Niagara is unspeakably beautiful! The Visitor's Center is a nice amenity. Clean restrooms. Helpful information. Competitive priced souvenirs. Convenient location.

Wow 🤩 it’s a really one the of great wonders in the world. Very very beautiful water falls and it’s a bliss to watch that. The rivers water next to that a magnificent view it will make your day happy.. During night the lightings and the falls adds the beauty of the the falls. The cruise ride next to the falls is another great experience. Do visit the place and feel it.

We got lucky on this gem while taking a break hubby overheard a conversation. So we decided to take the tour THE BEST decision. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND OUR GUIDE VIC,was AWESOME! We became Vic's Mafia he was so informative,detailed and very funny! We will definitely be returning with our family!

There are a lot of "visitor centers" in this town and area of Niagara Falls, New York State. We found this "official" center on our way to the culinary Institute for good food at a reasonable price. Bounced in and was immediately challenged and asked if I needed anything. I said no and that the ladies reminded me of ladies in Pennsylvania...all pushy and such. Lots of flyers and pubs around. A few souvenir gray shirts on the falls. And a fake barrel and falls image background that makes the entry visit to the center enjoyable.

Great knowledge of the area. Very friendly?! They even gave my husband and I a Niagara Falls Anniversary Certificate in honor of our 31st Wedding Anniversary that we were celebrating on October 17, 2023, in Niagara Falls. That was so special! Thank you!

Beautiful falls and multiple areas to see them and social distance. The gift shop outside the falls has a better selection of gifts. The park is gorgeous to walk around also and there are statues an smaller waterfalls also.

Grabbed a few little things to bring home at the visitors center and the amazing human working the desk was kind enough to take photos of my pup and I with the barrel. Brought back good memories from when I was a kid visiting the Canadian side having a photo taken with the daredevil barrel. Thank you for taking photos for me!

Loved it. It was so much fun to see tge falls. I have been wanting to do that for a long time. It is beautiful

The employees were extremely helpful and gave us info on riding the bus. We took the bus from Niagara Falls to downtown Buffalo. From there we took the free train to the Canal. They also had plenty of brochures with great ideas. Don't be afraid to purchase the souvenirs, prices are in line with the area.

Very enjoyable! Weather was great, facility was clean, attendants were really open to conversation about the area.

Beautiful visitor center, very friendly help at the desk. The falls were amazing with ice on them, the history museum on Goat Island was very interesting.

The staff at this location are very helpful, and it was conveniently located. I only gave 4 stars because there was no easily accessible parking. I had to pay for 1 hour parking around the corner.

If you are lost or looking for a quick water or restroom stop/bag drop, this is the place you go to. The staff was extremely helpful and guided us through all the highlighted places of the state park so that we make the most of our trip. They have all sorts of pamphlets to walk you through the Niagara falls' history, state park pathways, events, what not!!!

The Niagara Falls welcoming Center truly lives up to its name, welcoming Center. Once I crossed over into Canada oh, it was absolutely gorgeous!

First stop getting into Nigeria for brouchers and maps. Michael was super helpful, suggested restaurants and places to see/do, even wrote notes onto the map for us! Clean bathrooms and nice souvenirs (no cash accepted)
