I’ve
been
working
with
Jenna
doing
personal
training
in
Toronto
for
almost
a
year
and
a
half
now,
and
I
can’t
recommend
her
enough!
Prior
to
working
with
Jenna,
I
didn’t
consider
myself
a
“gym
person”,
and
had
found
working
with
other
personal
trainers
in
Toronto
to
be
uncomfortable
and
unmotivating.
No
matter
how
much
I
emphasized
that
my
goals
were
to
be
healthy
and
build
strength,
invariably
the
trainer
would
focus
on
BMI,
body
fat
percentage,
dress
size,
etc.
My
experience
with
Jenna
has
been
so
completely
different
from
that.
There
was
no
awkward
and
embarrassing
initial
“assessment”
–
just
an
honest
conversation
about
what
I
was
trying
to
achieve
and
what
I
could
afford.
Jenna
has
worked
in
the
fitness
industry
in
Toronto
her
entire
life,
and
is
an
incredibly
knowledgeable
and
responsible
trainer.
The
training
she
provides
is
tailored
to
your
needs
and
capacities,
and
she
knows
exactly
how
to
adjust
you
to
get
the
most
out
of
each
movement,
motivating
you
without
ever
pushing
too
hard.
The
result
is
an
effective
and
FUN
(honestly!)
workout.
Most
importantly,
this
truly
is
body
positive
personal
training
–
that’s
not
just
branding
or
lip
service
to
a
fad.
She
understands
the
toxic
nature
of
the
vast
majority
of
the
diet
and
fitness
industry,
and
actively
works
against
it.
We
have
never
once
discussed
body
weight,
body
fat
percentage,
BMI,
etc.,
unless
I
specifically
brought
it
up.
She
won’t
try
to
tell
you
what
to
eat
or
how
to
live
your
life,
and
she
understands
that
occasionally
you
might
need
some
time
away
from
the
gym
if
your
circumstances
change.
Working
with
Jenna
has
had
an
incredibly
positive
influence
on
my
life.
Aside
from
the
physical
changes,
which
are
great
on
their
own
(increased
strength,
more
energy,
better
sleep,
etc.),
I
wasn’t
anticipating
how
much
my
mental
health
and
self-esteem
would
improve.
It’s
almost
impossible
to
overstate
the
confidence
that
comes
from
realizing
just
how
capable
and
powerful
your
body
is
–
especially
if,
like
myself
and
so
many
women,
you’ve
only
ever
valued
your
body
for
how
small
you
can
make
it.
I’m
thrilled
to
see
the
growing
body
positive
fitness
movement
take
hold
in
Toronto
through
the
community
that
Jenna
is
creating,
and
love
being
a
part
of
it.
