Used to like this practice however has gone down hill ! Had a very rude and upsetting encounter with one of the docs and left in tears ! Not to mention that regardless if you have an exemption card they refuse to let you in without a mask ! The whole point of an an exemption card (for whatever reason) is you dont wear one receptionist was very rude about it and patient was made to stand outside in the cold until the appt ! Then was told by another receptionist the doctor was refusing to see without wearing a mask ! Super service right there !!

Have used this drs surgery for five years now. All the resident doctors are caring and professional. All positives here. There is also a chemist on site which is useful if you're prescribed/advised medication.

Great place and friendly staff and I've had a couple of procedures there and always got amazing people doing the procedures and felt at ease and they explained things thoroughly to me me so big thumbs up to everyone who works there

I’ve been very poorly with my mental health & today it came to a head. I have been passed from pillar to post by the reception team, bad attitudes then to top it all off I overheard two of them talking about me whilst I was on the phone with another one of the reception team! SHAME ON YOU! Grown women bad mouthing someone who is clearly struggling. Well thanks to you two it’s safe to say I will never return to this surgery again and I will be registering with another! To the Manager, please get new staff & train them on how to handle calls regarding mental health (& all health for that matter) I’ve never felt so humiliated & let down by what’s supposed to be a safe space! I hope to god you never have to suffer the way I have today!

Had an appointment for 11.50 arrived 5 minutes early was still waiting 30 minutes later asked the receptionist how long I was going to be said would ring doctor still sitting there 10 minutes later. Got up and left bearing in mind the patient before had left 10 minutes prior, totally appalling wasted 45 minutes of my life I won't get back

It's good when you call up asking to move over to this medical group and get scoffed at because you think a 6 week waiting time is unreasonable. Apprently I'm unreasonable for wanting to see a doctor anytime soon

Went for a routine Ultrasound. Didn't have wait long. Very friendly and professional.

Terrible attitude really unhelpful when trying to order a repeat prescription. Maybe you should treat people with a little more respect. Or go on a course for it!!

I left this surgery because of certain receptionists and certain doctors. They know who they are. I tolerated things for years until one particular VERY aggressive phone call, and then I began neglecting my health by not making appointments. They are absolutely foul. I'd also argue that there's zero support or concern for the well-being of "masking" disabled individuals. Thankfully, my new surgery is happily working with me and keeping on top of health issues which are finally being addressed. Never again, even if I was on my death bed. 10/10 would never recommend.

Having switched to this GP last year I just wish I had done it sooner. They call you back when they say they will call back, I've just had a check in with the doctor online see how I'm getting on. Such amazing service both before and during Covid. I am absolutely delighted

Great experience yesterday. Fast appointment for an Xray, arrived early and seen without waiting. In and out in 10 minutes, friendly professional staff. Very impressed.

Nice modern practice, quick to arrange an appointment and the GP I saw was absolutely lovely.

Recently swapped to this practice. So pleased with the care and support offered already. The receptionists, nurses and Drs are all very welcoming and efficient. A world away from my old GPs.

Lovely surgery,lovely staff, Unfortunately the communications between me and the telephonist is none existant, medications are wrong between them and the chemist on a weekly basis.
