Beautiful venue with good views. The event staff was very well organized and did a good job directing people. Also provided support finding the venue because it was in a mall. Overall a great experience

Had the pleasure of enjoying a jazz performance at this beautiful venue, I like the layout it's circular so everyone gets to see the performers play. It's part of Time Warner building. Enjoy.

The theater is fabulous with great acoustics. Plenty of leg room Broadway theaters should take notes The staff are friendly and accommodating . Restrooms are nearby. Several elevators which are huge so if you can't take the steps no problem We saw an amazing performance of Alonzo King Dance Ensemble Lisa Fischer did the vocals for various songs . Her rendition of Lift Every Voice & Sing was beautiful Jason Moran was the pianist It was a wonderful evening. We will be back

Pretty good place for a conference

The show was great, ticket booth was amazing, the ushers very accommodating. But whoever was doing the bar/ drink session this past Saturday august 13, very disrespectful. Shouting at me & my pregnant wife that we are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages while we were standing in line to get water? Assuming that we wanted alcohol when without even asking what we wanted. The attitude & condescending nature was unexpected. Not sure if it’s because we are of color, but that alone was close to ruining a memorable night of watching requiem.

Delightful venue for a classy evening out. I have attended several concerts by the New York Philharmonic here, and loved the experience each time. The acoustics of the hall are terrific, and the seating is quite comfortable. The staff have consistently been quite friendly, and the design of this venue is very beautiful.
