    I train here three times a week, everyone knows what they're doing. If you injure yourself somehow, they will help ease the pain.

    My experience at Renew for the past 6 months; I am 47 year old female healthcare worker. I initially started to work out to get rid of chronic pain caused by bad posture at work. I was burned out, drinking to much, overweight, going to the chiropractor twice a week without end insight, mad and depressed. Quickly after starting I saw improvements in my posture and pain disappeared. Every day tasks that were difficult became easy. I got hooked with how I was feeling and couldn’t stop, went from 2 times a week to 3 times a week, I started tracking my macros and today I feel happy again, I went from 40% fat to 23%, I feel good, I am no longer afraid of food, I feel stronger than ever and I can see so much change in my body and mind. The work has greatly helped me manage stress, giving me great mental clarity, improved confidence and overall outlook on life. Everyone there is great, they are good people; Justine, Mel and John. I have trained mainly with Steve; who has taught me the ropes carefully and has always challenged me enough without hurting me. He is a great trainer. I have so much fun working out with him, often look forward to my next training wondering what trick would he be pulling off his sleeve this time. Ultimately i know he cares. They very accommodating with bookings, which has really helped me stay on track while juggling my busy schedule. I cant thank them enough. If you feel like I did before I will strongly suggest you call them.

    Just finished my 6 Week Challenge! I lost a whopping 7.8% of body fat in just 6 weeks! I highly recommend renew personal training if your looking to get in shape, tone up and lose the inches! Amy was awesome! A great sense of humor which made working out so much more fun. The gym is smaller which is great because during the classes Amy could come to each station and help anyone who needed assistance. Jon has a great and simple to follow nutrition plan already made up, so meal prep was much easier to do.

    I highly recommend Renew Personal Training if you are looking to lose weight and get in shape. I was initially skeptical but was thoroughly impressed with the program and was blown away with the results. After my 6 Week Challenge, I lost 13 lbs, 6% body fat and felt amazing. The meal plan was simple to follow and had lots of variety, making it easy to stick to. The staff were friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Amy was great, she kept the workouts challenging and fun and held us accountable. This is a program that gets results!

    I just completed the six week challenge at Renew. The program was challenging and I don't think I could have reached my goal without the support and atmosphere at Renew. The work outs were a lot of fun and really challenged muscles I didn't think I had. Regardless of your fitness level this program will help you reach your goals. It was exactly the kick in the butt I needed. Jon and his team offer a fun, supportive and non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable pushing yourself past your comfort zone. Highly recommend them.

    Finished my 6 week challenge at Renew and very happy with the results. Sometimes it's not about the weight but how your clothes fit, how you feel and inches lost. Jon and Amy are great - friendly, encouraging, and very supportive of your fitness goals. If you commit to it, you will see results. What do you have to lose... except inches/lbs/body fat?!

    I just completed the 6 week transformation challenge, and it was amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never done a program like this that worked so well for me. The accountability made it easy to push on when it got tough, the detailed meal plan was very helpful and made meal prep easy, and the classes were so well done and very fun. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the variety of class time was easy to work around. I would highly recommend this program and this gym to anyone, I honestly love it!

    Jon and Amy at renew fitness were friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me exceed my goal of losing 6% body fat in only 6 weeks! With the nutrition plan and high intensity workouts I’m feeling stronger than ever! I appreciate all of the support.

    I just completed my six week challenge at Renew Personal Training. I'm so happy and excited with my results. I've lost 11lbs and 8.2% body fat! After struggling to even begin my weight loss journey I can say now that I'm on my way and have such a positive outlook thanks to all the trainers here. I can finally see myself getting to my goal. The workouts are hard but so much fun with the positive attitude of everyone there. The meal plan has been easy to follow. I can say with certainty that joining the six week challenge was the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. A huge thank you to everyone at Renew!

    This gym is great! I recently completed a 6-week challenge with Renew and I had a great experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and there is always a positive, supportive environment. It's so much easier to workout when you have a community that will keep you accountable and this gym offers just that! The meal plan was also good and I found it easier to stick to than other meal plans I've done. Overall, I recommend Renew Personal Training!
