This is a good place to eat. I work in the mall and eat here all the time. Food is always fresh and they have good customer service. BUT I personally feel bad for the employees working here. I see two guys working all the time in the evening rush. I was there just now and I feel bad that they do not have any help for mall closing time. Management is doing rubbish job with this. I hope management was better or at least pay them double .

I went to the New York Fries in the mall with my friend, we ordered a poutine, while my friend ordered food i was waiting for my mom to send me some money to order so I asked the manager if she could wait, she waited for me for four minutes without rushing me or even leaving the stand, just standing there with a beautiful smile, after I had the money it was only seconds I got the food and she told me to have a good day. After eating some of the poutine, i decided to see if I could get any toppings she said it was free, I asked if the sour cream was free to but she said it was 70 cents. I was fine with just the toppings but she gave me a drizzle and she even told me to enjoy. This just my expereicne at this location unforgetable I will defintly be coming here in the future to eat any sort of food.

At first I join the line waited then left because I was hesitant about trying the food as those waiting on their order wasnt a mix crowd. I got hungry enough and didn't want to try anything else so I rejoin the line after a 20mins walk around the mall and the food was super delicious. It made my taste bud happy and tempted for a second but there was other food to try. I definitely recommend Newyorkfries to those fries lover it's well worth it for sure.

Store wasn't busy. Employee behaved annoyed and unwelcoming. First, he snapped his fingers at me to "summon" me to the cash to order. I asked a question about whether I can switch something out of the combo and he said "you can get whatever you want" and sighed. I hesitated when I was asked what toppings I wanted on my hot dog and the employee slapped the board and said "just read here" and walked off. The poor attitude continued throughout. Food was decent. Service was terrible.

I went to NYF on my lunch break today and had a great experience! The lady who was helping me was awesome! She gave great customer service, and got my order ready in absolutely no time at all! I didn’t get her name but you could definitely tell she truly cared about the business!

I go there all the time and they have best service in the food court. 4 stars coz today I was there around 12:30 and the cashier was new guy with different uniform (maybe new manager or something). He was using his phone in front of customers while dealing with us and was not at all welcoming. Its disrespectful and unprofessional. Feels like Jerry is being missed .

Stopped at onroute in Innisfil Ontario and the fries are terrible soggy and small portions. I bought my daughter a small fry because she's in the back of the van so she couldn't share easily and we had to give her some of ours there was so few fries in it. Each of the containers were about half very disappointing.

Food was good as always but dropped a star for Leonado's lack of politeness and customer service. Very abrupt when asked a question. Didn't seem like he wanted to be there.

Amazing place. Staff is very friendly and polite. Best fries in the town. Worth every dollar. Definitely recommended and will come back again for sure!

I've come here everytime me and my family drops off our dog to be groomed at a nearby Petsmart, and in that time I can safely say this place has some good pouting (as far as fast food goes, as yes I am aware that if you want something authentic and whatnot then you may want to look elsewhere, but also expect greater wait times and possibly higher prices), furthermore I appreciate the service as it's efficient and even when mistakes are made they correct themselves accordingly (one time there was something in my poutine and I brought it up and got a new one free of charge. Along with 2 coupons so that was nice and thoughtful). If you're down for some decent poutine for under 20 bucks then this place is probably for you.

The fries were extremely greasy and the grease was caked and shiny on them. Had to return them and while I got a fresh batch I also got attitude with it. Not bad for $13 :(

I came across today and there was a black guy working he is the best worker he is very fast but it seems like he’s not happy inside he said his name was Leonado he’s very good he deserves better .
