Another must to do when visiting Niagara Falls. Great views of the falls from above and of the surrounding area. Observation deck has plenty of room to view the falls from many angles. Great tip is to buy the day/night pass to visit the tower twice within 24 hours. The first time we went up was at sunset in late-July. They illuminate the falls every night at 8:30 or 9pm. LED light show on the falls at night is pretty to see. Fireworks show every night at 10pm on the Canadian side of the falls in front of the American Falls. We didn’t watch the fireworks from the tower, but you could as it’s open until midnight every night. Great views of the illuminated falls at night. We returned to the tower the next day with our pass and went up in the tower during the daytime. It’s nice to see the falls at both day and night. You can spend as much time as you want on the observation deck, but we stayed probably 45 minutes to a little over an hour each time we went up there. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

You will pretty much be paying for the view only. Their food is nothing extra ordinary. I have had better steaks and bigger portions for better price. Service is okay. Some are nice but not all of them. The platform is rotating, not for everyone in my family as some got dizzy. After dinner you can go up their observation deck where you can have a greater view of the Niagara falls and the city. Will I go there again? No, unless it’s for free. :))

We took my dad for his birthday and had a great time. The views are absolutely amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food was great. It is a bit on the spendy side, but I felt it was well worth it for the overall experience. It is also a bit touristy, but what do expect at Niagara Falls! I would really like to go back for lunch to get a daytime view of the falls. Highly recommended.

Went for the early bird special, $49 per person 3 course meal. The restaurant revolves while you are eating and you get beautiful views of both sides of the falls. The food was worth every penny, so delicious and the service was really fast. They give you 90 minutes sitting time and there’s no budging. As soon as you finish they are rushing you out to bring in the next batch of people. Included in dinner is also the observation deck which was a great experience, you get to stand outside on the top of the tower and the view is just so beautiful

On my birthday my hubby took me here🎉🥳❤️Beautiful view of the Toronto!! Revolving Dine-in gives you different view of the falls , the whole city and dining experience. Up to 90 minutes allowed for the guest, prior booking is must and lovely to eat & watch the night-sight of the falls during dusk time!!

Nice quick stop for a different view of the falls. Scenic elevator ride and easy to walk around the observation tower. Was able to buy tickets upon arrival on a Saturday - no issues at all

Delicious food. Mesmerizing view. Great service. Revolving dinning room offers 360 degree view of the entire city and the falls in approximately 50 min. After dinner you have a chance to visit the observation deck as well. It was a memorable and pleasant experience. We enjoyed every single minute of it.

So amazing! Definitely worth the price of the food. You slowly turn as you eat your lunch or dinner. You get to really see the falls from a birds view and the entire surrounding area of Niagara Canada! When you make a reservation at the restaurant it includes your ride up the tower. You can see Toronto and Buffalo city skyline!

It was a nice experience. We got on the elevator to reach the top floor and had a beautiful view of the Niagara Falls. Because of the higher view, we could feel the charm and great of the waterfall. It was very cold when we went, but when we saw Niagara, everything was worth it. Tickets are not very expensive, I recommend everyone!

A great experience overall, but expensive for what it is. We paid $20 for parking. We ate at the buffet, and per person it came to $75.30. The only reason I wasn’t outraged at that price, was the fact that we got to watch the fireworks over the falls from the observation deck after dinner. The dinner buffet was mediocre. There was a salad bar that had options like pasta salad, couscous salad, beet salad, pickled mushrooms, shrimp, and a few other options. The hot food section had roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, noodles, rice, chicken fingers, French fries, meatballs, fish, roast beef, ribs, pasta, shrimp and scallops, clams, and a few others. The desert bar had 3 different tarts, squares, cookies, fruit and whipped cream, cake, cupcakes, cheese and perhaps a few I have forgotten. It did seem like you have a better chance at getting a window seat if you have a group of people rather than just 2 people. The staff were top notch! Super friendly and professional!

So I went around 9pm on a Saturday right before any fireworks. It was a hefty line and the first staff you really interact with is this photography team but they really rush you to make poses for a photo without any genuine emotion like they're on autopilot. Next up is this somewhat energetic and nice guy that monitors the elevator it seems. He made sure to pack it up so everyone can fit in the elevator but uncomfortably so. As you go up this elevator, you'll be shown of course the beautiful view looking down at the falls and the general vicinity. The only thing though is the windows that you're looking through is very dirty and yeah perhaps it's hard to maintain it as it requires cleaning from the outside but it does take away from the experience as you very easily notice all that gunk in front of you. (It's also a pain to take pictures through because of it, as you'll see on one of the pictures I posted). As you reach the top, you'll get this grand 360 degree view of the the falls and a ton of people. It gets a bit difficult getting a spot to start snapping away some pictures (maybe it was crowded because it was right before the fireworks) but just make sure to hold onto your phone extra tight because it isn't windows as walls, it's more like fencing so you can most definitely feel the wind blowing through. Also, there's a little gift shop up there so yeah! Enjoy!

Amazing views. It’s a must see Niagara Falls trademark. French onion soup and cream brûlée are amazing. I went in with low expectations because you go there for the view and not the food, but wow. Pleasant surprise!! The observation deck has the same view as the 360 revolving restaurant but on some days windy Tip: For an uninterrupted view, request a window seating, while making the reservation.

A visit to Niagara Falls wouldn’t be complete without experiencing the Skylon Tower. It’s the absolute must-visit spot for capturing incredible pictures of the falls. It has two options for dine in : one with revolving restaurant and other one is buffet restaurant. I took the buffet one as I personally don’t like revolving dining, it cost me $59 for buffet including observation deck . You can wait little bit to get a window seat to click the picture with fall or to enjoy falls while eating . Although I was lucky as it was not at all busy around 9pm so I get seat with no wait. View was spectacular, as it is located 775 feet above the falls. I love this and will highly recommend to live a moment for once .observatory deck was fantastic to view and enjoy the falls .

I went here on vacation a few years back, it provided very nice views of the falls and the food was good! There is an observation platform at the very top of the tower which provides an amazing view of the falls! Overall highly recommend!

If you can only do a few things in Niagara, the Skylon Tower should be one of them. If you want to truly get the best view of the falls this is the place. We had lunch in the revolving restaurant and it was good food and great service. The prices are high but the ticket to the top is included if you eat. Otherwise the ticket to the top is sold separately. Again, this is the best place to view the entirety of the falls.

It was worth visiting this place to see the beauty of Niagara Falls. Please check weather before you go to visit Niagara Falls. Also go early so that there is less traffic. They should at least make free parking for valued customers which is currently $20.

With prioritised visit to Niagara falls, gave this place a snap shot visit. Housing coffee shops & gift/souvenir shops with entrance tickets leads to the observation desks and other levels. Spare an hour or so for this place and extend as deemed essential. Ample parking space available. The route to Niagara Falls is an walkway of some 20 minutes but you can enjoy the scenic spots on both sides of walkway as you go along the fall. Enjoy your visit.

Referred by a friend to try early dinner special 4:30-5:00. It’s a fix menu as we ordered the prime rib ( medium rare ). If anything at all the portion was large, around 10oz. The salad was lacking some taste for my liking. Dessert chocolate mousse was decent. The service I felt was a little rush but acceptable. Like we didn’t ask for the bill and they place it on your table. The tower does a full rotation in one hour. The nice thing dinner includes the observatory deck entrance. Overall, worth a visit. Parking is a flat 10 dollars.

We lucked out going up and had minimal wait time. The walk around the top goes quick but oh my the views!! 😍 The wait to come back down was a solid 20mins and they do pack the elevator to maximum capacity. Very nice people working, and visiting which was quite refreshing given a few other stops we had made prior. Would definitely do again!

Tickets are at a good price if you booked it online so it is definitely worth it going here to see Niagara Falls from a different perspective. Being able to view the mist coming from the falls is amazing. It has an indoor and outdoor observation deck so you have choices if you want to view from outside or inside. The elevator staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. It’s nice to go here early in the morning so it isn’t crowded here. Amazing place to see the falls from up top!

I enjoyed the experience of dinning on a revolving tower was something I've never done. I would recommend to go to the top of the tower has the best views of both falls with out getting wet. Your so high up get to really see everything. If you have dinner they wave the fee to go up. My only complaint is that the food is not good my steak was way over cooked and kitchen seemed un organized.

Been many times to the Falls but never up until this visit. Cost was $42/2 people and used a coupon too. Quick elevator up on city view side. Quite windy but perfect on a warm day. Observation platform not overly busy around 2:30pm but noted 5 bus loads going up when we left made it very busy. Don't wear your hat as it may blow off although mesh screen is quite open for photos. Great view with prompts to know what you are seeing. So nice to see both Falls together. What is it with "selfies" for young women in strange poses and expressions- had to laugh at some! Did not eat in revolving restaurant but would be great view. Washrooms in basement are almost hidden away. I would go back specifically if it was a really clear day to see better distance but this was still really good.

There is an admission box on Murray St which provides very easy access and convenience when you're in the central area of the falls and want to go to skylon tower. The elevator is 100 + ft up in the yellow "bug" elevator which provides a view of the entire horseshoe falls and downtown Niagara. The top of the tower has a 369 viewing walk around area where you can feel the beautiful breeze and have a birds eye view of all of Niagara's amenities. I highly remind going in the late evening to catch the sunset or alternatively, at night to see all of the lights.

This spot serves the most incredible food. One tip, though: if you can, ask for a window table when making a reservation. While the inner tables still offer a view, you might have to peer past those lucky enough to snag a window seat. The food here is truly top-notch—fantastic selection, and you get a feast for the price. The chefs at this restaurant go beyond creating a meal; it's like a taste of heaven. The staff is highly professional, contributing to a fantastic atmosphere.

It's all about the view and the observation tower. The food is standard, and what you're really paying for once again is the Falls. Would I recommend this place to eat not so much. The price of dinner over shadows the experience. I don't regret going, but if I had my time over, I would have booked the buffet, which isn't available at this time of year. Overall, I would say for such a choice location and venue they should have, could of, done better, and maybe an update of the facilities wouldn't go a miss.

Reserved a 4:30 pm dinner with my ten year old granddaughter. Imho, a MUST DO! She got a children’s menu which included prime rib (which I also got,) and her portion pretty much equaled mine but for half price. It was Absolutely delicious, veggies were wonderful, bread, salad and dessert. We were seated for the beginning right at the view of both falls and rotated around to over the course of 75 minutes just past that same spot. Got the whole lay of the land right from that dinner. Spotted out hotel and ferris wheel area. Each of the windows has a bit of ‘falls’ trivia to read as it rotates. As a bonus, you can go up to the top after which we did… but we had already pretty much looked at every view in the course of our dinner so spent very little time there. Why spend time at the open air chilly top when you can eat dinner and take in the view at the same time? Lovely attentive service. A fabulous choice!

The hospitality of workers was great. The place is clean, with shopping and games while you wait. The ride to the top was great, it was dark so we enjoyed the falls all lit up. The dinner was spectacular and pricey which I expected. The quality and serving size was very good. The observation deck is included with purchase of dinner, or you can purchase tickets to ride up to the observation deck separately

You will get best Niagara falls view and amazing food experience here! One important point - If you are just planning to visit observation deck, you can skip as it is not that great! It is recommended to go for lunch / dinner for 2 reasons 1. The food and ambience is amazing and it is 360 degree revolving restaurant 2. Observation deck is complimentary if you do lunch / dinner there

We had a great time, played in the arcade (can't go to restaurant until 15 minutes prior to reservation) in basement for a while & shopped at the stores. Service & food was on point, fast and cooked to order. Our drinks were well made & strongish. The observation deck was the highlight - beautiful view (80miles on a good day). Definitely an experience to remember.

  • 5/5 Sheryl W. 5 months ago on Google
I can only comment on the observation deck as I didn't eat here. WOW what a view! A must. Buy tickets online and save a tiny bit. I went up twice, day and night. Parking is a flat price for the whole day. The best part, Pat, in the deck gift shop. A real person with real knowledge of the area. Niagara needs to employ more gems like her. GREAT customer service 👏

Important notes: $49 minimum purchase PER PERSON for an entree. Reserve your seat online in advance and in the notes ask for a window seat. Great location and view. Highly recommend this unique experience at night so you can see the water falls lit up. So beautiful. It takes the restaurant 60 minutes approx for a full rotation so we were on the other side for the fireworks, sadly. You do rotate back to hear the guy on the piano, and the music is not piped through out the facility (which would be a great option if they were to put it in place). Great food. Pricey but the food is more upscale and of course you are paying for location. White table cloths and little butter balls. Options for great desserts at $15 each. See pics for regular dinner menu and prices as of Dec 2023. We had a reservation at 8 pm and were able to get seated 15 minutes early. We ordered the salmon and the chicken. The salmon was fantastic and rivals that of Connor's Steak House. The chicken was very tasty and a wee bit tough. Wait staff was excellent. A little brisk at first in his interactions with my son as we didn't know about the $49 minimum purchase requirement. Very pleasant after that though .... Great experience and one I've been wanting to do for years. I would definitely do it again.

Went up to see the fireworks over the falls, was pretty cool. Not used to seeing fireworks from above! Parking is a bit steep for how long you're there, especially when you're also paying to go up. Amazing how small it is at the top, gets crowded easily. But it really is an amazing view of both falls. Especially when they're lit up. And then the fireworks! Quiet enjoyed it. Weirdest and maybe coolest part was the pretty much empty arcade in the basement. Kids loved exploring and taking photos of this "liminal space".

What a lovely way to celebrate our 60th birthdays for my boyfriend and I. From the minute we sat down we were impressed. The service from Darlene and her colleague was impeccable. The food was out of this world. The view was amazing. Thank you for these amazing memories Skylon Tower.

Food was amazing! I ordered steak and OMG!!! It was so yummy and very tender!! Elevator ride to go up there with the view was fun!! Staff are so professional and friendly. Will definitely go back again. Also every Friday night at Niagara Falls they have fireworks so you can see them from up there and the views are amazing!

This establishment advertises spectacular views of the falls while dining. You’re paying a premium for said view, but they have some tables that are across the room from the windows. For being my first experience I was quite disappointed. The view (or lack of one as my experience was) combined with the quality of the meal itself left a lot to be desired. Everything was lukewarm at best. The view from the observation deck itself is worth the price they charge to go up there. I would recommend buying a ticket to go to the observation deck only. I would not recommend dining here though. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area with better quality and hospitality. PARKING IS ALSO A NIGHTMARE! Expect to spend upwards of an hour in gridlock bumper to bumper traffic getting out. This was my first time here and it will definitely be my last.

It’s a old tower. Their shops made us nostalgic. Entrance fee was a little bit expensive. But it was worth to visit. Niagara Falls view from the top was amazing even it rained when we went there. I recommend that It’s a one of mandatory place to visit in Niagara Falls town.

  • 5/5 Tara K. 10 months ago on Google
Beautiful experience! The staff are very friendly. Prices are a bit steep to eat there, but the ride to the top was affordable. I think it's bizarre to have to pay $15 to park there just to visit the tower. The view is amazing and definitely a must when visiting the area.

I was surprised for Father’s Day by my love. We are at the diner on the top of the tower. Food was good, but the view and time spent was everything. The view makes the mood that much better at any time of the day. You will feel a lil off when you get to your seat, its exciting none the less.

  • 5/5 Franca T. 9 months ago on Google
It was only a 3 minute walk from one of the main parking lots of downtown Niagara. Very nice views! They have a package to come back at night to see the falls (which we didn't do), but I would highly recommend this experience! It's kinda pricey so I wouldn't do it again.

Mind blowing experience… watching the Niagara beauty from this height is a story telling in itself. Really happy that I bought the tickets and went for it. Amazing view of the falls and city. Really worth every penny.

Amazing views and great time spent. Staff service is great! You are greeted by some lovely people who are ready to take your few shots against a green screen! And then you move towards the line to go up to the deck! Once you return and if you want you can go ahead to the counter and collect your photos. The photos are worth it! I mean don’t you want to collect such memories which you will laugh at!

My husband , son and me had a great time going up to the viewing deck with a cute yellow elevator. The elevator staff was so creative , singing , entertaining well the guests. Up there , was so fascinating having the night view of Niagara Falls with different colour changing , on top of that fireworks . Amazing experience. Fee for the viewing deck was reasonable. I suggest to pay for day time and night time viewing. Next trip we will try the revolving restaurant.Highly recommend to try Skylon Tower!

We had dinner at the revolving restaurant, and I have to say, it has one of the best views of the falls and surrounding area. You get a full 360 of the area around the falls, and it's very nice to see around sunset time--beautiful. The food was okay. I ordered the prime rib and it was tender, but a bit lacking in flavor. I have to say that the au jus was a bit salty as well, but overall not awful food. Normally it's around $20 to ride to the top of the tower, but if you dine it's included, so definitely something to factor in--you're paying for the view. Another thing I wasn't fond of was the staff member going around taking pictures. They came up to us, asked to take our picture, and then came back 20 minutes later with the photos printed out, asking for $30 for 2 of them. I thought it was a bit pushy and annoying. I'm already paying quite a bit for dinner, you don't need to try and push overpriced photos on me too. I will say that the wait staff were fantastic. Super attentive. They even gave us a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary, which was very sweet. Overall, I would say the restaurant is worth it if you want a nice night out with fantastic views. The food isn't a highlight here, but we didn't walk away disappointed with our experience.

  • 5/5 Glenn R. 1 year ago on Google
Great experience and an incredible view of the falls from “the Canadian side.” The elevator is smooth and quick up the nearly 80 stories to the observation deck. It’s an easy trip up the tower and well worth the cost, if you’re looking for what likely are the best views of the falls. Also, photos taken without a glass pane in front of you are possible, just be careful if you’re using your phone. Cameras, on the other hand, can fit easily through the metal webbing.

Took my husband here a few years back for his 40th Birthday. Lunch buffet was just wonderful. I really enjoyed all the food and I'm very pick eater. The view was great and I'm even terrified of heights. All the staff was wonderful. I would really like to visit again someday.
