Nice small lake. We went on a lovely sunny morning. Was £10 for the 4 of us on a pedalo for half hour. The staff were very friendly. They told us we might spot a terrapin and we did! Kids had a great time.

A serene lake surrounded by lawns, park benches and trees with boats available to hire. I think it's £5 for 30 minutes.

We had a lovely time as a family rowing around the lake in the sunshine. Little lad wanted to get involved so we had an oar each 😄 there was lots of zigzagging going on. Plenty of free parking on the main road near by and a nice café to grab a drink, cake or ice cream which is great. The park grounds have been kept to a high standard which is really nice to see. This is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for something aways from the beach.

Absolutely gorgeous and such a peaceful haven and with my 2yr old grand daughter feeding the ducks out of her hand! (Under my supervision) was fantastic we visited twice this week. Highly recommend. Fiona, Exmouth.

Great place to visit with kids. One hour boating costs ten quid. You have to park on the roadside.

Had few visits here, beautiful spot to walk, sit and enjoy the relaxing scenery. Fabulous restaurant, ice cream stall with great friendly service. We enjoyed some delicious scones here, and had fun watching everyone battling with the boats....Worth a visit!!

A very well maintained garden. They people responsible obviously enjoy their work and it shows. Always looks stunning through the seasons. I walk through a few times a week and I am always impressed with the upkeep.

We loved our pedalo experience, easy to use.. Friendly staff and so so much fun!! We also got to feed the ducks of which you can purchase feed at the cafe!

I always love walking down by the boating lake, any time of the year. There's always something interesting to discover, and today I found a lucky golden pebble hidden for the Easter treasure hunt!

Lovely place to just sit and relax or have a stroll around Good little café to grab a coffee and a cheeky cake from.

Lovely park to walk thru and sit. Plenty of tea rooms. Pop into the cottages, they are cool. Paddle boats and canoes for hire on the small lake. At the edge of the park and just over the road is a good crazy golf and a little zoo. All good stuff

Lovely, place with a boating lake, little tea shops along the way selling cakes, teas and lunch snacks. Along the way there's a rose garden which is stunning.

Decided to end the day with a relaxing cost around the lake on a pedalo. The owner was polite and friendly. Myself and two children had 30 minutes on the lake for £10 which was a fair price. The lake is fairly large with a little island to go around. The lake was quite busy but still plenty of room to have fun. The pedalo was clean and easy to use
