Saw it while pedalling my way to Glen Nature Reserve. Took the ride on my way back to fulfill yet another dream. Perfect weather, no queuing up and airborne within 5-7 minutes of checkout. Can’t thank enough business owners and the staff for their great hospitality 😊

We arrived here quite unplanned and were still able to get a ride fairly quickly. Staff was very helpful and they strapped us into the heli. We spent maybe 10-12 mins up in the air but it was so memorable!

One of the things on my husband's bucket list was a helicopter ride. I was finally able to give him this. I was worried he wouldn't be able to get in it because he is a big guy and has VERY bad knees.. thanks to the wonderful guys working there, loading and unloading people, he had very little trouble getting in and out. I want to thank everyone who works there for making this a memorable experience for us. Please stay safe.

Amazing experience. 12 mnts ride but worth every penny. Only thing is that they put 6 people in one ride so its not your family ride if you are a family of 4 in my case. Luckily i share with a wonderful couple but you may not feel comfortable specially with current circumstances.

Sheer water 💧 power … raw natural beauty… hundreds of thousands of cubic meters of water flowing through right in front of your eyes… breathtaking views… amazing lifetime experience… great staff … made my wife very comfortable so she gained confidence to board the helicopter 🚁😊😊😊… in the end she was very thankful to the friendly staff.. well stocked souvenir shop … we picked few great pieces as our memories…

Was a very comfortable ride compared to some other chopper rides I've had! Really recommend them. Very nice view of the both falls and surrounding areas.

The ride is about 15 minutes. Very comfortable and fun! Some of the best photos ever! Absolutely wonderful!

Came here with a tour group for an excursion that wasn’t directly affiliated with our package. The staff obviously weren’t happy with 10 people walking in without a reservation - I get it. But to be obviously unhappy about it in front of us was very distasteful. Helicopter ride was awesome, nice pilot, very informative tour, great views, but the staff were rude and unfriendly. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I get that you’re upset about lots of people walking in towards the end of your shift, but there’s definitely no need to be rude about it. Especially by saying “respectfully, do we have to stay for this…” in front of us. I would recommend this place if only there were different staff working. When you have people traveling from all over the world I’d expect better and friendlier customer service to make the Niagara Falls helicopter tour memorable, but I guess this is something that isn’t apart of their employee handbook.

It’s a bit pricey but such an incredible experience. At least once in a lifetime, it’s worthy. There’s barely a waiting line. The load in was quick and efficient. Everyone is very welcoming.

4 of us went as a surprise for one of our friends. We were lucky that only the 4 of us got on the helicopter. 2 in front and 2 in back. So we all had windows and a clear view. This was a fantastic experience! I'm ok on a plane but am NOT crazy about heights otherwise and I am so glad we did this! The views were AMAZING and the ride was not scary (other than the first few seconds lol). Check this one off the bucket list!

Had such a blast doing a helicopter tour over niagara falls ! The staff were so courteous and friendly ..the pilot was amazing ! The views were incredible .. It was a 10/10 ride and once in a life time experience everyone should have if they plan on visiting the falls ! Highly recommended !

Despite being afraid of heights and flying I gave it a chance and didn't regret it. First time on a helicopter wasn't sure what to expect, but the flight was exciting and safe and not jumpy or jerky at all. Overall great experience, professional crew, a trip I will remember forever! Highly recommended! (It was loud but not much more than an airplane)

AMAZING! From the beginning to the end. We came 30 instead 6. All was handled without a stress or too much time to wait. No matter where you get seated in the helicopter, the pilot will make sure you all see Niagara falls from all sides. The service of the entire crew was great. The tour is a must once you are coming all your way to see Niagara falls. Enjoy the ride! PS. I would recommend first to visit Niagara on the lake and the cosy Walkers country market, then the Helicopter flightseeing tour, and then the boat tour at Niagara falls.

We had a very good experience with Niagara Helicopters Ltd. I had few questions before finalizing the reservation and representative was very helpful with all the concerns. The check-in process was smooth, helicopter was well maintained and pilot/ground staff were friendly. Great view of Niagara falls, especially the horseshoe fall which is well observed from height.

Amazing. Had a blast and had the front seat too! Staff were friendly,pilot amazing and had a blast. Highly recommend last tine we did this was 2005 and its the same price as it was then!!! Thank you so much we will be back ❤️❤️❤️
