Poor service, bad food. Currently sitting here wishing I had just gotten up a half an hour ago and left. Took 45 minutes to get some fries and my drink was wrong. Don’t waste your money. Prices are ridiculous too. These are the fries btw…

The service is good but the food is bad and the price…ridiculous … 4 beers one sandwich and one salad 90$..

The food here is beyond trashy, this place makes McDonald's a 5 stars restaurant, so overpriced. Please respect yourself, do not spend money here, feeling so sorry for the guys working there...

Bad quality of food and grossly overpriced. Waitress asked us about our choice of side in a way you'd assume it's included in the (already excessive) price - but it costs extra.

$43 for an hamburger and a bottle of water? I should have checked the reviews before sitting and looked at the price on the menu much more carefully before ordering. So that's my fault. Unfortunately there aren't many other better choices around. Entrepreneurs, take note, since the gate area is full with potential customers. As for everyone else, don't do my same mistake.

Expensive and food is below average. Bar is extensive and servers were attentive and friendly. Ambiance is much better than most of the airport. The chef does magic to make the variety of dishes they offer with barely any kitchen equipment. Overall enjoyed and made the best of my meal here.

The manager here(bald, bigger man) is horrible I spent over 75$ on a terrible nacho platter with a tiny bit of cheese, a crusty pretzel and 2 beers. I honestly wasn’t even going to write this because I felt the staff was nice, but then I asked for just a cup for me to put water into so my kid could take some medicine and he refused and just said they’d have to charge me. I’ll never go back to this place and I recommend you don’t either.

Rude staff and overpriced drinks. We paid more than 38 dollars for two self served drinks. There are much better alternatives.

I had the worst experience here. The staff especially KELLY. She was so mean to me and extremely unprofessional. The food was horrible. Rather not eat at all than eat here. Never again

$20 for the worst cob salad of my life, even compared to other airports. Staff tried their best to make it a good experience (thank you) but management/ownership/corporate has made that almost impossible but giving them garbage to work with.

Absolutely the WORST burger I have ever had. This place should be shut down ASAP! Health risk….meat was probably month old, bun saggy and watery. Fell apart on a touch. Please someone call the sanitation department. I they have a guts to charge that excuse for the burger $22. DO NOT EAT IN THIS PLACE!

Very disappointing. Quality at the lowest level while still possible to be served. The images in their online menu are completely deceiving. Nachos (one of their “specialities”) cost $15 without protein, and there must literally be less than $1 of ingredients. Thank goodness for the jalapeños which added some flavour. Nice staff but clearly management/ownership is just raking in cash ripping off people who have no better option

Very bad food, they gave me the wrong nachos. After they fixed the order we realised the plate with the wrong order was the same as our new order. They had reused a dirty plate as well as missing toppings. Disgusting.

The women at this bar/resto were so friendly and did 100% with all odds against them. Oven broken - working slow, internet so slow they had trouble running payments at peak service time. Handled it all with grace and a smile. Thank you, ladies

Double charged me for my order, and refused to refund me. I guess it makes sense if most of your guests are tourists, as long as you have absolutely no morals.

A waitress cheated on me! Avoid this place! This is my story. Since the food was below average and too expensive $277.63 (Buffalo Wings, Pesto Chicken Panini, Chicken Sandwich, 2xSoda, and 8xVodka), I decided to give not a tip (I approved the bill without a tip on a tablet with my signature). I paid with my credit card. When I left the restaurant, after about 20 minutes, I received on my phone from my bank information that two operations, each for $277.63, were billed on my card. So I went back to the restaurant to explain this issue. And I realized that instead of $277.63, my bill was $327.60. I called a manager. It appeared that a waitress added by herself to my credit card an extra $49.97 as a tip. I WAS CHEATED ON ALMOST $50.00. When I asked about my signature on a tablet, I was told it was gone. After almost ten minutes of sharp arguing, they put this tip back on my card (the fact of billing my card twice was an error of my bank). I am sure that my case was not isolated. And this is my hypothesis. People working in this restaurant take advantage of the fact that custmers will fly aboard the US in a short time, and they, on purpose, add some money to their cards, knowing that it will be tough to prove such a fraud.

The food options beyond security are absolutely terrible at JFK T1. Our sandwich and veggie burger were edible, I'd even say the sandwich was passable... but spending almost $60 for that is daylight robbery. Sure, airport food prices are often inflated, but that was particularly bad. Service was quite friendly, though!

Its a place to stay and get away from the crowd waiting to board the plane. As with everything its over priced. A bloody mary (yes i know who orders bloody mary at the airport at midnight. Beats me but guy next to me did!) Cost $22 bucks. A can of Rita's margarita cost $17 bucks!

Avoid here at all costs, you don’t expect gourmet food but for the love of food they open bags and throw your food in the microwave….

Oh I tell you that this food is what I imagine they serve in prisons. How can you screw up an overpriced hot dog??? They were successful in overcooking/frying it. And the bun tasted like it was frozen/thawed several times then heated, perhaps it was the microwave destroying any niceness of the bun. The fries had a lovey plastic taste. And we paid dearly for this treat. Waitress was nice and efficient. Good time to fast rather than eat there.

I never leave reviews but I had a quick drink here waiting for my flight. Bartender Luis told me some bronx tales and was so sweet and kind! Made the wait lovely.

The staff were kind and helpful and the experience of eating while next to the gate was very relaxing compared to my last JFK food encounter, the food court at terminal 5. However it is undeniably extortionately priced which is maybe to be expected but wow very very expensive so be warned

This place needs to be shut down. All of the staff except for the nice male server are chatting in the kitchen. The food is microwaved and given to you on a paper plate. I would’ve been better off eating dog food. Disgusting
