Food is tasty and healthy but staff are pretty slow or just plain new.

Very bad customer service , the old lady , she gave me wrong order, and when I complained , why she gives me wrong one, and she had to change it. She throw my food in garbage , and didn’t refund my money .

ive ordered here before and i love the food but while i was ordering the woman at the front was very rude. Later on when i complained about the rice having moments where it was rock hard they refused a refund and were even more disrespectful then before.

I made an order through Uber Eats and did not get the food I asked for. Originally staff were laughing and said they don't know what to do. Asked to speak to a manager and was told "she is not here", asked how do they fix orders that were completed wrong and the worker laughed and told me that I could drive there to pick it up. I told them that if I could have picked it up wouldn't have asked through Uber Eats. Conclusion: I had to eat what they gave me!!! Will not be ordering through this company again!

Not sure how they operate but there phone lines just ring out with no one answering the phone Shared with employee at upper Canada mall. And without any care said we usually don’t pick up the phone

Mmm !!! So delicious 😋 this place, and ALWAYS fresh too. But recently they have gotten so stingy, and give small portions for quite the price. Probably will NOT go back to this location AGAIN.

Had a Mediterranean roll for approx 10 dollars and found the taste to be bland. The lady making the roll was non-interested and end up making a disgusting roll. Not to forget that I have to ask her 2-3 times to put more other wise I would have gotten worse than I had. Overall felt like I donated my hard earned money to a charity serving free food. Big disappointment!!! **some people in Canada are earning 10 dollars after working an hour or so, please respect customers coming your place for spending their hard earned money!

rude woman with attitude works there in afternoon.15:39 pm. She got the order wrong I had to repeat the order many times She talks to me so loudly ! I suggest you never buy from there. It is disappointing.

Extremely rude staff. Today I saw a girl who ordered food and they gave her wrong food. when she complained and told them that it's not my order the staff took the food and throw that in a garbage and didn't refund her money!!! I have never see like that anywhere!!!!

The food here is ridiculously good. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about but I eat here constantly since I tried it for the first time a few months ago. (3+ times a week, lol). For the quality and variety of food that goes into these meals, it's a great deal and a good amount of food. They also allow you to make replacements of ingredients with no issue or cost.

Food was okay but customer service was horrible. We went up to order and the lady proceeded to roll her eyes at us since she was cleaning up and packing up an hour before the restaurant closed. She was extremely rude during the whole ordering process. Once we sat down to eat, three other people tried to order and they were told to go somewhere else because it was too late to order and they were trying to clean up. it was then 40 minutes before it closed. We will definitely be checking who is working before we get food from there. Very disappointed.

Horrible meal. Ordered the chicken and avocado sandwich but in a wrap and it was a horrible meal for the price paid. As you can see in the picture, the avocado was rock hard and there were only two (small) chunks in the whole wrap. The lady behind the counter just threw all the ingredients in the wrap and drenched it with the sauce; not an enjoyable meal whatsoever. Wont be going back.

One of those places I regret not trying earlier. You get so much food at a great value and the ingredients are always fresh.
