    I go to this Starbucks daily and it is my favorite location to go to! Staff is personable, happy and always makes my day better. There is seating available for at least 45 people so it also makes a great study/hangout location. It is the only Starbucks in town right now with a drive-thru so it is quite busy. Sometimes a 10 minute wait for a walk-in or drive-thru order, but don't turn away from this location based on that. Plan for the time or get Starbucks Mobile pick-up as I use this when I am in a hurry and it is always right there ready for me! Never an issue with orders and if there is any concerns, the great staff there is always ready to help. Thanks Starbucks at Leslie for being as great as you Are!

    Got a couple of the cake pops for our grandkids. The dough in the "Birthday" pop seemed raw l, but maybe that's the way it was supposed to be? Other than that, the staff we spoke with was very friendly and accommodating.

    I waited 15 minutes for a drink that I ordered in store. The priority was obviously for the drive thru orders first as I watched 20 cars go by in the time I waited for my drink. Not sure if I’ll go back to this location again. The one just north of this location is much faster. Also, there was no “sorry for the wait”, instead I was told that they’re backed up and I should be getting my drink soon, when I asked.

    I visited on November 30 at 4:00 PM Afternoon Personnel was very rude and unprofessional. I have never seen this kind of attitude in Starbucks locations and I am a regular costumer! The woman ( she had a curly reddish hair) who made my coffee was very rude, she handed a very hot Coffee and when I reached to grab an sleeve, raised her eyebrows, frowning and with a very condescending tone stated “oh for the next time don’t reach to grab sleeves yourself, if you ask I will give it to you!” Like what, she is a teacher and Costumers are her student to be thought! Oh maybe I didn’t look very much Canadian in this white neighbourhood! No apology, no smile, only nasty behaviour I will not come to this location anymore! I can put up with everything but not a racist rude person! I went there again This place is the closest statbucks to my work place unfortunately Another very rude interaction with the girl who was making the coffee At the mobile order section my coffee was ready! She saw me coming No greeting what so ever I saw she is not caring about the customer and I saw my name on cup and picked it up! She rudely replied ( without saying anything else, apologies or even a kind gesture) next time ask someone to hand it over to you! Who does this people think they are! I said I have another order as well She mumbles who ever got it will bring it! No smile! Showing tones of attitude! Also no reply to my review last month very clearly the manager in this location doesn’t care about costumer service

    Taylor needs to be trained in colored people approach. She has a terrible attitude she spoke to me like she thought I was a dog. So bad I had to turn around and walk out. I didn't know starbucks was a drink for certain colors of skin.

    One of the best coffee shops in the area. Very big space, lots of tables. Very good view to outside. Very friendly staff. Drive thru service is not very fast.

    This location is always out of stock unfortunately. 9x out of 10. Doesn’t matter the time of day I go 2pm, 7pm, 9pm, my sandwich and chocolate chunk cookie has “always run out” They need to pull more from the freezer or order larger quantities of inventory. The one up the road on Leslie is never out of stock.

    Got a 1st degree skin burn last night after visiting this Starbucks. The tea cup was overly full and the lid wasn’t fixed properly. Burnt both of my hands, headed to emergency room. Lots of pain. Ruined night. To future visitors: Be very careful with tea orders in this location, employees over-pour boiling water.

    As I pulled up, I could see the drive-thru had a long line, so I decided to park and go inside. Once inside, there was one customer in line in front of me, 2 waiting for their orders to be finished and 3 barista's. I waited over 10 minutes to get my coffee & food, the drive-thru was way more important than a customer who shows up at the counter.

    This is the SLOWEST Starbucks drive. They really need to either bring in more staff in the morning, or be WAY more efficient. I have waited at the window, at my order, while the staff are just doing other things, after I have paid. They are all very nice, and if you have an extra ten minutes to spare, then it’s fine. But do not come here if you’re in a hurry or when you just don’t want to wait ten minutes in a drive thru for coffee.

    Why is ownership pushing cold air through the HVAC system in the middle of January? Employees are wearing sweaters and customers seated are wearing jackets. Embarrassing operations that are likely intentional to dissuade people from working here.

    This is my home branch, it is warm and inviting and you will always be served with the utmost care even when they are super busy, even by the teenagers or the new employees. They are wonderful, it starts with the management and transfers to the Barista they bring on board. I have been an occasional customer in many Starbucks branches and started visiting lately to the Aurora branch to kill recurring time because hey, Starbucks is Starbucks right? Wrong. It is unbelievable how the Gorham and Leslie's branch is outstanding with their level of customer experience. You can see how a caring and nursing manager and how they create a safe and inviting atmosphere even for confused customers while in Aurora the Baristas give you the feeling that they don't want to be there (or you). I guess that once you experienced the high standard of service provided by the Gorham and Leslie branch, you hope that every branch will be like that. Let's face it, you don't go to Starbucks for the coffee, the coffee is okayish. You go to Starbucks for the whole experience they deliver and this branch does an amazing job ❤

    Decided to go to this Starbucks instead of usual Starbucks. Won't happen again. Maryam at the cash register needed to be told repeatedly the order. When she repeated the order it was still wrong. Left the gift card on the counter and asked her to throw it out. She sent when of the staff to our table to complain to us. Who does that? I can see why one of our friends doesn't like this Starbucks and she goes to the other one on the other side of Leslie a little closer to Davis Dr.

    Bad service and rude customer service. We were waiting in line for almost 20 minutes just to order. The cashier was only with one client and they took forever. We were 6 people in line waiting and when I asked if someone else can help us. They told us that we need to wait if we want to order, so the 6 people left without buying. How bad customer service can change everything. They even offered us to open another cashier or to prepare our order. 6 disappointed customer services left.
