    I went to exchange a ring after Christmas (1-2 weeks after Christmas) and I thought it would be a pretty quick visit considering there was 1 person in the store and 3 employees soon after opening. After 10 minutes of waiting, I was rudely told they will not do exchanges or returns until the next day. Considering I was ready to spend more money than the exchange was worth and it was only one day until returns were allowed, I was surprised at how uninterested the employees were. I understand, working in retail during the holiday's is tough, but come on... Customer Service starts with management. I already reviewed this issue with Pandora and never heard anything back, which just goes to show how much the company is lacking customer service skills.

    I usually come to this pandora store as it is the nearest beside me and I usually never have a problem there recently staff have become lazy and rude very disrespectful and do not care about the customer always giving looks very impatient always rushing and some how even when not busy chose to ignore the phone that has been calling for hours and hours on end whoever’s staff was working today ( 6/28/2023) would not answer the phone while I was calling to ask about a ring and a charm I was wanting to but from the sale and I called other branches who actually care for the costumer and value there time.

    It is a one on one experience. You can go in and browse but if you need service and they are busy you need to wait your turn. Very respectful place. They took care of me beautifully. Polite efficient. Answered my questions. Very nice.

    Terrible in store service at the Newmarket location. I returned the entire purchase I made after receiving terrible service from Selina V. Near the end of the transaction which was obvious she was trying to rush me I asked about having my purchase linked to my account which I share with my spouse as he has purchased most of my jewellery she informed me it was not possible to add it to my account. She was in a hurry even thought the store was not busy. If I every purchase Pandora again it will be online and not in store.

    the store manager heather is amazing! super knowledgeable and kind, she gave me some advice for cleaning my old bracelets and made my pick up super easy and fun.

    The staff at pandora UCM don’t care!! I went there yesterday and made a purchase but when I got home I noticed the sales lady didn’t give me the 20% off so I tried calling today and the staff don’t pick up their phone. I called 4 times. The 4th time I tried calling they hung up. Very frustrating for customers. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

    Such helpful staff! Went in today to inquire about it replacing my ring since a jewel fell out, and they did that for me as well as complimentary clean for all my other tarnished rings. So grateful thank you!

    The most wonderful friendly inviting team I’ve met at any Pandora location by far .. Manager Sue is super kind professional and made me feel at easy and had the issue taken care off without any problems or stress. I’m so grateful and thank you Sue and all the other friendly amazing girls for all your patience and for helping me out! Very positive energy with the store and wonderful crew.     Once you receive assistance, the customer service is fair. However, the wait times (even just for an online pickup order) are much too long. It would be beneficial for there to be an online order pickup line. Somehow, several people who entered the store after me were assisted and checked out before I was able to receive the order I had already placed and paid for.

    Hi Heather, I wanted to take a few moments to recognize and thank you, Shika and Kelly for your assistance at the Upper Canada Market store on October 3, 2022. I was in the store and purchased a few gifts on Saturday, October 1st and called the store on Monday, October 3rd to get further assistance as I had a follow-up inquiry. I was fortunate that Shika took ownership of my concern and escalated to you Heather as store manager. Shika called me back promptly and invited me to the store to help address my concern.  I was so pleased with her efforts to address the situation that I ended up making an entire other purchase for myself!   I got the expert advice and attention from Kelly who helped me build my bracelet. It was evident she loved putting bracelets together for clients. I ended up buying several additional pieces, thanks to Shika taking ownership of the issue and Kelly’s patience and support.  I left feeling like a valued customer who had raised a legitimate concern. It’s been a few weeks and I have held off sending thank you note until I presented the two original gifts. I can tell you both were a big hit! I have been a retail manager and feel it’s important to recognize good service when we encounter it.

    My son brought me a ring for Christmas as a surprise, but the size was too small and I took it back and got a bigger size and one off the staff member assistant help me with no problem and gave me a bigger size..And this i would say good service..Thank you so much Panorama, will be back

    I went there to buy a bracelet! Sales Girl gave me a bracelet which had a dark charm, I told her why it’s color is darker compare to bracelet colour, she said no that’s ok! All of them are like that! I asked her give me another one, she said we do not have and it’s while they have some new one in unopened plastic bags! But she did not want to give me new one! When she was trying to lock the the bracelet on my wrist, I noticed the lock is broken! I told her why is it like that since it was my first time buying pandora Thing! It was like I am showing her something in darkness, she was looking at every part of the bracelet and kept telling me no everything is good! Finally I showed her I am talking about Shia part and she said ohhhhh sorry, you are right! It’s broken! It’s like sales people want to sale their stuff to you if you do not know about their product they will try to see you old and broken one because you just do not know!

    Had a wonderful experience at this location. Sue-anne R was so helpful and generous in helping me complete my purchase. She went above and beyond to make a matter right for me after not having the best experience with customer service online. Her kindness is what keeps me coming back to Pandora and I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Thank you so much again!

    Today me and my mum and brother, went into the store to pick up a birthday gift that I had called ahead and asked them to get ready for me. When I got there the gift was already set up, and the employees had no problem when I asked questions and to see other pieces. It was a wonderful experience and supper fast all the employees were wonderful and the Manager helped us out a lot. As we were leaving the store my brother said that it is too bad you can't rate employees like Uber drivers because if I could I would give them 5++ stars thanks so much 😊⭐💍

    Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a charm on September 28 and still have not received it. I have tried calling multiple times with no answer or return calls. I have been in store 3 times to get my charm and each time is more frustrating than the previous as the staff have no clue what is happening. I have since ordered charms online and received them in 1 week. This is complete BS.
