    1 star because I have no choice. BEWARE: If you urgently need a package to get to a destination within NY or the tri-state area overnight, take the time and drive it out yourself. ALL the overnight documents are sent first to Memphis, TN and if they bungle it in TN, it is no longer an overnight package. Had I known this, I would have driven to upstate NY myself and at least I would not have contributed to the greenhouse effect from jet fuel which is far worse than any 1 car. Half way across the US just to fly it back. Who in corporate thought this was a brilliant idea. The person must be a corporate gas shill. I sent sensitive legal documents from this location to upstate NY at 11am Wed. It is now Friday and my package has not arrived. They fly all overnight packages no matter the destination to Memphis TN for "processing." Someone in Memphis messed up and didn't put it on a plane back to NY and my overnight service was "disrupted." Three reps told me because of the snow in Memphis, the plane couldn't leave Memphis. One said maybe snow at EWR. The weather website showed it was clear in Memphis and EWR. The misinformation was astounding. I still don't have my package two days later. Legal documents that I had to work extremely hard to obtain and needed to be there on Thurs. They say it is out for delivery but without proof of life, I don't believe a word they are telling me. BTW, snowstorms are forseeable. No one told me there was a possibility of a delay due to weather. Had I been told that, I would have driven the package myself upstate. The real kicker is someone offered to send me an overnight UPS label but I said "no, it's gotta get there so I am using Fedex." I have never been so wrong in my entire life. FedEx really messed this up. I will probably have to drive myself upstate now anyway to fix the colossal mess FedEx caused. Update: 48 hours and still not delivered. The purported case mgr. Jaquailla who represented that she would make sure this package was delivered this morning is now "not working this shift" based on a co-worker in her dept. They have been driving my package around for over 2 hours in a small upstate town. Now, I am beginning to believe this is deliberate. Update: 49 hours and still not delivered. Soon, this will be an afternoon delivery when Fedex promised a morning delivery because they breached the contract by delaying the previous day's delivery. I paid in full for overnight delivery. How do you suck this bad Fedex? You appear to be going those extra miles to make sure that my package does not arrive at all. I'm waiting for the next delivery exception stating that they have now lost my package. What a colossal mistake I made by entrusting FedEx with original time sensitive documents.

    I had to print some documents and, I was glad this place was open 24hrs. Their staff were helpful and politely answered my queries. I was printing documents for the first time at a print center and, it was actually very easy. The print machine was out of paper. They quickly reloaded it. I would recommend this print center.

    I was feeling sick and manager saw me spiting behind the copier machine and he came on me and instead of doing customer service he asked aggressively what I was doing behind the copier machine , I don’t know how to use the copier machine , no copies I was late for work thanks for the first time expea

    The team at 0679 saved the day by printing a program booklet first thing in the morning for an event happening that afternoon. Many thanks to the kind people at the store, pitching in at the last minute for a total stranger! I applaud their amazing speed, service, and responsiveness. We will be back - and next time, it will not be for a last-minute print emergency!

    Promised a job for a specific time, when I came it wasn't done, and was told it would be ready in three days. This is after I spent an hour waiting on them in an empty store to give me a price for a card print. Unprofessional and rude, they just don't care at all

    So impressed that when I asked to add money to my card for the copy machine and also use the bathroom, the female employee (wish I could remember her name) said “I’ll take care of it while you use the bathroom”. So efficient. I love nyc.

    5 stars because Ronisha is the BEST. I came in with 12 heavy bags, super frazzled, but Ronisha took care of everything. She packed and shipped my boxes for me, and all I had to do was give her a list. You are the best, thank you so much!!!!!

    I worked with Nasheim at the store and one other gentleman and they were fantastic! I was having issues doing it my self and with their help I was able to submit my postcard online to be picked up the next day in the morning! I am very pleased with the help I got! They were truly awesome! I 100% will be back!

    Had to leave a review here because I had such an awesome experience. I came in to get four color pages printed and Ronisha was SO helpful. She was able to help me right there and then, no online portal to deal with, no queue to get my order put it, just very helpful, immediate customer service. She was willing to check various prices and let me compare papers. Was so happy I was able to get what I needed in about 10 minutes. Thank you!

    After years of going to this specific store, I’ve finally had enough. Our company regularly uses FedEx to ship out important time consuming material. Lately, a worker mistyped a unit # on my package and now my package is missing and to no avail there’s was little that could be done about this matter! Today I go back to re-ship a new package, just for me to be told it couldn’t be done? I requested the 2 envelopes to be processed and to provide me a receipt which couldn’t be done. Instead I was advised to go to 42 street Rockefeller. Totally odd and unprofessional to not only me but makes the company look worse to my own clients. Do better! This is a busy area, hire more employees to help with the flow of traffic in the store. It becomes a huge inconvenience.

    I visited today to ship a package and Tatyana was so patient and helpful. I was so confused about what to do but she was so knowledgeable and gave good suggestions on what to do moving forward. Her customer service is exceptional. I appreciate her and I recommend this location 10/10.

    Miguel was a DREAM TO WORK WITH! This was my first time doing such a detailed, important job (submitting online). My handbooks turned out perfectly; Miguel was super kind/helpful as he had me inspect the handbooks to make sure they were done correctly and helped me with a bag to carry them as it started to rain just after. Super appreciative of the thoughtfulness and kindness and great customer service.

👍👍 Went here for Covid-19 vaccination. Used Pfizer vaccine. Need second dose later. This was a very clean and orderly vaccination clinic set up by Montefiore Hutchinson Hospital branch. Parking was free... In and out of clinic in less then an hour.
