I went into this store this evening on a hunt to find shoes to wear to a New York Fashion week gala. I saw this beautiful shoe and a random customer said WOW those are gorgeous you need to get those. I went to pick up the other one and it wasn't there. After scanning the aisles it was no where to be found. I went to the nearest employee who advised there is a box in the back that might have it. She went to check and came back with another employee who also loved the shoe and was eager to help me find it. Once I told her about the event she really went above and beyond. We spent a good 20 minutes looking and still no shoe. She searched high and low, cash register, change room you name it. After much time spent she asked me to call in the morning. She took the shoe with the intention to connect with me should it be found after I left. Before I decided to leave I thought let me give it one more shot, not realizing she had the same intention. From a short distance I heard " I FOUND IT!" I immediately walked over with the biggest smile on my face and there is was the other shoe. We rejoiced and hugged one another in complete joy. I'm sure if you pull the camera footage from the shoe section around 7:00-7:25 P.M you will everything. Thank you so very much Pina! You are the truest definition of genuine and kind. After 2 years in a pandemic and dealing with nasty people and service, you went above and beyond your duties to help me and it's worthy of being noted. The world needs more humans like you. Thank you again!

I dont know why my sister and I were able to talk and joke around with everyone in there but the two oldest people working today decided they had a problem with us and would "gang up" on us. I especially wasn't expecting the manager Bruce, to say he would gang up on us with another associate while we were cashing out. It's great to know that they have managers who will out right say that they want to fight customers. That aside, our experience with him before the cash line was terrible as well. We bought multiple earrings, and 5 minutes after we bought it we saw that it was damaged, the lady at the jewelry stand was nice, and she offered to call the manager to see what they could do. We honestly shouldn't have asked him for help to begin with, because I don't know if he just assumes every black person wants to jump him (like his comment on him going to gang up on us as we left) but he was condescending from the get go. I tried explaining that there were indents on the earrings, that weren't on ANY of the other similar earrings, and he said that the damage was part of the design, because they're all damaged... so they willingly sell damaged earrings. After that, he started giving us underhanded insults when we were genuinely confused. Bruce said that he would give us a refund now, but the next time we come in he personally will decline us a refund since we want to return our earrings. Rude and COMPLETELY ignoring the fact that we bought multiple pairs of earrings, and were only talking to them about the one. He laughed in my face and then had the audacity to joke and laugh with another old woman who has been working there for the past 7 years that they can gang up on us when we were having a nice chat with the cashier. Bruce is the most misreable person I've ever encountered in my life, since I've never had a manager of a store threaten me under his breath to another associate.

I have never experienced the most disrespectful customer service at Winners than I did this evening. If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to work at Winners and clearly they just hire anyone to be managers at this location. All the managers I had when I worked there, actually knew how to speak to customers. Bruce was rude, confrontational, and had the nerve while my sister and I were paying at cash for seperate items say loud enough for us to hear with an old lady at cash that if "they decide to say something now we can gang up on them" and she had the nerve to look over and giggle. I don't know if Bruce and that old white lady have an issue with us because we called Bruce out for selling damaged earrings (which I'd like to point out he stated all of them are damaged, that's the design) or because my sister and I are both black, whatever his and his partner in crime's issues were with us, they should not be working Frontline or even retail. And honestly it's good to know that a store both my sister and I worked in while going to school has turned to such a mess. It's really interesting that Winners hires managers and sales associates that want to fight or to quote Bruce "gamg up on their" customers. I'll make sure I let everyone know that they should be prepared to be treated terribly by the older staff, especially when Bruce and his best friend are working. Two clearly miserable people.

The only store that my wife can dress me without me losing my mind about cost. Left to my own device's I would only ever buy clothes from costco. Blue jeans and black T-shirts forever

Nice store, but waiting in line to cash out is so painful. Every time, only half the registers are open and the line up is full length of the area available. The store manager must realize this has been an issue since opening, but it’s not being addressed!!

Worst winners in EVER the line up is absolutely insane. They never have enough cashiers. Expect to wait a minimum of 20 minutes in line if you want to buy something

Great place to shop but the line up always takes forever. They have so many cash registers but most of them are usually empty.

On more than one occasion the wait to check out is LONG!!!! And it’s because there are a lack of cashiers open, not slow staff. Line was full with 3 on cash despite the 14 spots available. Manager during both occasions failed to recognize this and fix the problem. In fact she leaves the cash area all together. Get it together Winners!

Disappointed second visit in a week. Changing room staff member took garments back from a customer that was after me but apologized. Check out only had 3 lunch time and slow.

Update Permanently closed..... This place is pretty small. Can't wait for a new place to open near 404 and Wellington.

This is one of the best winners out there. They have a huge selection and lots of great finds.

Always visit this store when I need to buy my essential clothes for a good price. They have a good selection of clothes, shoes, household items for sale. The store is always organized, clean and well maintained. The staff is always helpful if you ask and they never bother you to much like some stores.

My first visit to this one, coming all the way from DT Toronto to meet a friend mid-way.. Was on a shopping spree with the friend and bought a lot of summer tops. They have a really good collection. Wanted to buy a lot more but settled on about 6-7 tops. Happy with the time and money spent.

Large, well maintained, a ton to choose from. Didn’t really interact with staff and Winners locations are never the cleanest or most organized by design, but there based on the size, there will always be a huge selection here. Lots of everything, especially in comparison to other smaller locations.

Can't really give it a fair rating because the place was thoroughly picked clean for Christmas. Staff seemed friendly.

Usually a fairly well stocked store, good place to shop for teenagers or young adults for Xmas or Birthdays. Good mix of clothes for both women and men, and also a decent collection of kitchen gadgets and home decor.

Always worth a visit.! The goods on offer are good value for money, whether it be clothing or other items.
