Do not use!! We booked a tour & received a confirmation email with place & time to meet. No one ever showed up to give us our tour. There was another group waiting as well. We paid in advance for the tour. I called and left 2 voice messages and even sent them an email. Never heard a response back. I had to go through my bank to get my money refunded. We chose this company because of all the positive reviews & I’m so disappointed.

My tour guide - Marcus "which rhymes with carcass" - was hilarious and so educational, friendly, a great rhythm, easy to hear, easy to ask questions to. I couldn't recommend him enough in particular. Ask for him! He was a blast and I'd love to see him on others tours as well!

I've done two tours (the ghost tour and the haunted pub crawl tour) with this company and they've both been amazing! My tour guide both times was the amazing Hannah, who knows her history backwards and forwards and is always ready with a good joke. Whether you live in the city or are just visiting, I highly recommend taking a tour!

Our guide was Tony - very friendly, warm, made us feel comfortable. Was very well researched, very good story teller - we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks Tony for making this an awesome experience on the coldest night in the city.

Booked this tour plus the extended tour add-on as part of my dad’s 2022 Christmas gift. Our tour guide Matt Paris was very knowledgeable and personable and we had a great time!

One of my favorite French style bistros in Manhattan. Slowly going through the menu today is a Sazarack and Frog Legs. First time I had the escargot which were delicious with the butter garlic lemon and parsley. From legs ended up being great.

My wife and I loved the tour! The small group was great, so we didn't have to try to fight our way to the front and didn't have any trouble hearing what Marcus had to say. Marcus was an amazing guide and very informative about every site. We learned so much about the Village that we never knew about! We definitely reccomend this tour!

Hannah was a great tour guide. She was “spirited” lol and had dad jokes a plenty which I loved. I learned a lot about various haunted locations that I never knew about and it was done in a fun way. Didn’t see anything spooky which was a plus and learned a lot. My feet were tired by the end of it but it was worth it.

My husband and I are visiting New York for a couple weeks and wanted to know more about the haunted history, so we decided to take a walking ghost tour. Our tour guide was Trevor and he was incredibly kind and patient and very knowledgeable regarding the history of this area. We had a BLAST!

A fun, spooky evening romp through Greenwich Village that really felt like we were getting the veil pulled back on history and the shadowy side of New York. Coupled with beautiful architecture, you really cannot get a better experience of a night tour than this. Matt was enthusiastic and insightful as any guide could be, detailed and energetic and always happy to answer questions and supply some extra information on some of the other less creepy but still as eye-catching sights. Get the extra tour stops, it's a good deal!

Our guide Marcus was fantastic. He was entertaining, engaging and full of knowledge about the area and its ghostly inhabitants. He was able to answer questions and brought the spooky stories to life with a real intensity. He also made us feel comfortable and explained a lot about the area. It was just the two of us on the tour and he did a brilliant job with a small audience. I would highly recommend doing tour, it’s definitely not to be missed if you’re in to the paranormal and visiting Manhattan. Just make sure you ask for Marcus!
