    What a horrible costumer service. I'll name a few. 1. Goes on her phone, with her gloves and then proceeds to touch EACH bread, ( I'm assuming she's counting them and putting down on the phone, but regardless, that's disgusting) clearly visible as breads move. 2. Upon ordering, the meat distribution is horrible. Just kind of slaps it on and that's it . Veggies time- Cheap on the lettuce , when asked for more, she added a drop. Asked for Cucumbers, she again, slaps them down and they are not organized or In order, Tomatoes- same thing as Cucumbers, without care all a mess. Olives- asked for extra olives and she puts only a tiny handful. Sauces- okay amount. I specifically asked for only salt( I don't mind pepper but would not choose it) when she pours the salt, I see a lot of black, I confirm if it's just salt and she says yes. After eating, can clearly taste pepper. Horrible care and sandwich. SANDWICH WAS NOT CUT AS WELL. I hope it's not a daily occurrence as this clearly will scare costumers away.

    Came here 8 days in a row. Mens washroom had NO HANDSOAP for 7 days in a row. Ran by stingy people who don’t accept coupons, provide a water cup, don’t put soap in their washrooms and overcharge on each sub compared to other locations. Avoid the subway here at all costs, it’s ran by cheap people who also have their family members posting reviews for this location, absolutely disgusting on their behalf and subway head office should be notified of their unethical and cheap practices. Not putting soap in your washroom and you offer sit-in dining, do you not eat the sub with your hands or use a fork to eat it…. Not accepting coupons, go open something that’s not a franchise and do what you want, but you need to follow subway rules and accept any coupons/promotions. I will be contacting head office and tell everyone at my office how cheap the owners of this subway are, absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

    I just had the most upsetting experience here. First of all there was no toppings on my sandwich. no problem so I asked for more and asked if I could change the type of bread as it tasted burnt. The girls were so rude. 2 of them were laughing and speaking in another language was so rude to me. All while the oven is beeping and beeping and nobody is taking the bread out which I noticed the next batch was also burned and said she wasn't going to make me a new sandwich because the bread was soft . The way I was treated was absolutley disgusting If my daughter wasn't there I don't know if I would have been able to hold it together as well as I did I wasn't even being rude about it I just asked nicely if I could try a different flavor bread because that 1 tasted really burnt All she did was argue with me and tell me that it wasn't burnt I said that's fine then can I just still get another sandwich she said no Then she finally agreed to make me another sandwich only if I gave her back the other sandwich to throw away and I said no problem I will throw it away So I had to show her that I was throwing it away before she would make me a new sandwich as if I was going to keep and eat the sandwich that I didn't like to begin with. Anyhow it's unfortunate that 3 young ladies have such bad attitudes and terrible customer service I hope that they are taught differently and never do that again to another customer I left there in tears Even my quiet 14 year old daughter spoke up which shocked me because of how they were treating me. Do better be kinder no need to be that way! I would be embarrassed if those were my teenage daughters.

    Super Great customer service, and a very clean store. One of the best run subways in the region! The Ingredients and bread are always fresh. The employee Gagan was super friendly! I highly recommend Subway Newmarket on Yonge and Mulock

    Yesterday I visited this subway and it was a great experience. I orders a crispy chicken subway and the guy named sneh was working there and made a sub the way he liked and it was delicious, I never had a subway like this…. Such a great service.

    The gentleman running the shop tonight was doing anamazing job making delicious and well made sandwiches. We need more people like hum in the world. It's a well kept shop and I felt welcomed. 10/10

    Saw the commercial with Scottie Barns for the Stampede Briscut Sandwich and said that looks so good I have to try it. Went to my local Subways and what a major disapointment. Two little pieces of meat, not cut like in the add and definatly no where near the amount of meat they advertise. I asked is that it and he said I can add bacon but there is an extra charge. I only eat out once in a while and to pay what you pay for this sandwich made me that upset I wrote a review for the first time ever. You should get what they show you in their marketing. Very misleading.

    **Do not go to this location** A terrible and disappointing experience! I haven't ordered from this location for quite some time so I decided to drop in. I ordered a steak and cheese salad, the shredded cheese I got was no more than 1 teaspoon, the veggies was barely 2/3 of the bowl, plus I had to ask for other toppings. The steak couldn't have been more than 1 tablespoon full. With taxes, I was charged just over $12....really? For a salad that was worth no more than half of what I was charged? I have been to other locations specifically Aurora, where the exact same salad was worth what I paid for it. I will never go to this location again and strongly suggest that you think twice about going here, unless you want to throw away your hard earned money. This place does not value their customers and you can see that in previous reviews.

    As a former subway employee and long time customer, I was extremely disappointed at the management/experience at this location during my last visit. They refused to honour any head office promotions ie free 6 inch sub with purchase of $25 gift card without any rational reasoning. Then they went on to refuse my valid coupons again without any rational reasoning. Despite the challenges and difficulties I went on to place a large order for my family on Christmas eve of 5, 12” subs, trying to overlook the customer service in hopes of enjoying our delicious subs. Unfortunately, the bread was so hard and stale that the $61.65 subs were uneatable and were disposed of, which is a terrible waste. I tried to contact the owner/head office in hopes of my feedback making a difference for other future customers so that they can avoid the disappointment my family had to endure on Christmas Eve but the owner was quite dismissive via email and again did not provide any rational reasoning as to why this location does not honour current, valid head office promotions and offered an apology for the bread and uneatable subs with any solutions. I decided to leave my feedback here instead so that others can avoid the loss I endured and perhaps allow an opportunity for management to utilize my feedback to improve their customer service, quality, policies and integrity.

    Went there today, on Sunday, and wow, what a joke. First of all, the service was excellent and the girl working was wonderful, I should’ve gotten her name. What I think is a joke is she was all alone, and is alone the entire day. I asked if this happens every Sunday and she said yes. How can you only have one employee scheduled for a Sunday shift? The poor girl was stressed because of the lunch rush, and she is going to have to stay past the closing time to do her duties. For goodness sake, schedule two employees, this is also a safety risk. She has no back up or literally ANYTHING to help her feel safe. I wanted to give her a tip for her good work and to make her feel better, so I asked if the tip option on the machine goes to her - it doesn’t. THEY DON’T EVEN GET THEIR TIPS? The owner of this store comes off as nothing but cheap and heartless. Last time I’ll be coming to this store. I’ll be back to give the girl a tip personally as I had no cash, but that’s it afterwards. Get it together.
