scrub. The food is lousy, there was no one that fed the patient with breakfast or lunch the nurses bought him the food and no one didnt feed the man. It is so sad the way that huomer service was horrible. My mother gave birth to five children. In those times families were taken better care and that was 35 Years ago that my mom has children and it was legendary in those times of need because doctors, nurses, staff, and security guard were very helpful, professional, and trustworthy individuals to their patients.

This hospital sucks big time. My 82 year old mother was in the emergency room for 4 days sitting in a chair. She was pale, exhausted, soiled and hungry. She informed me that she kept asking for them to call me and they ignore her. The staff was unprofessional and i will never go back there. I would call sometimes they would not answer and when they did answer they would lie. They are a waste of space. I really think they need lessons on a professionalism.

Bedside manner is practically non-existent here — it’s kind of amazing how little care is shown by staff. The receptionist was patronizing; the nurses were absent-minded. Very little compassion; virtually no urgency in the *emergency* room. It was a slow night and it took four hours for me to receive treatment for a kidney infection. I can’t imagine how long it would’ve taken if it had been busy… *shivers* Stay far away from here. Go literally anywhere else.

Arrived at ER with my son who needed medical attention, what I experienced was a horror story, The doctor on duty was more concern about her searches on the internet then her patients, the staff was half asleep and the security guards were fighting each other literally!!! I was so embarrassed, I’ve never seen anything like this before ! I could not Believe the circus show ! And if you don’t believe me take look at security cameras!!! August 3 thru August 4 2023, I would never ever come to this Hospital again… between the drug addicts and mentality ill walk in. I felt horrible taking my son to this hospital, My recommendation would be if the city or the Hospital administration take a closer look on these issues which I have explained..

One star is too much. This hospital has nasty, angry, unhelpful staff who have zero compassion. Absolutely disgusting attitudes for people needing hospital facilities/help. If you care about yourself or your loved ones, steer far away from this place.

Got my COVID vaccine shots here. Nurses Sherry, Maldonado and Yvonne made my health visits golden experiences and I'm certain that they'd do just that wherever they go and for whoever the come into contact with. The hospital sections are well laid out to allow for ease of mind and comfort. Warm and professional service all round!

They got one star because I had to give a rating. Facility is run down patient rooms very small and outdated and dingy. Equipment old and not in working order. Let's get into the 2pm start foe visiting hour's which is ridiculous. The doctor's also not that great and they are a teaching hospital so residents treating the patients learning on your loved one's. If your family admitted here go everyday.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I was an Rn for years and the doctors are more involved in their own lives then their patients some of the RNs as well I had to write everything down for them! It's like I wasn't even speaking english!!! The people and facilities are disgusting. I was bounced to 2 different hospitals because of my epilepsy but wow this one is terrible!!! I didn't ask to be there and then when I was on the phone with a fellow RN telling him what I was witnessing a rn their big mouth if you will said if you don't like our facilities you can go back to Brighton Beach. Omg what kind of treatment is that?!

Dr Kathleen Eduard is a godsend. She and her staff treated my infant for Covid in the ER and they were wonderful. This hospital doesn’t have a pediatric ward anymore, they still took him in and went above and beyond for his care. She even called a few days later to follow up on him. What more can you ask for from medical professionals who put themselves in the line of fire every single day. I’m so grateful to them that my baby is healthy and happy again. Thank you.

I was a patient here in December, went in with shortness of breath, found out I had congestive heart failure. The cardiologist Dr. Addedayo saved my life. The nurses were awesome except for one. They took very good care of me. Today my heart is back to normal. Thanks to everyone in Cardiology ❣️😄

I don’t know what it will take for the city to shut this hospital down. In late 2020 a GYN doctor refused to see me because I had Covid. If I’m not mistaken, I thought doctors took an oath to save lives. I could have died. I had to wheel myself into an urgent care just to be seen. This hospital truly disgusts me.

There's hardly no wait in the waiting room well I usually come between the hours of 2am - 5am no wait and get a bed in the emergency room right away the emergency room doctors remember me from 9months ago that's a plus so it was easy to relate my concern to them and it was also easier to diagnose and treat me they ran the necessary test an which hours before I came to the hospital I was at another hospital and they didn't do none of the test that this hospital ran to find a diagnosis they did a mandatory Covid test and staff usually give u what u need when u need it waiting to admitted it may take a minute but once you are everything is usually good after that different doctors come to exam you but ask the same question little annoying but I guess it's just part of each doctor procedure can't be mad at that food here it's surprisingly tasty and seasoned a little bit with your little salt does the job and they do give you packs of salt unlike like some other hospitals my advice ask a doctor put double portions or high calorie meal if the food don't fill you but all in all my experience at the hospital is pretty great and was great the last time I have little to no problems at this hospital except for the room I was in with a broken AC but I got through that LOL

This is the worse hospital in Brooklyn NY, The works are rude, never at the desk, comes to work with boyfriends with them. The young lady at radiology department 2nd floor ( sylvester) is extremely rude and never where she supposed to be. There’s no communication among the workers orders are not being place. There are a few good works but the rude, disrespectful and lazy workers are making those the willing to work lol bad. Clean up house in order to make this place a better hospital I gave 1 star because it would post without.

They could have just popped it back in but nooooooo they made me got to another hospital for the easiest job! Plus they had people with GUNSHOT wounds in the WAITING area dying for 20 mins!

I can say whole heartedly this hospital appears to be in the worst condition I've ever seen. This place is completely FILTHY! I was so disgusted I wouldn't sit down in the ER. I was being bitten by fleas on my ankles. This place is entirely ran down, from the dirty walls to the almost torn down room partitions the disgusting smell .The nurses were eventelling me how bad the place is. Also Many nurses walking around and gossiping even having disagreements infront of patients.

Was admitted to the psych ward. Waiting in a horribly unsafe emergency room for over 7 hours before is being admitted. Once admitted I received absolutely no psychiatric assistance, was misgendered, and treated just downright horribly by all staff. Was also given an overdose level of lorazepam when I said I was feeling a little anxious. Don’t remember 3 days of my stay because of it. Then I was thrown out almost immediately after with no help.

Interfaith is overall a bad experience. I was born there but after going back to see a pcp there I loved Dr Danclar but was never told he retired when I called to make an appointment. The staff and doctors just have you sitting there while they talk. The ER was the worst. I asked a question about when can u be seen. The person at the desk "stated who are you" while she was watching tictok and playing with her phone, after I was told there people infront of me but I did not see anyone. I then went to call my mom and was complaining and next month you know the same woman is telling shes will be my provider. She prescribed medication for me then dissapeared for an hour. HORRIBLE HOSPITAL, will never go back. They treat people like they don't care

Complete waste of time. I went there because I had flu symptoms, and my primary care doctor didn’t have any appt’s. I tried to go to 5 different urgent cares, and they were either at full capacity, no space on the waitlist or not taking new clients at the moment. The doctor did a COVID test, and sent me home. He never checked my chest, throat, ears for an infection, etc.

Unorganized. Unprofessional. Very little to no communication between staff members, or between staff and patient. Employees here look like they couldn’t care less. Waiting for hours just to be asked the same questions repeatedly. There’s no sense or urgency here. Patients literally yelling to get nurses attention - they just ignore. At least COMMUNICATE! I would give zero stars if I could. Also recognized one of the staff in the ER wing from YouTube. Used to be a fan of her channel but after witnessing her rapport/work ethic I was turned off and slightly disappointed. She has absolutely no clue what was going on when it came to directing surgical patients. In part I will say that this issue is due to lack of communication. I understand things get hectic, especially in a hospital but there’s a difference between wanting to care for people and wanting a paycheck. Quite frankly, and I hate to say it but this, to me, is considered a big L for the Black community. Here we have a chance to do something extraordinary but… nope lol. Just my two cents.

The management here is PISSSSS POOOOOORRRRRRR!!! (Specifically Katarzyna Ziolkowska and Dr Miller!!!) ⚠️⚠️Trigger warning⚠️⚠️ I had a terrible accident that was the result of a failed suicide attempt. I was seen by this hospital and dental at the time. I then followed up here and started a plan to fix my smile here. They began with a cleaning and they set up follow ups for the plan thereafter. The surgery I needed had to be confirmed with insurance Interfaith Dental. When I returned, I was informed that no one called my insurance in the 3 weeks since my appointment. I spoke to management and I was informed that some of the staff was on vacation and that I should call insurance myself. “Well I’ll be damned!!” Apparently, I have now become staff. 😅 I was infuriated to say the least. How could your entire staff drop the ball in such a SENSITIVE time and just generally. I called my insurance and then was told that the office in fact needs to call. I circled back and spoke to management again where I was ensured that they would follow up and make sure everyone was handled. Shortly after, their computers were down for MONTHS!!!!! I was patient as getting dental appointments were & are not easy and take months. They also required me to start the entire process over. I spoke to management again and I was again ensured that they would call my insurance and call my the following week. It’s now been a few weeks and NOTHING!!!!! I’ve been in the worse season of my life especially after the incident and they managed to make things 10x times harder. I say all this to say, PLEASE be VERY wary of going here PERIOD!!! They mishandle a lot of things, the system is unreliable, management is unreliable and don’t care and I don’t know that it is worth any of that trouble. Furthermore, DO NOT go here if you TRULY NEED HELP. Find another place if you can. 🙏🏾 P.S- Worse teeth cleaning in my life. They basically brushed my teeth. I wonder what kind of training their workers have actually done. DO NOT GO HERE!!! EVEN AS A LAST RESORT!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! EVEN AS A LAST RESORT!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! EVEN AS A LAST RESORT!!!!

I went to visit someone, I would never ever advise anyone to go here. The place should just be specialized for mental health patients or substance abuse patients, an even that is hard for them to handle. The staff do not care here. They need to be closed down, the hospital is a waste for those with an emergency. Shut them down!

This facility turned away an individual in need of substance abuse support twice. All because the individual is an abuser of “the wrong kind of drug”. It is very interesting that the drug of choice for one demographic is pushed out the door, while another is able to receive support without issue. If not for the individual having an advocate with him, he would not have even been asked all the appropriate questions to fully assess his needs and, at bare minimum, provide him with resources to aid him in finding the support they were not offering.

The worst hospital I have ever been to! People sleeping, telling you that you have no rights, refusing to escalate situations to the administration, adding unnecessary stays and treatments to increase how much they bill the insurance. Dirty!!! Urine, trash, food reside on the chairs, sticky and dirty floors in the ER waiting room. Smelly, unbathed people with open sores/wounds next to food you are supposed to eat. Didn’t even offered a pillow, AC not working properly, horrible food, horrible and rude staff. This place should be sued into bankruptcy. NYC Mayors office should investigate for hygiene, fraud, and patient abuse. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Just waiting in the Registration area it is disgusting. I just asked for a pen to complete the form and it was denied. All three said that they cannot give me a pen. All three saw me that was a Not able to walk and they did not care. After me came somebody else and asked for a pen and they gave to him without give any type of comments . If you told that it is not descrimation what it is. You have to training your staff first to get empathy because nobody wants to come to the hospital and second everybody needs to have the same respect.

My experience with the hospital was terrible. They left my 88yr old grandfather in his room and he didn't eat. My grandfather is unable to food himself. Had I not came there day the nursing staff won't had bother to do anything about feeding him. He went in there talking and laughing but came home unable to move. Having to be put right back in the HOSPITAL!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

If you’re going for mental health DON’T DO IT (find a different location or something). My doctor held my medication hostage bc during this pandemic I didn’t feel comfortable as an anxiety and depression patient showing up to a hospital. Been on the medication for 3 YEARS and all of a sudden dr adeyo something( can’t even remember his name bc since day one his care towards me has been off) said he won’t send me anymore refills Until I come into the clinic. Ohh and did I mention that I had to ration my meds bc I would be out of my med before the day of the appointment. Tried to speak to the lead lady DR. Christina (I believe) and she gave me anxiety over the phone, speaking very fast (tried to get her to slow down bc it’s making me anxious) but she just kept talking saying “can I make my point?” I won’t get your point bc I was shaking from the anxiety… dr Ojimba (my first dr) was great though.. JUST CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION AND BE CAREFUL. They want to “treat” your mind but won’t even listen to you, it’s very heartbreaking bc of the two I mentioned I prob won’t be able to trust anyone with my mental health anymore.

Told me they no longer take my insurance they took TWO WEEKS AGO. I have paperwork to back this up. Threw me out for recording our conversation, despite the fact that NY is a single party consent state, which means patients actually are allowed to record. They will deliberately bluff and tell you something is not allowed when it actually is, because they do NOT want to be held accountable!!!!!!! Don’t go here!!!

Great staff, but too many flies big & small 🪰 in my face or buzzing around while trying to eat. It's just ridiculous having flies in a hospital. One nurse was so nice she swapped and killed the one buzzing around me and by then in no time another came. 😮😑🤔😡

Went here because a piece of food was stuck in my throat, it took them almost 8 hours to tell me that they can't treat me because they have no pediatric doctors here and the staff has no sense of urgency whatsoever, my step father had to go ask the doctor for my cat scan results because he was too busy talking and wasn't even on his way too us, and 4 people that got here after me left while I was still there. Do not go here unless you're looking for a vacation in a hospital.

I was really disappointed which my stay in the ER. I arrived on a Thursday and back Sunday 1 p.m. I was offered my third food tray. I was really disappointed in the supporting staff. My overall experience was horrible. Usually I give them high marks and I always say if you can make it out of the ER then you will really find out how good and outstanding the hospital real is. In the last days of September I was diagnosed with prostate cancer that has metabolize. I went in for back pain and given the news. I still believe that is cuz I was standing play Stand property when people heal and a lot of love is given to all no matter what you going to eat on that maybe

Zero stars if I could. They’ll let you be seen 4 times before they inform you that your insurance is out of network. I broke my ankle 3 weeks ago, requiring surgery. It took them until I ASKED for them to inform me that I was luck I didn’t go through surgery and get sent a whopping bill. Now 3 weeks later here I sit with no clue what is going to happen to me as I cannot find any other providers to answer the phone. Also, no one answers the phone aside from the ER unit…

Their emergency department sucks and the ADN is unprofessional and rude. They will leave you in there and not care. I had stomach pains and they left me there for 5 hrs the told me my nurse was on break. Came back the second day I sat in there for three hours and they told me I wasn’t registered and I came by ems so don’t think that would help. Then the adn came and kicked me out beachside I was upset about how neglectful they were. Never go here if you’re in trouble you will die.

Absolutely horrific experience. Rude, vindictive medical staff and poor care; the team in charge of my care withheld information and were extremely evasive in answering questions regarding my health. My stay at Interfaith was one of the worst experiences of my life. ^this was over a year ago now, and it seems by reviews that nothing has changed. Avoid this hospital at all costs, especially if you are experiencing a mental health emergency. After being discharged, I issued a complaint to the hospital over their unethical treatment and was told by the hospital that I had been treated perfectly well & that I had "imagined" the abuse of myself and others. One woman there had lost 30 pounds in three weeks because they refused to give her vegetarian meals. Nurses were very physical with patients, and patients were HEAVILY drugged at the first sign of ANY emotion - a single tear could get you knocked out with a shot for 24 hours. Additionally, it was almost impossible to get information out of staff. I was lucky enough to have a family member visiting daily, and the social worker on my case began a screaming match with him because he was asking questions about my treatment and release. Extremely unprofessional behavior. And very few patients had any kind of outside advocate - given the circumstances, I probably got better treatment because of the presence of my family. I'm sure it would have been much worse without them. Finally, I was released with a prescription for a medication that made me absolutely non-functional and exhausted. While I'm very aware that mental health services tend to be poor, the absolute dehumanization of patients at Interfaith is horrific.

This is the worst hospital. EMT brought me here after a car accident. The doctors/burses/staff/x-ray techs are unprofessional, rude and forgetful. My life was not in good hands. The hospital smells bad. I’ve never seen a place like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would they stuck me in a room after I had a stroke with a non working call bell staff sitting in the next room with iter patients I. SCREAMING my chest hurts help me please I can't move so can't get up everybody ignored me it was 11pm. I could've had a heart attack n died I called my nephew and he called the hospital and told them if anything happened to me they would have the biggest lawsuit ever for malpractice then they finally came to see what was wrong I was there for a week and every time I needed my medication I had to call the hospital to connect me to the front desk to tell my nurse. Only come to this hospital if you have like a scraped knee not for an emergency unless you want to die. I will never go back

The worst hospital I’ve ever been to in my life. I was admitted due to potentially having a stroke, I was left in the ER sitting there for 40 minutes (as a potential stroke patient) asking people to help me because my head, tongue, and limbs were tingling. Finally I was placed in a dirty bed, while putting and IV in my arm I had two nurses arguing over my body where I had to say get them away from me before they hurt me. The bedside manner was horrible- they left a syringe in my bed, trash, they left an IV in my arm. I was ordered to have an EKG and the nurse had no idea what she was doing that she fake did it and just left. Meanwhile there were addicts screaming and fighting and roaming around freely. And addict that was just placed on a gurney in the middle of the hallway while suffering from withdrawals. I was treated as if I were an addict too until I heard a nurse say “no she actually has insurance so make sure you get to her”. This place is wild and needs to be closed.
