Probably
some
of
the
worst
customer
service
I've
come
across.
Had
no
time
for
a
customer.
The
man
we
took
our
order
with
said
it
was
the
end
of
his
shift
after
finishing
taking
the
entire
order,
and
passed
us
off
to
another
employee
when
we
asked
if
we
could
pay
over
the
phone.
The
new
guy
said
our
order
hadn't
been
written
down,
and
when
we
explained
that
the
other
individual
had
taken
it,
proceeded
to
ask
us
our
order
again
and
hung
up
on
us
while
verifying
and
then
re-verifying
the
credit
card
information.
Order
was
around
8:15pm.
We
ended
up
canceling
it
after
having
to
call
back
(because
they
didn't
bother
to
do
that
either
after
verifying
the
phone
number
twice).
There
was
no
foul
language,
no
yelling,
nothing
that
would
warrant
hanging
up.
In
fact
we
were
more
than
patient
with
them
though
the
call
took
20
min
just
to
order.
Truly
I
hope
the
owner
of
the
establishment
cares
enough
that
he
or
she
is
loosing
business
due
to
their
employees
with
a
lack
of
common
courtesy.
The
sad
thing
is
that
this
isn't
the
only
bad
rating
for
trash
service.
Wish
I'd
have
checked
that
first.
No
skin
off
my
bones;
we
took
our
business
elsewhere;
and
if
you're
reading
this,
you
should
too.
