After searching on Google for a clinic that looked like the right fit, I decided to book a facial with Skintology. I’ve never had a facial before, but the condition of my skin had been awful and was getting me down so I figured it would be worth a try. I was booked in for a next day appointment with Vanessa and I left feeling incredibly happy. My skin was immediately in a better condition and I’ve been following Vanessa’s advice for over a week and have already seen significant improvement. I’m particularly grateful to Vanessa for taking the time to consider what kind of facial treatment would work best for my specific concerns. There were no attempts to upsell or push for more expensive services which I’ve experienced at other well-being locations in the past. I would absolutely recommend Skintology and plan to book a follow up appointment with Vanessa very soon.

I am taking the time to write this review because it needs to be said. I read a review on here from a women that gave it a 1 star. The things this women said about the manager are so far from a true reality. These are professionals. These are doctors. Being in the beauty industry myself for the last 20 years and having the knowledge I have about hair, skin and body I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that this is BY FAR the BEST place I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I do not write reviews often. This place is beyond a 5 star. From receptionist Rae, injector Kendall and Doctor Palmer (just to name a small fraction of who works their) this is my go to place and I send all my clients here as well. My clients LOVE this place and is so thankful that I gave them the referral. You will not be disappointed!!!! Happy Skintology days await you!!! Oh and at the end of the summer go get your skin refreshed from all the sun! These guys have ALLLLLLLL of the top high end machines and products to help you look your best and stay healthy!!! Great job Skintology!!!!

It was my first time doing my eyebrows and I was a-bit nervous and my friend Aruzo made me very relaxed and explained well everything and step by step she was comforting me so the whole experience was amazing and loved my eyebrows. I would definitely recommend this place.

My mom and I went to Skintology Clinic for the very first time. We were greeted by the two receptionists, Rae and Vanessa. Both were so very warm, friendly and welcoming. I had a facial with La-Donna and she was very good and professional. She made sure to make me feel at ease, very relaxed and she did an excellent job. I will definitely be returning to this clinic and my mom will too. The staff is fabulous. This a a very good clinic if you’re looking for great customer service, look no further. I’m glad this clinic exists!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Skintology, but most importantly about Kendal!!! From the moment I walked in to my appt Kendal made me feel so comfortable and was just so amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and made sure to take the time to explain everything to me and made sure I had an understanding of what she was doing. Kendal is the best of the best and I am truly in awe at her work with filler and with her in general! I have so much love for the Skintology team, and if you haven’t yet been to there - this is your sign !!!

I was very glad to have been able to get a prp treatment done on my knee. The team at Skintology, Newmarket, got me an appointment at a very reasonable time. Ever since this treatment I've had improvement in my knee. Thanks! :)

Great experience. Beautiful, clean atmosphere. Everyone was lovely. I forget hair name, but the girl who did my Skintology Facial was lovely. I went on a trip/bender to Nashville shortly after & my skin was GLOWING. AND I haven’t broken out since. I will defintiely go back & try the Hydrafacial she recommended.

I’ve had been going to Skintology for small services for over a year now and have absolutely zero complaints. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. Rae and the rest of the front desk are great and really make you feel comfortable. I was going back and forth for awhile on doing filler in my lips. When I finally decided to go ahead and do it Nurse Kendal was amazing! She did such a fantastic job, i felt next to nothing and the result was literally exactly what I wanted. She is so good at what she does and would recommend her for lip filler to anyone and everyone! I would highly recommend skintology for all their service, it is a great experience!
