Yesterday night (Sat, Jan 22nd 2022) I visited Hard Rock Cafe, Niagara Falls, NY. The food was great and the server very kind. I had the Hurricane drink that comes with the glass. Once finished, when I was in the store I wanted the regular glass. However, the manager said that the glass I wanted was not included, but the 50 years version. Then I decided to take both, so I bought the regular one plus the special edition that came with the drink. The point is that the manager was very disrespectful in her manners. I felt like she was watching us while shopping and mad because I wanted the regular glass. Her face was a hate face once me and my friend started speaking Spanish between us. I always spoke in English to her and the cashier. We felt discriminated, which is ridiculous because this is a touristic place. I love Hard Rock Cafe but they should consider to hire kinder managers who treat everybody the same way. It was our first time in Niagara Falls, but our last time in Hard Rock Cafe NF, NY.

Best ribs in a while! Served with chips and beans. All delicious. Service at the bar is really friendly and good. Delicious cocktails also. Great place to grab some lunch after exploring the falls. End your meal with a visit to their shop also.

Not a good branch of Hard Rock Coffee. We stopped for brunch, we ordered two salades, they were dry, and the proportion between the vegetables and the dominated sauce was really unclear. In conclusion we did not enjoy the meal.

Went here for a lunch w/ family, I had baby back ribs and they were pretty average, nothing too special. My sister loved the mac + cheese, and we both had oreo shakes 😋😋 Food took a little longer than usual, but that’s fine. The staff were super nice, the place really fits the name. Huge rock theme, loved it!!

WOW!!! I wish there were more stars. I went in with my wife and daughter. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were super nice. I drove two hours to go there and the food DID NOT disappoint. I highly recommend their original steak burger. Mine was cooked perfect, sitting next to amazing, fresh fries. The beer was cold and refreshing. My wife enjoyed her never ending supply of coca cola, which our waitress never let get below half. Their homemade BBQ sauce is probably the best out there. There wasn't anything out of place AND they have staff dedicated to keeping the whole place clean and safe! THANK YOU for the best experience!!! We will be back!!!

It is a classic tourist place on a tourist location. We have risked it, and I am glad we did. Personnel was friendly and patient. The food was tasty, and the overall experience was pleasant. I am usually suffering in tourist places, and the whole area is in dire need of redevelopment. Nevertheless, this restaurant is walking distance from the waterfalls and considering other options in the area with scary reviews, 5 stars for our experience. Mostly thanks to the friendly staff.

The atmosphere was welcoming and family friendly. The waiter was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The food was a bit pricey but delicious. I have visited the Hard Rock Cafe in various cities. This one is at the top of my list.

Visited Niagara falls NY for the first time during my first trip to NYC, didn't know what to have for dinner on my first night and decided to head for Hard Rock Cafe. It was pretty packed at 8:15pm but I only waited for about 15mins before I got my table. Not gonna lie, it was my first visit to Hard Rock after many years and I didn't expect much beforehand. Food was great, especially the buffalo wings are flavourful! And the baby ribs were awesome. But I have to mention it was Chelsey, with her friendly and great service that left a great impression for me. Excellent service and love the short conversations we had. As someone from South East Asia, we hardly get to experience such service from F&B establishments so it was an awesome experience. 5 stars for Chelsey!

Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls is similar to any of the others Hard Rock Cafe's. We were hungry and wanted something good to eat. I had dessert first and was too full to eat anything else! The brownie sundae is huge and so delicious! Filled with Brownie, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and tons of whip cream. The pretzel was huge too! The pretzel is probably one of the best I've had. We also ordered the chicken salad and sliders which were very tasty.

Food was great, the BBQ bacon burger hit the spot. The atmosphere is amazing, it wasn't to busy so we were able to walk around and look at all the music memorabilia. They have a stage there and when there are no bands performing you can go on stage with a guitar and pose. The bonus is they leave a guitar on the stage so don't worry. Our kids loved it, they loved it so much the put on a little dance off.

Great to visit a Hard Rock Cafe location since the one in NE Ohio was closed some years ago. Menu still has good variety, while not the biggest. The operation is well-ran, which is noteworthy being directly across the street from Niagara Falls and the crowd-drawing attractions. The decor and ambiance is just as I remembered and the staff were cool, calm, and collective, even in the face of fast, steady traffic. Be advised that wait times are to be expected due to location and proximity to the attractions. Still, definitely worth it!

I am collecting memories of every city I go to. I make sure I will visit a Hard Rock Cafe if there is one. The Niagara cafe is extra special as it was established the same year I was born. Our server is superb and friendly. Reservation is needed. Took us an hour to wait for our table but it's worth it and expected. I always love their food - burgers and desserts and drinks.

Really great place to eat. Didn’t take too long to get seated. Be prepared to hunt and pay for parking. Service was good and the food was good. Nothing spectacular, but enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Nice food, big portions (we have enough for another meal). We were seated in a part of the restaurant which looked like a German restaurant. They have incredible display of items owned by artist.

Hard Rock Cafe has never disappointed us, and this was definitely not an exception!! The NY Strip was cooked to perfection and the wife's chicken fajitas were top notch as well! Keep up the commitment to excellence!!!!

Finding gluten free food is always bit of challenge specially when you have to be careful with cross contamination. Hard Rock Cafe takes that worry away a bit since it’s a reputed chain. This is the third Hard Rock I’ve visited specifically for gluten-free food and wasn’t disappointed. The food was amazing and absolutely well prepared. The taste was great and you wouldn’t notice any difference even if you are not used to gluten free stuff.

Food was very good, waiter ( Samantha) did a wonderful job. Set up is nice and clean with plenty of musical artifacts on the wall. Floor supervisor (Mr Taylor) walked around to see how customers experience was. For me that's a sign the staff cares.

It is the only good place in Niagara falls city. We ordered beer and Hurricane drink with the original burger and onion rings tower. Everything was good. The total price was 70 bucks without tip! It is not cheap. The staff was a teenage girl she was perfect

The manager went 'up and above' to help put an entree together I wasn't allergic too. Salmon grilled on cedar plank. Fresh green beans, no butter and fries. My husband's burger was way overly salted and left his tongue coated for some time. Apple cobbler....good Unfortunately our waitress was pulling double duty as a bartender too. So the service was almost non-existent. Thank goodness for Shane the manager.

Went for dinner with a large group. We tried to get a reservation but was told they didn't take them. When we arrived they asked if we had a reservation. We said we were told they didn't. Yes we don't but why ask if we had one. Then the next group did have a reservation. All we ask is be honest. We enjoyed our waiter and our food. We had a very enjoyable dinner. The music was nice. They fixed any problems we had with food very quickly

The cafe played mostly not proper music for all especially for kids, the waiter brought the empty cup for almost empty water that he didn’t refill at all, rib-eye was tough not chewable; told the waiter but no respond, the bathroom was so old and dirty. Came to the store; Haley was not saying hi we came to the cashier she’s the one that available, the other one is helping someone, Haley didn’t say a word, not even looking at the customer, I was asking can I pass here exit. And she just blankly looking straight at us. No smile no answer. I think she is not into her job or not having a good day, she is rather to be on her cell phone than helping the customer. Zero ⭐️for her. The WORST customer service ever. I went to the other cashier since I have a question about member reward, and I told the other one that I should ask you cause I know you would answer. 5 ⭐️ for the other lady.

It was open! We watched the fireworks at the Falls and made it to the Hard Rock at about 10:15. It was opened and despite closing at 10:30, we were greeted and served with a smile. The service was prompt and the food came out fast… and it was so good! My daughter loved her hot dog kids meal. My son enjoyed the Diablo burger, but said it wasn’t very “Diablo”. My wife got the flatbread appetizer as her main course, and it was good, but not extremely flavorful. I got the mac and cheese with chicken, which was hearty and extremely flavorful. It was so good! We even did the touristy thing and bought some Hard Rock swag. The lady running that section of the facility was incredibly helpful and helped us get what we needed.

We had a great experience. The service couldn’t have been better. The waitress was extremely attentive and went above and beyond. The food was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable. We also could see the fireworks over the falls from a bench outside.

Service was great, we got seated right away. We got our drinks quickly, and we like the strawberry/lemonade drink. We got steak nachos, and we loved them and our dinners were the legendary burger with fries and Cedar Plank Salmon. The salmon was undercooked, so they made another one. The mashed potatoes, fries and broccoli were good. Neither one of us were really impressed with our meals but we will give it another try when we're in town again. Maybe try the wings

My first hard rock cafe. Was a little skeptical at first but very impressed. Even the water they served tasted it was from the spring. The spicy shrimp appetizer was amazing. Hurricane and the Black Berry Sangria was perfect. Had the smashed Country Burger. It's was great, not the best burgers I have had but was very good 😊

It's a Hard Rock Cafe, the same all over the world. Our server Sarah was great! We sat at the bar on a busy Sunday afternoon. Burger was good, cooked perfectly! Fries were ordinary even though they say they are seasoned. Long wait to get a table. Cool decor! One of the few places to eat, other than food trucks, that had mostly Indian food. Depressing area of Niagara Falls. Go to the Canadian side for all that's great about the Niagara falls!

We had a great meal. Although we had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I had the bartender get creative with drinks and he did a good job. Thank you for the Long Beach. I thought it was a normal drink to make. Our service was fast. The food was good but it's also the simplest menu I think I've ever seen.

I almost originally left because the hostess seemed irritated that we were there and didnt even ask a table preference. The waitress Shelly was fantastic and super helpful. I ordered a daiquiri which was horrible, but she was great about it and didn't charge us for it. My steak was great, but I thought a 16oz steak would be enough for myself and my 9 year old to share and after trimming the fat and cutting the bone off... there was not much left... My son ordered the salmon and noodle bowl, he enjoyed the salmon, not the noodles and my husband enjoyed his ny strip. Overall the food was ok, but probably not worth the price that it was. We have been to many hard Rocks in our travels and this menu seemed a little lacking

Wait was long but it was a holiday weekend. Server was friendly and accomidating. Food was fresh. Choices are slim in my opinion but I get it. Atmosphere is nice. My boyfriend really enjoyed looking at everything, it was his first time at a Hard Rock Cafe.

If I am totally honest, the experience I had at this HRC was great, but some of the people in my party had some reasonable complaints. But with that said, they were severely under staffed at an extremely busy location. The service was amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly. Probably the best place to get a bite to eat, and some good drinks.

The food was really good & the service was good. I wish the bath rm had been cleaner. There's old crudy caulk around the sink & there is moldy bacteria growing up around the top of the sink basin where it's not been cleaned in quite a while the stalls equally needed attention

We had a last minute trip to the Niagara Falls area. We needed a place for dinner and hadn't been to a Hard Rock Cafe in some years so decided to give this one a try. I’m sad we did. The restaurant wasn’t that busy and the staff that was standing around were complaining about the shortages they were having. The staff seemed to busy complaining about their own issues to check on us often or to even care to ask how our food was once we received it. Our steak salad was not prepared the way we requested (med rare), the tomatoes were soggy, and definitely not worth the $20 they charge for it.

The food was delicious but cold. Poor waitress was running around crazy due to how busy it was! But she was still amazing. The cook staff was fairly new and messed up our orders but we didn't care 🤣 we were too hungry. Will Def be back if time allows.

I would have given this 5 stars but the hostess (there were 4 people standing at the front) was really confused. I was with a party of 7. We waited outside for 15 minutes thinking it was extremely busy. When we were told to go in, it was so empty. The employees standing at the front didn't tell us where to go or greet us. I was really confused. Seemed very unorganized. However, burgers and drinks were good and our waitress was amazing.

🫤 For a place with the "original" chicken wing, I admit I was a bit discouraged. Surprised at how we were treated as a customer. We were the waitresses last party of the day, she made that known right away. We all ordered. It took 20 minutes to get drinks to the table. We actually had our appetizer be...
