Booked this in order to stay in the same hotel as our group. Service was top notch and the continental grab and go breakfast had a variety of selections. One room had a stain in the underlay of the bed spread. We checked in late after a long drive. And unfortunately the other room had drain flies which while harmless was disturbing to encounter. The pool is very small but we were happy to have it nonetheless. I wish I could give it a higher rating for the service and friendliness of staff but for over $300+ a night, it felt steep.

As a former housekeeper of this hotel I feel a need to tell anyone to stay far away from booking with this place, or working for them. They prioritize looks over actual cleanliness and will sooner pay for carpet cleaning than treating for the bedbugs that apparently reside in the entire building. I made it vehemently clear that there is a bed bug problem on the second floor and I was laughed at by the other employees and told to seek out other employment if I didn’t want to bring a bed bug to my new home. I also have received my paystubs late at least twice now, the owner does not care about the building or anyone in it since he owns other properties and very much plays favorites when it comes to close personal friends working for him. The general manager will not listen to a single concern without “playing devils advocate” while nothing ever actually gets fixed. They do not care about the guests or employees, only about the number of rooms they book out each night.

Overall wonderful experience. Very nice and clean room with complementary essentials. Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the best complimentary breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. Super easy to drive down to the US Niagara Falls. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect in being so close to the falls and close to places to eat. The front desk people we dealt with were all friendly and helpful. They told us a close place to walk to eat, and that the last fireworks of the year were happening that night. They told us about the laundry room, and we were able to buy quarters for that. The rooms were fine. The were clean. There was a good, full breakfast in the morning.

I stayed in 3 rooms over 4 days and the rooms are a bit on the dirty side. The floors in the room and hallway creak/shift with every step-take note if you are not on the top floor. Staff was polite, breakfast selection was good. The beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms were attractive.

I stay here 6/11/22 The lobby was clean, we check in late so we got a pleasant receptionist Her name starts with L The room was clean, bathroom, parking lot is free. Breakfast is ok ( I agree with another review not healthy options) the ladies working with breakfast were not friendly, people were coming to them asking for refill coffee and they were not happy about that. I mean other than that it was a good stay.

In general it was fine. I would not stay there again. We arrived around midnight and I called twice asking that they make up the fold-out bed for us because we would be arriving with three young kids that would be asleep. The first time, the lady said, the sheets would be waiting in the room for us. The second time, the lady said, the sheets would be waiting for us at the front desk. I again explained and asked for them to be in the room at least, she did not respond. They were at the front desk. The fold-out mattress was nasty (bad stains) and it split in half on the side, so the insides were spilling out. The room had a BO smell the moment you walked in. The bathroom towels had some long black hairs on them, as did the shower walls. The bathroom had curling short black hair on the floors. The high touched surfaces had fingerprints all over them; they did not look like they had been disinfected. The bathroom walls had handprints on the wall paper that looked like blood prints or something. I asked for a room switch and explained the issues—there was no apology or wanting to make things right…only reply is that they didn’t have any more two queen and pull out rooms, but could offer a king with a pull out. We decided to stay outside the hotel as much as possible, and the kids didn’t shower for two nights. I was surprised at the lack of help and kindness by the staff. I was surprised by the BO smell and fold out mattress. We survived the visit, but we do not recommend the hotel. I have been in worse, but I don’t recommend this hotel. They definitely do not go above and beyond for their guests.

We stayed 04/30/2022 - 05/01/2022. Staff was very friendly and courteous, the kind of service I would expect at a 5 star hotel. Where the hotel had serious opportunities was the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast lacked healthy options such as fresh fruit. The breakfast overall was subpar compared to multiple Hampton Inns I have stayed at since March 2020. The light switch in bathroom, door handle leading to outside of room, and pillow were dirty. The chair in room was filthy as if a previous guest in the room was eating some messy snack food with their hands and then cleaned their hands all over the back of the chair. We were also kept up until past 3:30am in the morning due to a neighbor's television. Consider the Hyatt chain hotel in the area which has a beautiful lobby or at one of the Choice hotels in the area as they are much closer to Niagara Falls. On a side note, I strongly believe the best views of the falls are from Canada.

Our stay was “okay”. We didn’t know that cleaning service is only done if you stay longer than 4 days. They did bring us clean linens and towels after we requested them. The staff who delivered them were very nice, apologetic, and helpful. The front desk was efficient, but not friendly. The breakfast was a grab and go. If I returned, I would probably choose another hotel for my stay.

Took about an hour to check in to a room that was paid for by points. They had a newer employee working front desk without support, which was disappointing to see. Missed the sunset due to the time it took to check in, and they weren’t helpful with suggesting a temporary solution (we had to put our bags on a dolly and ask if we could store it so we could at least get out before it got dark). It’s a nice enough place but that’s to be expected for the price you pay and the hotel rating, so I can’t really give it any credit for that. About 6 or 7 groups checked in during the time it took us so maybe they’ve had a better experience.

Parking lot free and well lit. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel beautifully decorated for Fall, hallways clean. Room was clean, no dust bunnies or left over hairs - I appreciate this. Beds and bedding fresh and comfortable. Shower pressure excellent. Bathroom amenities were nice. Pool was lovely, great temperature and plenty of towels. The cleaning staff is excellent at this hotel.. the exercise room looked well kept but can’t comment as didn’t enter and no one was in the room. Free hot breakfast was great. Loved the omelettes and cookies. Apples or bananas every morning. Hot water was ‘hot’, perfect for the tea drinker who insists on boiled water. The elevator took a bit to figure out. Must swipe key card first (look for green light) and then you press the floor button. It was a laughable moment, so all good. Was worried with hotel not being close to shopping, is across from Casino, but it’s only a 10-15 min drive (depending on how good your gps is - ours not 😀) . My friends did agree they’d stay at this hotel next time as we were all impressed with the staff and each department fulfilled their duties with pride. A very pleasant stay and met our Marriott expectations .

In my 2 days stay I moved from courtyard to Fairfield @l niagra .. we are waiting for checking inn since past few hours. The staff is good though but we planned to take bath and change before starting our evening tour which now is not possible as rooms are not ready since past 3+ hours. We are waiting on lobby with my kids and old parents and yet to get the rooms.hope to have good experience going forward. It’s not worth of money I paid.

Place is well kept and clean. More than quiet; was surprised to see how many people were at the Breakfast room. Ultra friendly staff, most helpful. Handy to the casino and the falls. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the stay.

We had an okay experience. The room could be cleaner. There were red/orange stains in the bathroom wall, and dark stains along the edges of the tub. I started coughing terribly as soon as I entered the room bc of something in the air—but it went away after an hour or so. The breakfast was just okay, I did not expect much to begin with. The location is great. Just a few minutes drive to the welcome center and the park. Among the options you have in this area, this is probably a decent one, even if it’s not great.

Hotel was in a great location. Clean, had good breakfast and the lady at the breakfast area was very kind and efficient. The only thing that ruined it for us was the fact that the housekeeping kept on knocking at our door and asking what time we were going to leave. First time at around 9:50am! Then again 10:45am. Checkout is at 11am. Could you just wait for 11am!? We know the checkout time.

We were able to walk to the falls (about 3/4 of a mile). Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Very crowded area at breakfast but that can't be fixed! Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a top floor looking towards the river. Great view.

We checked in late so did not have too much interaction with employees. But next day morning we had some interaction. Every associate (employee) we met was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast attendant was very courteous and was constantly making sure breakfast area was clean and nicely stocked up. Room was very clean and comfortable.
