A new Coco location has opened recently here in Newmarket. I visited it today and was quite impressed by the quality of the drinks and customer service I recieved. They have a very modern and sleek interior much like their partner location in Aurora. I ordered a Strawberry slush and it was very well made and quickly at that. As well as their Aurora location, I definitely recommend checking Coco's out here in Newmarket if you are ever in the mood for some delicious thirst quenching bubble tea.

Very friendly staff, helpful as well. . My first visit. The drinks all look and sound delicious. Would I drink here again? Maybe. It's a bit pricier than the average tea shop. . But it's definitely worth a try. The grapefruit tea is pretty good.

I like that Coco always has different promotions every month. Usually the new drinks they promote are so good to me. The store in Newmarket is very efficient and can often get drinks quickly. The atmosphere in the store is clean and comfortable, and charging sockets are also provided. The clerks are always friendly and polite. Even if line up and I have to wait sometimes, I still want to buy drinks here❤️

I come here often and lately the service has been awful. Staff will prioritize orders of customers who arrive after you if your order is more complicated or larger. You hear online orders ‘ping’ in and see them start those orders before serving people waiting in line! My last visit had me wait almost 40 minutes for my order while people came in, ordered and received their orders. They either need more staff or better training. If you plan on going here, order ahead or better yet, go to the location in Aurora.

Such delicious bubble tea. Lots of dairy free options. I'm allergic to dairy so that is important to me. Highly recommend strawberry black tea.

I'm a frequent visitor to this place, and my go-to is the brown sugar pearl latte. However, my latte yesterday tasted oddly different, it had some mild tea taste but its actually pretty good. Today, I revisited, but the taste was once more changed, making me wonder if they're experimenting with the recipe. 🤔

NOT very pleasure mobile order experience plus unprofessional customer service at all. Been waiting for one week no one response, then Coco customer rep. told me that they thought they replied to me already, but the message was still in the draft folder. BTW according to customer service, mobile order will be sending a text message when the drink is ready, who receives the text? I never do. FYI average waiting time during weekend or peak hours are around 20-45 min..... my experience was if you really want a bubble tea at Coco, don't mobile order cause you pre-paid have to wait, however if you walk in, they pretty much basically first come first serve.

What I like about the Coco bbt chain is that their menu is uncomplicated, with straightforward teas and juices, their top ten sellers and their amazing promos. It’s always a nice surprise to try an off-menu drink that’s on promo, the staff here are always so nice, happy and helpful.

First time going to this lovely establishment. I enjoyed a delicious Taro milk tea, though there are loads of intriguing options and ways to customize your bubble tea. The service was polite and efficient, and the shop has a nice minimalist interior. I'll certainly be back. Thank you!

Anna made the best pearl milk tea. Her service was excellent and was super nice. I think her special ingredient is the love she puts in the drinks:)

I have been there a few times and this location is great! Their staffs are friendly and take my orders accurately. The wait time is reasonable. I will definitely come back for bubble tea!
