Had a very quick and friendly takeout breakfast experience at this A&W. Restaurant was clean and lots of spaces available to sit. The breakfast sausage and egger was very greasy and I could see and feel the oil dripping out of the packaging. The hashbrown was very good and crunchy, much less greasy than the breakfast sandwich. Overall, I would say the lunch menu is much better than the breakfast menu.

We have never eaten such a bad A&W burgers before. We were the fan of A&W burgers but from now in upper canada mall, we really don’t recommend to anyone.

So rude the gentleman at the cashier! I followed up my order and he said, it's only been 7 minutes. Instead apologizing for the wait, he was very rude. Finally, my order came out, and it's 6 small bags. I asked which is the mama burger, moza burger etc. and he said, now I have to label them for you??? Seriously, this is an acceptable customer service! Never ever buying there again.

Horrible experienced. I ordered 2 seperate times and each time I got no toppings, not even LETTUCE in my burger. Avoid avoid avoid doing deliveries from this place.

The girl at the cash register is kind of rude and the service is kind of slow. There was only one person who has already ordered ahead of me, so it didn't really make sense how long it took. The food came out, and my son's kids meal is missing his drink and generously only has ONE napkin.

We love A and W, all of their products!!! It is a bit expensive than other fast food but we always use coupons whenever we go. The coupon/discount helps. :)

So upset 😡 I go there for the onion rings. I paid for them, but didn't get them! Called the restaurant and no one answered, of course. They probably realized after I left they didn't give them.

Was there before and was great, was there last night totally opposite. To bad they have NO Consistancy in their food orders. We had two teen burgers fries, poutine. ... $39.00 ! Way too much mayonnaise. Food quality poor. The team was not focused on anything. Won't be coming back, so many other Hamburg places to choose.

The beyond meat burger is consistently yummy and tastes fresh. Five stars for this alone :)

Cleanliness is good over there but the staff is “bit rude as I comes up with an employee he was a male he was so rude.

Friendly workers here and tasty burgers! It is in a food court so atmosphere isn't the best but that's not really their fault. I grab my lunch here pretty often. Hi Yolly 👋

A girl named Divya served me and she was reallyyy nice and her customer service was also really good , she offered me some of the things I should try on the menu and was very welcoming
