The BEST jewellery store I have ever been to. I specifically dealt with Terry and Diane. I originally walked in and found a ring set I loved but they didn't have my size. Diane said she'd give me a call if they end up finding my size. A week later, I got a call from Diane to let me know she found the ring set and has it on hold for me. Truly amazing customer service. I stopped by the next day and Terry helped me out. She was extremely friendly and had me leaving a very happy customer! I really appreciate the time both Diane and Terry spent on making this purchase something special for me. Thank you both so much for all of your help! My friend and I recently visited Kavar and were lucky enough to meet Mathew. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about watches, particularly in regards to watch making and movements. My friend was looking for a special Rado watch similar to one his father used to wear and Mathew went above and beyond to assist in the search. Although we didn't make a purchase that day, Mathew treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism from start to finish. I have no doubt that when the time is right, we will be back to buy a Rado from Mathew. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused watch specialist.

Emily and her father Hratch went above and beyond to provide the utmost in customer service. Emily was instrumental in creating my dream engagement ring, and was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. It was a little tight when I received it, though just in the slightest so I didn't worry about bringing it back. She mentioned that they could adjust the size if I felt it necessary. I live in Parry Sound, and it's a bit of a drive to Newmarket and I don't go often. This week I found myself there though, and thought I'd pop in to see how long I'd have to give up my ring to change the size. Well, let me tell you....I was blown away when they said they could help me on the spot! I wouldn't have to be separated from my precious ring for more than an hour. Hratch took it right into the back and made the adjustment. An hour later it was back on my hand and looking like brand new! We certainly made the right choice in jeweler, and I couldn't be happier and more willing to recommend Kavar at the Upper Canada Mall. Thank again for everything!

I needed to get a diamond ring repaired for my girlfriend, so I brought to to Kavar's. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, the price was reasonable and so was the turn around time. My girlfriend is thrilled to have her ring back, which is what matters most.

I searched most of the city for a jeweller to buy my girlfriends engagement ring . I came across Teri here at Kavars....4 hours later after much deliberating Teri found me a diamond that was unmatched in price and quality. Furthermore, Teri was there with me throughout the entire process from purchase to pickup to sizing. Let me say this...the absolute best jeweller in the city who actually cares about her clients. Not only was the ring literally perfect but she also beat the quotes of the other jewellers in the city by over 5k!!! Needless to say, I am a customer for life and am thankful to have found a personal jeweller for myself.
