Happy to have 167000 views my photos. Very efficient restaurant 🤗. 20 min from call to have 3 courses 4 meals all were ready for pickup. Sound an excellent management and perfect kitchen manager (that why I took pic from their names🙏🙏). Well prepared and perfectly packed. The wonderful girl (SKIPPY) with nice smile welcome us for pick up (nice Customerservice 🌹). Asked kids and wife rate the food quality; over all is 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

Nice staff, Clean tables, loved the Christmas lighting they added inside! The Asiago Bowtie chicken was fantastic 😁 Will definitely come again!

Went here for a work lunch and it really surprised me how good my dining experience was. I normally don’t eat at jack astors but this one xceeded my expectations. All the food tasted fresh. The service was superb I forgot my servers name but he was excellent. Don’t hesitate to try this place.

I would have definitely given 5 stars if the burgers were a tad bigger. They are really tiny for the price in my opinion. Taste is awesome and that's the reason we frequent this place (mostly take out)

I’ve been here a few times thus far and I must say the food here is amazing my only issue is that the drinks could be a bit stronger… the bruschettas are very good the wings are great and my kids love the kids menu!

We have the best ending to our mini-weekend outing at this Jack Astor's location. Our server was fantastic! He's very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. The food was phenomenal and still had some leftovers to take home. This place is highly recommend!

Excellent food and amazing vibes with lovely flowers arrangement outdoor that gets u smile while enjoying your lunch. They have limited time nachos menu that was very very rich and nice. Lobster and crab dip was very very nice. The wings were a little dry though

I have to first say that the 5 star rating is because of our server Maddie. She was phenomenal. She went above and beyond trying to make our experience for our Anniversary dinner a good one. Despite the bar being out of everything I drink, she had the bartender check the reserve storage for the bar to find a bottle of Prosecco 🍾🥂! Thank you Maddie for all of your efforts. They should not go unacknowledged ♥️ Your managers should be thankful they have such a great person working there. Restaurant experience would not have been a 5 star without her.

5 Stars. It has been many years since the last time I went to a Jack Astor's and my first time at this location. If I went here before I would have made more frequent visits. Great tasting dripping burgers with fresh ingredients. The service staff was on point, friendly and helpful. The Caesar cocktails could use some vegetation. Overall experience was a great value

Came to this location tonight for the first time and really enjoyed my experience. Was served by an awesome server by the name of Shea!! She was very polite, helpful and is the definition of what a true server should be like. She made this experience like no other and is definitely a gem at this location! Food was delicious and Shea made great recommendations as well! 10/10 experience would visit here again

Good place for people of all ages - including families with young ones. The menu will have something for everyone and they have a good variety of beer on tap (including microbrewery). Staff was friendly (thanks Karina) and they are following proper Covid-19 practices, including sanitizing high chairs for children. Overall, two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽

The food was good as it usually is. My mom and I split the Buddha bowl. The salad was great and the kitchen split the meal into 2 plates for us however it was disproportionately split so one of us had significantly less than the other person. Besides that, the meals were delicious, service was great and overall a great dining experience.

Despite the semi perfect review, we had an ant problem at our table. Towards the end of our meal, we managed to kill 5 ants. We addressed this issue with our server and she promptly notified the manager. He came over after a few minutes and was extremely apologetic for the issue and granted us a discount on our bill. We also signed up for the reward program and received 15% off our order but the managers discount seemed to have been nullified. We are grateful for the discount and appreciate the efforts made.

We had Guacumoli and sangria, I liked both guacamole was fresh. Everything was good and Gabi helped us with our order she was nice and friendly. We sat on the patio and were a little rainy, I think as there are big umbrellas outside they should keep the chairs dry or check the chairs. Total liked this place and I will go there again.

The spot was pretty chill and not very crowded even though it was Wings Tuesday. It was spacious. About the meal, I ordered smokey flavour wings but it was surprisingly a touch sweet, it looked like honey-like smokey flavour which it wasn’t appealing. Btw, the deal was $12 for a pound of wings plus fries and the garlic dill sauce was divine

Foods are amazingly delicious, specifically chicken wings. Staffs were so professional and helpful, Milad helped us with our orders, and he was polite and friendly. Try chicken wings with pepper and lemon; it makes it so good!

For my first time in Jack Astor’s Newmarket, I am amazed at the food and staff! I loved the fries with garlic and parmesan, the caesar salad was so fresh and had great taste and the steer fry rice which I substituted chicken with shrimp was delicious! I will go back and recommend trying this location if you live in the area.

I liked the vibe of this location and the big screens to watch sports with friends. I had the Angry Jack Burger which was quite big. I liked it however it was not that hot and flavour wise could have been better. The fries were okay too. The sweet potato fries and chicken strips were quite good. My dad also liked the Chicken Club Sandwich. The service from Shaun was good .

One star only given for the GREAT service, Shaun was very polite and respectful, otherwise I would've given 0 stars. Water glass was very dirty as seen in this picture. If this is due to being old plastic, they should buy new sets of glasses then. I had a classic margarita which was nothing near a classic margarita, full of ice cubes, served in a wrong glass (pop's glass), the mix was so heavy and not tasty. Ordered a pound of wings, it comes with NO fries and priced at $16.99 which is way higher than any similar restaurant in Newmarket. Dry, old (not fresh), inside undercooked and cold wings. This place used to be way better, not recommended, go to any other similar place like Montana's, Kelseys or others.

Where to start... the good is the friendly staff. The rest is for your own discretion, 3 orders of over cooked noodles and wss tasteless with no flavor at all. Build your own pan bread was a surprise, if they would have told me that I'm to assemble the pan bread at home I would probably not ordered as it is no longer soft and buttery as when you order in.

We were looking for a Irish pub to celebrate St Patrick's days however no chance! So ended up at Jack Astors Newmarket. getting seated, ordering, and food arrival was pretty quick and we had a great night.

Good food, great location and great atmosphere, however the wait staff was sub-par. I had to ask 3 waiter/waitress for plates, cutlery and napkins albeit the food had already arrived. After almost 5 minutes of waiting, did cutlery and napkins arrive. Hoping it was a one off situation.

Loved our server!! Such a fabulous personality! Food was excellent, especially the truffle fries. I don't think any other fries will compare!

Never a disappointment when you come to Jack’s 🤟🏽 You come here and know what you’re getting yourself into. Pictured below is the tuna poke salad 🥗🐟 and my buddy got .. one of the burgers and fries 🍔Both were scrumptious, service was great and food is reasonably priced. Obviously I’ll be back. Went here for a quick bite to on a Tuesday! Kyle was awesome and his service was awesome!!! Talked a bit and was really friendly! We ordered nachos and guac. Guac wasn’t good and nachos had enough ground beef on it to cover a pigs eye! Enough cheese to cover my finger nail. Skimpy skimpy on the accoutrement for the nachos. Don’t recommend! Please don’t send me a reply saying I need to email my concern please 🤦🏼‍♂️ McDonald’s is next door and would advise strongly eating there

Staff was great! Not impressed with the Nachos. Not enough beef or cheese. Mostly just chips. Update: I didn't mean to give such a great star rating as it didn't match what I wrote above. Manager replies thanking for great review. No apologies for horrible Nachos. I've never had Nachos anywhere that are as good as Lions and Sun in Sharon. Jack Astors is a huge bar, big overhead and cheating out on food portions. Maybe have less TVs and focus on improving your food. Hope my review is more clear now.

I just want to say thank you to Leandra. She was absolutely fantastic. She was accommodating and even remembered some of us from previous visits. She was down to earth, human and was very happy and cheerful the whole time. She will definitely be the reason I will return to this Jack Astors.

The coconut curry wings were awesome. Bartender was welcoming the 3 of us at 1030 at night. What a great place to top of an already great day.
