The spicy pickle martini, cheese curds, fried pickles, and queso are all excellent. The vibe at this Texas bar is even better.

Woohoo Green Bay Packers bar with sound on! Love the relaxed and spacious vibe of this place, bartenders are attentive. No table service so order at the bar. GET THE CHEESE CURDS! Omg they are legit and pieces of heaven. Friendly crowd on game day, and there is more garden space outside (with a tv). Can't comment on the live music yet, but happy to come back and enjoy the games!

When I came to Manhattan I really wanted to experience a bit of country feeling and found Waylon. It even exceeded my expectations because when I was there there was good live country music. The prices are good and the food is tasty. My highlight was the Spicy Margharita

Campy western decor and a Fordham flag surround a bar and row of picnic type tables. The bar was busy which slowed down table service during the happy hour. The waitstaff appeared after the happy hour ended. There is live entertainment and a nice if loud relaxed vibe. That vibe and the staff make the place. The food is "mid" aa the kids say. Tex-Mex fare that is incredibly bland. The average queso can save the meal. Fresh corn tortilla chips with guacamole, beans or queso are your best bet. Everything else takes a while. The happy hour drinks are all ice.

Easily one of my favorite neighborhood spots. We come every other week for Tuesday trivia, and the vibe is always so welcoming and fun. The food is pretty decent, the beer selection not amazing but good enough, and the staff is always great.

One of the only country-western bars in Hell's Kitchen NYC. Live music starts at 9pm on Saturday and the band was good! Be warned, it's a Green Bay Packers bar, so if that's not your scene, then you'll want to find a different venue for your NFL games. Tried the buffalo fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Large juicy chicken breast perfectly fried, served along side blue cheese dressing and fries (extra charge).

A fun country bar to mix it up in the city! We got the queso, the burger, and the spicy chicken sandwich - all were delicious. The live music started at 9, which was definitely more Woodland/Americana banjo vibes than true country, but still very enjoyable. Service was great and everyone was super friendly!

Went on a Saturday night while visiting NYC and was treated with the phenomenal music of Bruce Phelps. The staff was very friendly and attentive to the customers. Had a blast and will visit again next time I'm in town.

If you're from the country and missing home, this is the place for you. Authentic vibe, great live music, cheap drinks. Loved it here!

Nice Texas themed bar, complete with shiner beer and memorabilia, amazing tacos and Tex nez, and live country/blues just like how it’s done back in the homeland. Pictures don’t do it justice!

Went in for a lunch with my family. Loved the decor and the food was really good. Bar staff were really nice and the music (country) was fine. Outside seating also available which in good weather is very handy.

Greenbay Packers, country music, tex-mex, great staff. Indoor and outdoor (covered and heated) seating. Came here to drink with fellow fans before the game💚💛🏈

Great beers and burgers in this texas style place in Hell's kitchen. The service is cool and the food is really good if you want a burger style dinner

What a fun place! Completely deceiving from the outside, they have indoor and outdoor seating, music, and tasty food. The fried pickles and the black bean tacos are worth the trip! Thanks for a wonderful afternoon and the great food!

Good atmosphere but the music is mostly Americana rather than new or classic country. Nice little bar though and the staff are super friendly. My partner ordered a gin and tonic which was undrinkable but the server took it off the Bill so no complaints..

It's a fun, low-key watering hole. No frills, no attitude, live music (and the closest Packers bar, if they're you're team).

Loud music from the band. Why just for 10-20 person have you make loud music until late ? Disrespectful. People have baby, or they have to wake early etc. if you want to music just do for your customers not all neighborhoods!!!!

Work in area. Eat lunch once a week there. On top of the great pub food the bartender Jess is always welcoming and does a fantastic job. Live music on Thursday is a plus.

Laid back honky tonk vibe. Excellent fries! Not the best sandwiches though. Great staff and Friday night band.

This is one of the best bars in Hells Kitchen!! The food is incredible and the prices aren't crazy. Every time I have gone in the live music is AMAZING and the bartenders never miss a beat. I bring my family here whenever they are in town. It's great for a chill lunch or a night out on the town. Highly Recommend!

Fun bar with a great spirit. I’ve been frequenting The Waylon on Sundays for football games and have consistently had a blast each time. The bartenders are super friendly and the regular patrons are always super warm and always make you feel like your part of a bigger community. Not to mention, those cheese curds are a 10 out of 10. If you’re looking for a low key spot with a dash of cheer make your way on over for good time. Pro tip: Definitely try one of their Bloody Mary’s — they’re outrageously good!

Landan was such an amazing Bartender; incredibly attentive even though we were in the backyard and very kind! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Get the cheese curds and chipotle mayo! :)
