wanted

a

recognize
and
thank
you,
Shika
and
Kelly
for
your
assistance
at
the
Upper
Canada
Market
store
on
October
3,
2022.
I
was
in
the
store
and
purchased
a
few
gifts
on
Saturday,
October
1st and
called
the
store
on
Monday,
October
3rd
to
get
further
assistance
as
I
had
a
follow-up
inquiry.
I
was
fortunate
that
Shika
took
ownership
of
my
concern
and
escalated
to
you
Heather
as
store
manager.
Shika
called
me
back
promptly
and
invited
me
to
the
store
to
help
address
my
concern.
I
was
so
pleased
with
her
efforts
to
address
the
situation
that
I
ended
up
making
an
entire
other
purchase
for
myself!
I
got
the
expert
advice
and
attention
from
Kelly
who
helped
me
build
my
bracelet.
It
was
evident
she
loved
putting
bracelets
together
for
clients.
I
ended
up
buying
several
additional
pieces,
thanks
to
Shika
taking
ownership
of
the
issue
and
Kelly’s
patience
and
support.
I
left
feeling
like
a
valued
customer
who
had
raised
a
legitimate
concern.
It’s
been
a
few
weeks
and
I
have
held
off
sending
thank
you
note
until
I
presented
the
two
original
gifts.
I
can
tell
you
both
were
a
big
hit!
I
have
been
a
retail
manager
and
feel
it’s
important
to
recognize
good
service
when
we
encounter
it.
