I was at this American Eagle location recently and was surprised with how kind and friendly the staff were, especially Arya. He was really patient and helpful, and showed me around the store while sharing different promotions that I might’ve liked. Thanks arya for the great customer service!

Was here a couple of weeks ago, went to look for just plain black jeans in a size 8. Usually love their stores and online is even better, but this was not the case this time. I was completely ignored by all the female staff and when I asked for a size in a different pair of jeans I was just told that they probably won’t have anything that will fit me? Absolute joke is what this store is

I've been back to school shopping for my teenage boys for years at American Eagle In Upper Canada Mall. The quality of the denim and the flex fit is perfect for comfort and durability. I did have a small issue with on of the inner seems and the store manager replaced them on the spot! That's great service and I will definitely be coming back again.

Went here looking for jeans because I know they carry extended sizes (I’m a size 12-14). Went in and no one even looked at me, the female staff member addressed everyone else in the store but me. When I needed a fitting room I had to go to the other side of the store to the male associate working and he didn’t even make eye contact with me. Needed another size but being ignored put me off the whole situation and I ended up leaving with nothing.

Not a single eagle in stock. Probably ever.

I went to the store 30 mins before they close. If i am not mistaking( EMMA) helped me with jeans. She made my day i am super happy i could talk to her explain what i am looking for plus she would listen to them all. I want to thank her again for helping me for being a last min shopper. The cashier was super nice too to me. ☺️

Went here Saturday, October 15, 2022. The service at this store is usually great but on this day, it was horrible! I went in when they opened and asked if they had a particular dress in a size small, as all they had were size large and x-large. The female employee said "no" and continued walking away from me. No offer of looking to see if another store had it, or to even suggest another item, so as not to lose a sale. I left. I returned a few hours later, on my way home from the mall. Different employee. Asked her if another store had it. She told me to look online as it would tell me what store had it. I told her I did and that I was told this location had the dress in the size I wanted. She then told me that online is not reliable, as the stock changes. What? A minute ago, she said the complete opposite. The takeaway is that the female staff at this location dislike their jobs, the customers that want to shop here and customer service, in general. My review is one of many recent reviews that say the same thing. Management needs to wake up and make staffing changes!

The advertisements in store say buy one pair of jeans get the second at 50% off but at the cash register that's not the case.

Always a fun place to shop for cute, relaxed clothing.
