I recently visited the family physician clinic a few weeks ago due to a neck strain, and I must say I had a positive experience. The clinic staff was welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial apprehension. Dr. Aurelie, the family physician, was highly professional and showed genuine concern for my well-being. She conducted a thorough examination, explained the diagnosis clearly, and recommended a treatment plan that included both immediate relief and long-term care. The clinic's efficiency in handling insurance matters and scheduling follow-up appointments was commendable, making my overall experience hassle-free. I left the clinic feeling reassured and on the path to recovery. I would highly recommend this family physician clinic for their excellent care and patient-centered approach.

My experience at Summerview Medical was five star! The staff is amazing and very friendly. Michelle was super friendly, greeted me with a smile and took time out of her busy schedule to have a friendly conversation with me while I waited for my chiropody appointment, as I was early. Kaitlin, the Chiropodist, was who I had my actual appointment with. She was extremely friendly, easy to talk to and very good at what she does. Suffering with Diabetic neuropathy she knew exactly how to treat my feet with this condition. I definitely recommend Summerview Medical Center, They do it all!!!

My experience at summerview has been nothing but pleasant. They are extremely organized for a brand new clinic and very punctual. Many thanks to the lovely girls working in the front going above and beyond each day to accommodate patients needs. Super kind, nice and respectful. Not to mention great at there jobs. The doctors here genuinely care about each and every patient and are very thorough with the work they do. I hope this location stays open forever as I would hate to go anywhere else. Waste of my time. I have been looking for a doctor for over a month, finally got referred to here through health care connect to get a family doctor. When I spoke to the reception I asked can my daughter get her 2 month shots through Dr. Okuneye. They said yes and that this clinic deals with babies. Wait a week for the appointment only for the doctor to tell me during the meet and greet that NO she will not take my daughter as a patient cause she will only take on her patients children as she feels obligated to take them and even still will refer them to a pediatrician. She feels more comfortable with kids 5 years and older. She said she would give daughter her shots but that's the extent that she can do. Forget it! Health care connect had 2 other doctors in the area that are free and will try that. Cause you waste my time once, not going to come there to have another bad experience. You're telling me she couldn't have had reception call me back to tell me this. And tried to say that she'll update them after so they know for future, still doesn't change that my time was WASTED!

Horrible receptionists. No voicemail and they enjoy picking up the phone and hanging up. Wrote 9pm on appointment card and tried to call to confirm if that was the accurate appointment time and no one could answer the phone after trying to call for an hour. The healthcare system is broken

My experience at Summerview Medical was definitely 5 stars. The facility is clean, and the staff are amazing and very kind. Dr. Okuneye was very patient with me and took the time to understand my concerns. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome on my first visit.

We are extremely lucky to have this clinic in neighborhood. We were searching for family doctor for our family at the time clinic was relocating to this location. Staffs at clinic are amazing (super kind & friendly), always find time to respond your calls for appointments. We have Dr. Okuneye as our family physician and could not be more happier with her care. I also have used physiotherapy services at the clinic. Shout-out to David, an amazing physio for helping me to recover from injury. He is quick to identify cause of injury and develops targeted therapy that expedites healing. Thanks to Dr. Okuneye , David and amazing team, we do not need to look further for our care.

Absolutely love this clinic! My family and I were looking for a family doctor in the area for a while and found it at the perfect time when they moved location. We have Dr. Okuneye as our family doctor and she is one of the most attentive and kindest doctor out there. She’s always listening to our concerns and never hesitates to educate, inform, and or refer us to a specialist when needed. Not to mention, the staff here are great. They’re very quick on returning our calls and we never have any issues booking an appointment (thank you Curtsey!!). Overall, great service and so glad we found this place :)

My experience at Summerview Medical was amazing. The friendly staff made a big difference, creating a warm environment. I felt at ease during my appointment. Overall, I had a good experience at this clinic.

I will rate the professionalism of the receptionist 1 star. I went to visit Dr Abdul, the receptionist lead me to a room and told me to wait, I waited for 15 minutes, it has never occurred to me that the wait time is so long, so I went to the receptionist and asked her if the Dr. is aware that I am waiting, she said yes, let me go back to the room and just wait. Then I waited another 10 minutes and finally I went to check with her again, she checked with another girl, and realized the Dr. wasn’t be notified. She could checked at the first time but didn’t, it is not professional and very disrespectful. In response to your reply and for your reference, I scheduled an appointment several days in advance. The issue was not with the doctor, who was not treating other emergency patients as he told me he was just sitting in his room, but with the lack of notification from the reception staff. Despite my reminders to inform the doctor promptly when a patient is waiting, they failed to do so and provided inaccurate information. After a second reminder, they eventually informed the doctor, wasting both the doctor's time and the patient's time. This constitutes negligence and unprofessionalism, and it is a matter that needs management's attention and resolution.

Like many others, I find this clinic to be great! The two biggest features are accessibility (finding an appointment that isn't weeks out) and being on time. Dr. Adlul is a fantastic individual and always willing to answer your questions. An additional benefit of the clinic is the onsite allied health professionals and other therapeutics with simple parking or accessibility from public transit

One star is too high for this center. They are unorganized and very impolite staffs, Dr's there are super lazy. Don't be foolish by its good looking building!

Taking on way too many doctor's. Called today for an appointment (Dec 4). Doctor is fully booked until January. What's the point of having a family physician??? Whatever the problem is, it will get either better by itself or the patient will land in the hospital

Dr. Soto has been my Family doctor for years now, and I have always had a great experience with him. Whether it be on the phone or in person, he addresses all my concerns in a delicate manner, provides support, understands/ remembers my medical conditions, and supplies me with the tools I need to improve.

Staff are friendly and there are now many different services available. Being able to book appointments online and see availability is great.

Dr Juan Soto is the best GP I’ve had in over 60 years. He listens and gives good advice and treatment. Medications prescribed are always done in relation to impact on kidneys. Really respect this guy

Dr. Soto is professional, kind and knowledgeable and has been the best GP i have ever had. The front staff are friendly and responsive to any requests. The new space is lovely. Hope to be cared for here for many years to come

You're getting Chiropractic, Physiotherapeutic, Osteopathic, Acupuncture Treatments all-in-one shot. My lower back, and sciatica nerve, as well as neuropathic foot pain was never relieved by any of these types of professional practitioners one-on-one. Dr. Nicholson simply knows exactly what works best to relieve your pain and help you heal. Ask about her 6-week program... It's well worth the time and money!
