    I asked for two iced mocha coffees very light on the ice. The worker brought me 1 filled with ice, I mentioned that it’s too much ice so they scooped the ice out and returned me my original drink. Then I asked about the second one, so she made a second one light on the ice and only filled it to the same amount as the first one. I then said I wanted a refund because of her attitude and I had to go inside to return the drinks and get my money back and wasn’t even given an apology. Absolutely brutal hospitality. This is the second time with this worker that I’ve had an issue with her attitude. I won’t be going back here again. There are a few other locations close by that are more than hospitable!

    I went through the drive thru amd ordered a Decaffeinated coffee, a French vanilla, 5 chocolate tim bits, 3 dream cookies. I received a hot chocolate, Decaffeinated coffee and the cookies. I am very disappointed as it wasn't busy at all so I'm not sure how our order was screwed up.

    Newly renovated. Beautiful modem atmosphere. Drive-Thru single lane, often leads long lineup. Need double lane.

    Ordered a habanero chicken loaded bowl. It came with two pieces of lettuce and a few small pieces of chicken. Bowl was half empty and too much sauce added to the point of over spicy. Terrible!!

    The drive thru ladies are amazing. Especially a lady named Tammy. Friendly efficient and always a pleasure. Great job. During their renovation we had to go to another Tim’s. We felt the difference. Great job at the 17725 Yonge street location ladies. Excellent service.

    I was there for a grill cheese sandwich and coffee. I paid over $9 for it waited for over 25 mins they had not delivered my sandwich. So I went up and asked what happened, the manager Danielle came and asked loudly” Did you pay and do you have receipt for your order?” I said they didn’t give me the receipt but I did pay. She condescendingly said I can offer you a donut but not the sandwich. Then she tossed the bag rudely with a donut inside on the counter while everyone was looking. I felt really upset and it was not fair at all. I want to let the store know that is not the right way to treat the customer and Danielle has been constantly rude to other customers too.

    Wendy's really struggled. Wait was long, orders came out wrong twice. BUT the staff was very nice and the fixed the issue and was very appologetic. I felt bad for them, seemed they were understaffed and had some new people. Wendy's food is ok but nit great. I think I like the staff more than the food.

    I work in the area and frequent this location. I have seen their customer service go down the dumbs over the last few weeks. The daytime supervisor is rude and has no patience for customers or staff. They over charge for things you don't get and using the app and points apparently doesn't get you free items anymore. She found a way to still charge me.

    I like this location which I have used many times , Mostly inside, Good amount of seating which is shared with Wendy's . Staff are pleasant. Enjoy the free Wi-FI. Good Drive thru and loads of parking.

    Not the best experience. We wanted Harvest Breakfast sandwich which was unavailable. Then we got eggncheese on English Muffins. The English muffin was cold not toasted tasted stale and dry and to top it all all three sandwiches had egg shells in them. All this took 15 mins in the drive through line. 👎

    Newly renovated place. Good service. Food was good but the sizes were reduced significantly. Same price but half the food. That’s not right.

    Ordered a steak wrap today which is supposed to be fully loaded. It was stuffed only with rice and beans took it back to the counter. The server was adamant she herself put 2 scoops of steak in it, so It was my word against hers. I dumped my sandwich in the garbage and left.     The one on Longford is WAY BETTER. this tim Hortons is always messing up my order and the charging me for stuff I never ordered! I payed 9.50 for 2 simply sausage because they charged me for English muffins! I can't eat eggs and I didn't notice until I left. I want my money back.

    Made my coffee perfect today - iced coffee. And a warm croissant! Easy and quick breakfast. This location is newer and less busy than the mess at Green Lane location.

    I'm an iced capp aficionado. That being said, I get that Tim Hortons has high turnover. However, I cannot recommend this Tim Hortons. I always ask for my iced capp made a specific way (espresso shot added on top after mixing the iced capp, to avoid a watered down drink). The cashier assures me that's how they make it but that is A LIE! Almost every time, they lazily make it how they feel like making it. Asking them to redo it to order garners dirty looks from staff. I'm sick of this treatment. Talking to the manager, I see where the problems stem from. She's rude to her staff and sets a very poor hygiene example (greasy unbrushed hair). She is a restaurant manager, not a trades worker. I'm just so disappointed with the way they treat me like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. I may give them a chance to retain my business, as I do believe in redemption arcs, but you'd be better off going to a different Tim's in the area for the time being. I'll update this review if I find them to have improved.
