The best bed & breakfast I have ever been to. Jackie goes over and beyond to make her guests feel welcomed, and her breakfasts are to die for. A must stop for anyone heading to Niagara Falls.

Wonderful value - staying in the Little Luxuries room was great. Big king bed and private bathroom. The whole place was clean and well maintained. The host greeted us when we arrived and provided us with restaurants to try in the area. Both hosts were very nice and hospitable. They provided breakfast the next morning which was amazing and a very good reason to book this place again! 15-20 minute walk to Niagara Falls.

Scott and Jackie were such wonderful hosts! So easy to talk to and very friendly. The room and house was clean and had such a cute feel!! The food was amazing! They had cookies (Graham cracker chocolate chip) out at night for a midnight snack. The breakfast (Chickens in a Hole) was AMAZING!! One of the best breakfasts I've had in a long while! I would definitely recommend staying at Spring Manor and I will definitely be back! :) I'm glad I stayed at Spring Manor for my first bed and breakfast experience.

Jacqueline was such a lovely host! Her breakfast was insane! And she shared lovely stories to make the whole experience more colourful. Very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were super comfy. 👍👍

This is a great choice for your B&B stay in the Niagara falls area. The rooms are nice and location is great. The breakfast was so good. Also we had the three course meal on one of our nights. It was a great time with some good friends. The food was totally on par with what you would expect at a highend restaurant.

My visit at the Spring Manor was a fantastic experience. The hostess Jacqueline is incredibly accommodating and made sure we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and offer lots of space for storing your clothes and bags. The bathroom is modern and even comes with nice, multi-ply toilet paper! Each room has a lockable fire-proof door for added security. You can walk to Clifton Hill in about 20 minutes along a very scenic route or a quick 3 minute drive/Uber ride. There is space for 3 cars to park in the driveway as well. The best part of staying at the Spring Manor is the complementary breakfast prepared by Jacqueline. The food is incredibly fresh and taste much better than all of the restaurants that I have been to around Clifton Hill. I would highly recommend booking a room at the Spring Manor if you are looking for a bed and breakfast in Niagara. The experience was much nicer than staying in a hotel and less expensive.

Spring Manor is a fantastic bnb! It is located just a short 20 min walk away from Clifton Hill. The rooms are exactly like the pictures, they are beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The owners are extremely accommodating, and breakfast is delicious! I would absolutely come back, and recommend staying here to anyone going to the Niagara region.

The Niagara falls location was great for a short walk to all of the entertainment on Clifton Hill. The room was clean and comfortable. We received a morning breakfast that met all our needs. We loved the big porch for a quiet sit and drink at the end of the day.
