quality coffee representative of most other Irving Farm locations. on the ground floor of a corporate office building, this location seems to serve the building’s companies as it closes early like ~ 3:30 pm. pretty typical coffee drink menu as well as some baked eats and small bites. stopped by here during the warmer months of the Fall and had iced Americanos. the coffee is flavorful and brewed with care. service is kinda standard / okay.

Good place to stop by and grab coffee. People are nice, cold brew was good too. A spot to go when you want to enjoy some quiet time around that area.

Nice coffee shop near the security entrance... ordered a hot tea with oat milk..good quick service for the amount of traffic....clean modern environment and an upscale builiding.i would recommend.

Hours of operation indicates store opens at 7:30 AM; however, multiple times I’ve arrived after that to see it still closed. The coffee is good, but with so many other options nearby that are consistently available (e.g. Ground Central), it would make sense not to frustrate customers.

I love this place for my morning coffee, scone, yoghurt and granola, croissant, and more. All fresh. Really cool baristas who are s-e-r-i-o-u-s about coffee and cappuccinos. Plus, there is a big community table to watch nyc walk by and a construction site going up. Duh, like we've seen enough of that, right?

Amazing coffee place! I have tried cafe latte and batch brew, both of which are awesome. The staff is nice and prepares my order quickly. Will definitely come again!

Hours are whatever they want it to be that day don’t trust it. Some days open at 8 instead of 730, others closed early just because

Such a terrible coffee… Not sure why they charge higher price than any other much better coffee shops. It’s not worth even half of it. Service is very mediocre as well, baristas and cashiers look like they hate being there.

Coffee tastes bad and always hurts my stomach. Croissants are not supposed to be crunchy unless they have been left out for days. No wifi

Superb Matcha Latte. Had me feeling like Drake...best I ever had... Pairs well with the ham and cheese croissant. Killer breakfast combo. Apologies, no pic. I was in my feelings...hungry!

I was in a place across, so very convenient. Menu is small so easy to choose what you want, though it is a little too small. But i was satisfied nun the less. Great place for a quick easy bite.

Omg 🤩 Thank you for the cappuccinos! Took 2 to go and opened later to find out a nice and pretty latte art! We all know to go coffees rarely get that attention. Thank you! Made my morning!

Terrible coffee, I've had bad coffee in New York but this was the worst. When I asked to strengthen the sticky coffee-like they asked me to pay, I asked how much. The waitress asked for four and a half dollars, of course I preferred to buy real coffee elsewhere. I could not drink the coffee I received.

Irving Farm in Nomad building, somewhat lacking in atmosphere, probably OK for taking a laptop along and working. Coffee was pretty tasteless, had much better but staff were friendly

Great Spot for a quick coffee stop. In the lobby of an office building, so plenty of space, nice and neat.

Really good coffee and ham & cheese croissants. I liked sitting in the outside area. They also have really cute cups/mugs for sale!
