The worst expensive pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Old and dried French fries. Awful tasting sauce. I do not recommend at all

The pizza was a disappointment. There's one size which is equivalent to a 10inch that is way too overpriced. The place next door has way more ingredients and better bang for buck. I was fooled by the good reviews clearly. Save yourself and go next door to Bombowich EDIT: THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW: it's easy to knock it off as one to save face however I have receipts and the order wasn't placed under my name. If it was a fake account I wouldn't use my real name. I was expecting this response and am severely disappointed.

I loved the sandwich quality and the taste. Great staff and awesome food. Great addition to our lovely Newmarket city, Definitely recommended, must try.

I found this place on Google and decided to try it. It was sooo good. The people were very friendly and helpful being our first time there. The roast beef sandwich was amazing. Fall apart melt in your mouth beef. Even the fresh rose's at the table was such a nice touch. I'll definitely be back.

The most delicious and best quality sandwich you can ever find. Definitely worth the prices and the Dragon sandwich with Persian doogh made my day for real. I think ‘Perfect’ is a good word to describe it Thank you 🙏🏽😊

I get the Haida special and empire Persian pizza and both are super delicious. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff. Count on a great meal and great leftovers the next day (if there are any)! I’ve been here only a few times, because I live about 30 minutes away. It’s worth the drive!

First time here and so impressed! Lovely, friendly staff, and my roast beef sandwich was awesome! There was a side of special sauce that almost tasted a bit like mustard. My niece told me about it - she works close by and eats here a little. Why would anyone go to a sub shop? This is amazing. I'm definitely stopping by the next time I'm in Newmarket. I'm going to try the pizza next!

We had a big party a few weeks ago and we ordered catering from Haida. It was an amazing experience. The owners helped me with ordering and delivery to our place. The delivery was on time, the pizzas were hot and in general, the quality of the food was great! Thank you 🙏🙂

Overpriced burger not worth the money. Taste is really bland and the photo isn’t as advertised. Most disappointing burger I’ve ever had. 3 stars only because other sandwiches are good but stop selling this terrible burger.

If you are looking for a cozy and warm atmosphere with delicious food and excellent service, this is the place to go! The staff is friendly and the burgers and sandwiches are outstanding, and the flavors are unique and delicious.Thanks Haida!

Staff was nice but I waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and I was the only one at the resteraunt. Burger was incredibly bland, the bun tasted old and they filled the burger with 5 huge chunks of lettuce. Hopefully they change the recipe or aim to do better!

Extremely horrible and degrading experience. Go here if you want to be screamed at. This was our first and last visit. All of us ordered the same sandwiches. My husbands sandwich was visibly different, we couldn't see the meat in it. When we went to ask the lady at the counter She started slamming open the sandwiches, slamming and counting the pieces of meat and salad inside, showing us that the number of pieces were the same even though they were tiny and in the corner for just that one sandwich We were shocked! All this while there was another customer standing there watching all this, obviously watching this horrendous customer service the customer left, any customer would. Then she started blaming us that the customer went away because of us (repeated this 3 times) and we were shocked once again. And when my husband said how is it my fault, she said and i quote "If you dont know what you're ordering, then DONT ORDER". We were there for the first time. And lastly, the food was expensive, dry and below average.

In the last year or so we have ordered different subs from this location and I thought I would need to write a review as our orders and quality of food have been consistent during this time, they prepare the food quickly and everything we got tasted really good. They deserve a 5 start review.

I had the cold sandwich here (Haida special). It was really good but the deli meat didn’t taste as fresh as the other branch in Richmond hill. The sandwich was pretty big but I would still consider it to be on the pricier side. Still a good sandwich and I would probably come back here again.

It's a great place to sit down and dine in, or pick food up whatever your preference is. I can tell you their sandwiches and pizzas are very good but, what I'm having a few nights a week at this restaurant is their roast beef sandwich and/or delicious gourmet hamburger. If you like meat you should try them. I usually don't like pizza but I had theirs. It's not your usual, they're really good.

This Haida location is far better than all the other locations from my experience. Even their service is fantastic. Loved the food!

The lady at the reception lacks basic manners. Our friend inquired about the inconsistency of the identical sandwich from her, the response was “if you don’t know about the sandwich then don’t order!” This establishment clearly doesn’t want to entertain new customers and it’s only to serve customers who KNOW about their sandwiches. My advise would be to learn MANNERS before anything else.

Variety of hot and cold Persian style sandwiches plus different types of burger. Well designed restaurant area with very friendly staff. Sandwiches are full of stuff tomato lettuce meat and filled with mayo and also potato chips sticks. One sandwich is good for two people. Overall good food with reasonable price.
