I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. The food, sandwiches, and drinks are amazing. However, the best thing about this Deli is the entire family who owns this place. They treat you like they have known you forever even if it’s your first time buying from them.

Food was hot and fresh and delicious around 1 o'clock I got the sausage and peppers and it was amazing. I didn't get garlic bread and was reminded after I ate 😕 The Public Enemy song don't believe the hype is definitely NOT about this place. I heard a lot of things about this joint that seemed like a lot of hype. All Italian delis get that kind of hype in this town (NYC) and many of them do live up to it but this place doesn't just live up to the hype, it completely takes it to another level. The sausage was mostly the sweet variety but there were a few slices of the "hot" that much I could tell the peppers were delicious and cooked perfectly; a slight bit of snap in some of them but not as though it wasn't cooked at all. I still wish I'd've got garlic bread 😟

Not only is the food excellent, but the staff are exceptionally caring and warm. Emilio, the patriarch of the shop and family, allowed us to taste their chilled/blended coffee while his son prepared our sandwiches. While we sipped the delicious coffee, he told us stories about his life and family. The authenticity, honesty, and community here—never mind the great food—make this store essential to support!

Authentic Italian Delicatessen, The staff is super friendly and attentive to what you need or want, the hot food tastes like you are having it on Maiori Beach. The sandwiches are top notch quality, bursting with flavor.

ATTENTION FOODIES: Tony's Beechhurst Deli needs to be on your bucket list. One of the best sandwiches I ever had and a cannoli made by God Himself. Also, you are served by some of the nicest people around. A++

When I was a recruiter for the US Army stationed in Flushing, I would go to Tony's all the time. Great food and Great people. Now that I'm in Chicago, I miss Tony's now more than ever. Hell I would walk to Tony's for a sandwich right now. Thanks guys for your support to our nations military.

I tried the chicken bbq panini for the first time this morning. That sandwich was amazing. The chicken cutlets was seasoned very well. The panini was crispy just how I like it. The staff was wonderful. They treat you like you apart of their family. I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. Come out and support this local business. Wow

Man talk about a nice panini sandwich and very nice friendly welcoming. The brothers are very helpful and friendly. Was my first time in here and was impressed with the hospitality especially coming from the south in San Antonio, Texas! Gave me a free shot of iced expresso. The best 😋😃👍!

Great, just great. Impressed by the prices. Great place to be—these guys introduced themselves to their customers (those they don't clearly know very well already) at 6:30 in the morning just to be friendly. It doesn't go unnoticed. Comfortable eat-in section. I live in Brooklyn but I'll look for reasons to make it back for another sandwich.

Come for the food, stay for the family. Tony’s Beechhurt Deli not only has amazing sandwiches (pictured: the ‘pollo e prosciutto’ and a custom sandwich with prosciutto, homemade mozzarella, and hots), pasta, bread, fresh mozzarella, espresso, and hot Nutella and cannoli cream croissants (you don’t want to miss out on the croissants), you will be blown away by the people you meet behind the counter. Josephine and her family made our New York trip so special. We love you all so much- we will be back very soon!

We saw Tony’s on Youtube and tried it out for the first time today. The food was delicious, not overly salty, great flavors, tender meat, and fresh made. Everyone has already pointed out the amazing level of service, which I agree with. Aside from everything mentioned by everyone else, I was most pleasantly surprised to find an ice cap here, better than the one from Tim Hortons! Being from Canada, have missed my Tim Hortons’ ice caps dearly, but the ice caps at Tony’s were so great, in 90 plus degree weather, I had to go buy a bag of ice, return a second time today, fill it with Tony’s ice caps and return to Westchester to give to my coworkers. If you have had a Tim Horton’s ice cap, you will know that although sweet, they are delicious summer drinks but suffer from bad quality control and can differ vastly by franchise location. Not so at Tony’s. I could tell by the way these guys were babying the cappucino batches and checking their ice cap machine at least several times while I was there, that their quality will be spot on each and every sweet time. Thanks Tommy and all, for reminding me of home!

Absolutely the best deli around !! It is family owned and you can tell that everyone who works there, loves to be there. All the food is so fresh and amazing. We have been going for years before we moved, we made a trip out on Saturday and oh have we missed It. Rick took good care of us. We will definitely make an effort and take long drives to come visit more. 1000/10 recommend

Wife found Tony’s on Instagram, we did the long haul from Florida and made sure we stopped in. Wow, the food is Amazing, I had the American hero and my wife had the Italian on a roll. Worth every minute getting there. Service is top notch. Great neighborhood deli spot with a strong following. Will be in our NY visits going forward.

Ive been going to Tonys since 1990. It is one of the Best delis in the 5 boroughs on NYC. I live a 1/2 hour drive from them and still go there regularly. Their Penne ala Vodka has to be the best dish that I've ever had from them. Friend 200 miles away in Lake George insist I bring it up there whenever i go to see them.

Love them for sandwiches. Ordered Lasagna for holiday&was disappointed. Flavorless and watery sauce. Wouldn't recommend anything but sandwiches. Fresh mozzarella was good but definitely up in price. Higher than Uncle Guiseppes and they're a pricier grocer. You're a wonderful&hardworking family but you guys missed the mark on this.

Absolutely amazing Deli. Extremely Sanitary and they always provide clean, healthy, quality food consistently! Been coming here for years. Emilio’s food is amazing and the attitude of the whole entire staff is always on point. Shoutout Tommy. Deli is easily a staple in the community and in all of Queens. Make sure you give their Chicken & Potato’s with their famous Sweet Peppers a try on Thursdays. 10/10 must have!

This morning was only my second visit to Tony's Beechhurst Deli. The first time i visited i purchased italian bread, pasta, and different types of italian coldcuts. This morning i got a bacon egg and cheese on what was the flufiest roll ive ever had. What surprised me was one of the guys maybe the owner remembered me. As i walked in multiple staff members greeted me, everyones so friendly. My parents about four to six months ago moved into the area & now I just started a job in beechhurst, I will definitely be coming back soon.

DELICIOUS! Great customer service from the moment you walk in. I placed an order for catering and it was perfect, everyone loved the sandwiches. Their mother (sorry I forgot her name), gave me awesome recommendation for the order, she is a sweetheart. Hands down, 5 star service. Thank you to the entire family/team there. I recommend this place. BTW, they also have frozen/prepared food that I will definitely try.

If you are in 3 miles within the vicinity of the deli come by. You'll love the freshness of the daily specials, as well as the sandwiches. The service is impeccable.

Not sure why this was hyped as the best deli in queens. The chicken Parm was okay, Nothing amazing. If I was in the area I would grab a quick bite but would not go out of my way to get it. I may have ordered the wrong item.

Wonderful place, upset I didn't know about this place earlier. Only went there 3 times so far but will definitely be visiting many more times. Not only is the food very good, the family and staff that work there are all polite and friendly to EVERYONE. So rare these days... Special thanks to Tommy, what a super nice dude. Come to this place if you craving great sandwiches, or hot pasta!

Extremely friendly family running shop, lots of options available. I got one of the cold sandwiches, the Tony special, and it was 10/10, they dress it really well. They also have homemade pastas/hot foods, had the manicotti which was really fresh. They also kindly gave out samples of their frozen coffee, also very good!
