Bad service. The two ladies so mad. When u ask them something, do not answer u. Never come back. I order two milk tea on Uber. Then It shows ready to pick up at 2.38. And then I go to pick my order. But the order no done yet. I still there like 2 minutes. So 2 minutes i don't mind. They still let me to wait 5-10 minutes. I said I can't wait Because i need to pick up my kids. After They become so mad. One lady very mad and said : can't wait 5 minutes? I can wait but I kids can't wait 5-10 more minutes. After this I ask them like some questions no answer me. So weird. So the problem is : If the order not done why they put ready to pick up. This is not the first time like that. But before the guy was nice so I am OK and no complain. But today the service make me so angry. This is the first time I rate on the website.

If you haven’t tried this tea shop yet- GO! They have so many interesting flavours & combinations, I want to try them all! The interior is fresh, clean & modern. I especially love the accessibility to read the screens & it allows for more time to browse all of the options available. I ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea with brown sugar tapioca. The tea was perfectly chilled & the tapioca was warm and fresh. I will DEFINITELY be back! Highly recommend.

Love King Fu Tea!!! Been having cranberry green tea for a long time, one of my favorites! My mum likes passion fruit, it's a great choice too. I like their chocolate series, especially milk foam chocolate. This store is so new but their drinks are amazing, staffs are friendly too!! Go KFT！

Kung Fu Tea is a great place to have a variety teas. I tried ice cream black warrior and it was so good. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants some bubble tea😆

Best bubble tea I’ve ever had. The tapioca is super fresh. I had the mango slush which tasked like thick real mango juice and also the tapioca which they use the real root powder. The people who work there are very friendly and happy to help.

I tried grapefruit green tea with agar and it was so great! What a generous amount of grapefruit! If you want some light but delish bubble tea, definitely recommend what I ordered!

Great teas, great staff. We have always had an above average experience with the quality of KFT at this location, and are always greeted with very friendly staff. They also use 'honey' instead of a standard syrup, which is unique to KFT. Highly recommended!

Ordered through Uber Eats and received it quickly. It was a little too sweet for my taste even with selecting less sugar, however the tapioca was fresh and overall it was a delicious drink. Definitely would order again!

I normally pickup 4 drink when I to this little joint. I get the large Signature Lite Fruit drink with standard honey and ice 🧊 😋 🤪 😜. I was introduced to the location at Leslie and hwy 7 originally. But it's too at times , so I go to this location. The service is wonderful. The worker are very polite. They will take the time to explain items on their menu if you are not sure. Customer service is 5 ***** for sure. Go an try it out guys. Don't make because of the difference in culture make you feel uncomfortable to try it out. They will help you out.

Placed an order and they make it then say they don’t have any straws. Then end up being rude on top of it. Horrible experience and will never come back here. Shame on the lady working there to speak to people in a rude way. How do you have NO straws when you run a bubble tea place?

I ordered four the same drink. The milk tea the person making was only enough for three and a quarter. They decided to add water to fill it up. Not to mention super long wait.
