New location in Newmarket. Friendly staff. Did a great job to maintain health and safety for its customers. Ordered the brown sugar pearl with cream oat milk. Tapioca is made to perfection, chewy with the perfect amount of sweetness.

Very convenient location across from Upper Canada Mall. The best experience I have ever had at a Chatime. Let's be honest here, during COVID, the lineups have increased astronomically anywhere we go... from supermarkets, to restaurants to retail stores, we have to line up EVERYWHERE (due to physical distancing). Any bubble tea shop I have walked into, I end up having to wait at least 20 minutes (or more) for my drink. This has yet to happen here! I have visited this location several times now and the staff has ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful. They seem ready to not only serve the customers standing in front of them but also prepare the steady stream of online orders coming through their machines. The slush, teas and drinks are made to your specific taste and the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The store is very clean, cozy and has a number of seats for you to meet up with your friends and enjoy a bubble tea and dessert (obviously not during COVID). I highly recommend this location if you are looking to spoil yourself with a delicious beverage or a tasty treat from Bake Code.

I’ve been to this location 3 times already within a span of a week!! This location is conveniently close to Upper Canada Mall and it’s in the same plaza as Food Basics and Party City with plenty of parking. The store was very clean with complete health & safety measures and physical distancing reminders. I was hesitant to deviate from my usual brown sugar with oat milk to try the new Vitasoy series, but the staff were very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. I decided to try the Golden Blossom - the tapioca was perfectly chewy, sweetness level just right and the drink was very refreshing...highly recommended! Normally service and food is great however the switch to paper bags from plastic is inconvenient and causing issues. Me family and friends all have been experiencing the paper bags ripping at the bottom after getting wet from the moisture of the drinks. This has been leading to the drinks hitting the floor and breaking wasting all of our money spent. Just recently I was walking with a mango tea in a paper bag and as I got to my house the bag ripped and I lost all of the tea and most of the Pearl's. This is the main issue I am finding with this location as everything else is quite satisfactory.

First time visiting the Chatime Newmarket location and it was a great experience!! The girl working there was incredibly kind and friendly. All the drinks were made quickly and accurately. There were a wide variety of bubble tea options to choose from. They also had a selection of baked goods to choose from too that included cakes like tiramisu, Swiss rolls, macaroons and cookies. All the boba/bubble teas (especially their tapioca) tasted incredibly fresh and had a good bite to it. This location is very clean and spacious, has lots of parking spaces so you will not have much difficulty finding a spot here. Amazing location to come and visit if you are in need of your bubble tea fix! We had a really great experience here and would definitely return!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The Taro Slush with tapioca it usually my “go to”, but I recently tried the Honeydew Slush and it tasted exactly like a Honeydew Melon! There is sometimes a small wait time, but that is just because they are a pretty busy location.

Our favourite milk tea and bubble tea place, by far. Always incredible, super fast, and the customer service is awesome. We never go anywhere else.

Staff is really good and usually nice! Today they closed at 7:00 for a staff appreciation day, which is very nice, but my sister and I didnt know and went to open the doors at 6:55 just to have some of the staff inside laugh at her trying to open it :/

I have been a loyal chattime customer for many years, I regularly buy my drinks in Toronto but since last year I started using drinks at Chattime store near my house in Newmarket and I have had three disappointments when they always missed the topping that I have ordered. The first time they forgot to add Pudding topping in the Honeydew Milk Tea that I ordered, the second time they forgot to add the Pearl topping in the Thai Milk Tea that I bought last week, I think it was just a mistake by them when it was too busy. But this third time they repeat the same situation when they missed my ordered Pearl topping again when I bought it this Tuesday while thier store was not busy that day. I just wonder how a big brand like Chattime can serve such unprofessional service while continuing to repeat its mistakes with missing customer's ordered. This makes me very frustrated and disappointed when I can't enjoy my favorite drink that I want and causes a feeling of loss of trust in every drink ordered at this store.

Friendly and quick customer service. I recommend the Taro or the Matcha Roasted Milk Tea. The tapioca was fresh with the perfect consistency of soft and chewy. Definitely a top bubble tea shop in Newmarket!

Karynna provided us with the best training on how to poke a paper straw, mission accomplished! We are so happy, we always have been doing it wrong. The staff at this location is so friendly. Drinks are always made perfectly.

I had ordered a Mango Mania Slush, and the cashier gave me a Smoothie. I kindly asked her to change the drink and she dispolitely told me that I said Smoothie, even though I said Slush and it showed that while ordering. She never gave me the bill and also charged me an extra $2 when I did the calculation after leaving the store.
