I've been in the store a few times with my family and everytime we've had a great experience with one of the sales representatives Neda. She's been very generous, soft spoken and helpful in choosing the right fit. She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with the greatest item possible.

I've been in here a couple of times and have had a wonderful experience with an employee that goes out of her way to make sure you.leave there Happy..The employee is Maddie...Also the cashier..Not sure her name..Kudos to these 2.

This is a good sized Laura's store with good women's selection of clothing and accessories. Staff were friendly and helpful to me. Unfortunately couldn't find what I was looking for. Located in Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket.

Extremely poor experience with this store. My wife purchased a dress for our son's wedding. When she tried it on at home she noticed a strong perfume smell and very bad body odour. It was obviouse the store tried to cover up this used dress and re sell it. The manager was not helpful and never offered anything in return for our troubles. Needless to say we I'll not hop there gain. Pun intended - this store stinks

I have been purchasing dresses here for a VERY long time buuut unfortunately they do not honor mask exemptions, even though I was wearing a face shield. After being let in to find a maid of honor dress for my best friends wedding the staff then asked me to leave... I was almost in tears!

Great customer service! Almost found the perfect coat, didn't like belt and color was too light.

Lovely store with friendly, patient, and helpful staff. A very nice selection and clothes that are comfortable and look great on you. You will receive personalized attention and people will help you to mix and match to design the perfect outfit. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. So if you are looking for a high end outfit to wear to an interview or to an AGM or expensive event this is definitely the store for you.

Very helpful sales staff, didn't breathe down my neck like the one at Hillcrest. (I came into that store fully intending to buy & walked out because I felt smothered!) This associate helped me, went to the back looking for my size, gave suggestions & gave me my space. And I left with what I came for 👍👍

Beautiful clothes, purses, etc. Fantastic staff, from salespeople to cashier, etc. It would be nice if everything was less costly, but I highly recommend Laura's at Upper Canada Mall.
