Smaller than most Goodwill stores, but really well organized clothing and super easy to shop. Bonus is the separate entrance to the right for donation drop-offs. Easy peasy!

One of the best Goodwill stores in the city! At least they charge you what they say, not like the other store in 7 W 14th St because they overcharge you when you go to the register. They are ridiculous. This store is nice, clean, they have great items and clothes and the staff is super nice. I love shopping in this store! I hope they never change and become like 7 W 14th St store.

Picked out a few swimming suit pieces, just realized they all dirty before paying and left them behind ๐Ÿคฎ this is so so gross and ruined my shopping experience. I would expect the things to be cleaned before selling to people, but maybe thatโ€™s asking too much

    O. M. G. The clothes in this place are AMAZE BALLS! I found everything that I needed and THEN SOME. Rich women buy their clothes, wear them once and then give them away to THIS STORE! If you wanna be cute on a dime, this is the place for you!

Least helpful staff I've ever seen. I was dropping off 5 super heavy boxes of donations and asked them if they could help bring them in, they said no. So I asked if they could at least prop open the door for me, which they also said no to doing. They just sat there behind the counter, not helping any customers since the store was empty at the time, watching me struggle. Other Goodwill locations are great but this one really needs better staffing.

Not particularly great for Men's selection but much better for womens stuff. Prices are a bit higher than other Goodwill locations but as this is in the Village you are also probably going to find much nicer stuff...

Great place! Sometimes you'll get lucky and find something special like a calculator or a Buddha to add to your collection.

I've been to this Goodwill before and honestly I don't remember it being this awful but it was pretty awful... The mens section is tucked into a tiny little corner of the store. I do not think that Martha Stewart could even organize and design that space to ever work efficiently. So you better hope and pray for the best when you go in there and there's more than three people trying to shop for men's clothing. The organization is subpar so it's not only cramped but difficult to know where one section ends and another begins thus making it incredibly difficult to quickly and efficiently shop for anything. The quality / selection of items are not anything to write home about ... I do not go to Goodwill expecting fantastic finds every single time but when there's literally one style of khaki pant in every single size combination and that's the pants section then it's time to pick another Goodwill. The only reason why this location received two stars were because of the incredibly friendly and little lovely staff that worked there. Although our interactions were brief as the store was closing in an hour they were more than happy to help me and not so quick to shoo me out the door at closing.

Closes 6:45 or earlier on a Tuesday apparently and the staff member at the door wasnโ€™t willing to even answer a question on whether the time on google maps was wrong for future knowledge - just rushed to shoo me away :(

No longer a customer, I am an Investor! Great outpost of the philanthropy franchise. One of the dwindling remaining stores in Manhattan, gratefully. Shopping magnet magic yet spirited here. The welcome discount tag sale a boon once laying my hands on a pair of BlackSuede, aero~ dynamic block chunk heel, with classic point toe Vamp; Mules. Foxy mules set my Heart a-gallop. Steve Madden, a comfy long time friend and idol of my tender feet... $5.99, the interlude. Happy girl.

Cleanest goodwill Iโ€™ve ever been to. Kinda small selection and google maps hours werenโ€™t updated so I got there early when they didnโ€™t open till an hour later at 11 contrary to what the internet said for their hours.

Clean store with good space between racks. Organized by type not by size. Lots of small with some midsize and plus. Book, dress, and top for $19 total.

My best friend (who is African American) and I were in the same dressing room to save time. We were then constantly harassed by the staff who said we were taking to long and holding up the line. When we exited after under 10 minutes in the changing room there was no line and they had called store security on us (for reference we are two minors who had been shopping for half an hour prior). It is our belief that she was racially profiled and we will both be filing formal complaints against this location. I would suggest shopping at any other location.
