Ordered delivery and the packaging was terrible. Received 2 soggy zesty chicken & bacon pitas and wet napkins in a plastic “thank you”bag. Ingredients unfortunately did not taste fresh. Needless to say dissatisfied and disappointed.

Decided to check this place out because it was close to my work, I purchased 2 chicken shawarma’s for me and my friend and come to unwrap it and found everything to be vegetables and 1 or 2 pieces of small meat, i took it back and the girl named jen or jenna refused to help me out with anything. I left the “shawarmas” right there with them and walked away 30$ less in my pocket and an empty stomach. Biggest disappointment i don’t recommend anybody to even try this place!

I love getting salads at Pita pit however, at this location there is an elderly worker every single time I ask for feta or any type of dressing she literally puts the smallest amount ever and when I ask for more, she’ll put a tiny drop more. Sometimes my salads are so dry the leaves are still dry while I’m eating it. Not sure if she does this on purpose. Im usually not picky but if I’m paying over $10 for my food i expect a reasonable amount of toppings. It’s not like I’m asking for extra I’m asking for the bare minimum. All the other workers make my food well. I’m going to stop going to this location because of this reason as she seems to be working every time I have my lunch break.

I had a great experience tonight! I got served by a worker who was very kind and engaged in conversation. The wrap that he made was also incredible!

Normally my husband and I have no complaints about this location, and we even drive across Newmarket to come to this one, because we find the service better than the location at Young/Davis. We ordered using the app on Saturday and picked up our rice & salad bowls to go. I'm not entirely sure how mushrooms and pickles are remotely close, but mushrooms were not asked for and pickles were. We'll still give this location another chance, since we've never had a bad experience here before, I just feel like more attention needs to be paid to ensure people get what they ask for. I'm just glad this isn't something we got for my Mom, since mushrooms are an allergy for her and this could have ended differently.

Got my pita about an hour ago today at this Leslie location and it was perfect! The guy working was extremely friendly, fast and there were no mistakes! I am not sure of his name but he deserves a kudos for sure! Thank you!

I went to this loctaion today Sat, Jan 20. I ordered 2 regular chicken Souvlaki pitas and 2 regular size chocolate banana smoothies at 12pm I was there for almost an 45 minutes as there was only one employee, 5 people in front of me and 3 people came in after. The staff was forgetting pitas on other orders , skip the dishes was going off but had to be cancelled as it wasnt tmade in time and the driver left . After waiting for quite some time.I reveied my burritos and I asked for light sauce and when I reached home to enjoy what I thought was going to be a delious lunch I opened it to a soggy pita with holes all over my my toppings falling out. I cannot even eat this as a pita anymore. Very disappointing
