4 days 'til Christmas and the claws on my engagement ring were lifting. I brought my ring in with low expectations it would be fixed before they closed for the holidays. I went in to get my ring cut off my finger, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. There was no charge for the painless and quick procedure, and they were very flexible with when I came back to get it resized. Very friendly place with some beautiful pieces.

Dropped by to have a necklace repaired. They said it would take a week to have it soldered but I was only in town for a day. They fixed it right away and didn’t charge me anything even though it was a tiny chain. This is my daughter’s favourite necklace and she was so happy to have it fixed so quickly. Thanks so much. 💕
