Melanies Hatha yoga class was exactley what I needed. I am visiting Niagara Falls as a tourist and was excited to see that I can just drop in at a class. Everyone was super welcoming and the Zen House offered an inviting atmosphere. One of the yogis described the beauty of yoga perfectley "Wherever you are in the world you can just come by and are welcomed." Thank you Melanie and Zen House!

Zen House is such a fantastic space! Melanie has created a cozy yet spacious studio that is also versatile. I have taken part in so many things there including yoga, reiki sessions, markets, amazing group events, hosting workshops and more! I highly recommend this space for practitioners who want to feel supported and for anyone looking for a beautifully curated experience.

Each and every visit to Zen is always magical whether it’s for yoga with Melanie, boxing with Maria or to attend a workshop. You can feel the love and warmth infused into the space. I always look forward to everything I attend there.
