    Boo Boo Trash Period!! McDonald's is dog food. Ordered two double cheeseburgers instead got two smashed single cheeseburgers that look like they been sitting on the counter all day. Dry crusty buns, one sandwich was just buns and a meat patty no cheese, the pictures speak for themselves. For the rest of my life I will NEVER give McDonald's another dime of my money or eat their dog food. The workers there must be buffoons! Cant wait until they remove all humans and replace them with robots!! I hope it happens soon!

    $70 order - half was missing , took ages to even get seen to as the staff were too busy arguing with themselves. Someone had vomited in the restaurant and it was left there for god knows how long. Food and rubbish strewn across the whole restaurant. Amazed it hasn’t been closed down for health and safety

    Had a large order. Forgot 1 ten piece nugget. 6 sauces all paid for. And these are the three large fries. Looks like someone ate them all. I hate how halfa$$ed this place is. Last time they forgot a burrito on my mobile order and I never got a refund for that. So I'm sure I won't for this either.

    drive through line was super slow. took 40 minutes to get the meal and there were 12 cars were front of me. my big mac was cold, fries were cold and hard. never experienced the same in any other Mcdonald's. disappointed.

    My sister and I came here and we were served quickly, the food was hot and delicious! It helped us along the way getting back to Canada. The server was kind, respectful, and helpful. We truly appreciate the experience!

    The service was ok..the girl at the window was very polite..then me and my sister go to her house to feed her family and it was crazy..2 of the triple cheese burgers only had 2 burgers..and they were all over the place..the fries were hot but hard..it was a weird experience...spent alot to get what ever that was we ate anyways..because we were hungry and they were really busy..oh well😒

    First, the lady taking orders in the drive-thru is sweet and pleasant. Only good part of this store is her. Second, I don't go to this McDonald's often and I'm reminded why every single time. Waited for "fresh fries" (nbd) but half the fries were missing. That's a large fry and the Big Mac was straight nasty. It looked like it was from last week. This mess set me back $13 and took up 26 out of my 30 minute break. If you don't want to cook food for a living, then don't. I got better food when y'all made $10/hr. Ridiculous.

    Not sustainable at all as they still using plastic cups. They don’t give you “your drink cups” and you know what is the bad part, they don’t come at the counter so you can ask for your drink cups. McDonald has the worst service ever. These business do not practice sustainability at all which is the most important thing these days.

    If I could give zero stars I would, I get its a fast food place and they do get busy but like come on. Employees don't care all all!! Most of them have no direction or know what they are doing. You stand in line and they just ignore you like your not even there. Just the level of incompetence is just ridiculous.

    So at 11:20 PM Jalicia was the wonderful young lady who took care of us the mobile order on our phone something went wrong, but she was very customer service like she was very friendly and she made sure to let us know that it wasn’t our fault that the mobile app is acting up and it deleted some of our orders. It rearrange my order an it added items, and when I was being apologetic, she made sure to let me know that everything was OK. She was very quick to fix our order and she was very happy to help us, and I have to say that this young lady right here is management material .

    Love the fact that I can get a Dr. Pepper with my McDonalds meal down in the U.S. Always enjoy lunch or dinner here as it’s a different taste than the McDonalds we have in Canada. The burgers are better in the U.S. especially the Quarter Pounder with Cheese.

    Unacceptable!!!! My husband called we orders a ranch bacon chicken Sandwhich meal the general manager Christie was very rude asking us if we wear glasses and all this extra stuff did not want to help us!!!! Will not be returning spend $10 on a nasty meal 1/2 piece of dried over cooked chicken!!!!

    Had to wait 20 minutes outside in the cold waiting for a doordash order with employees screwing off at 5am. The idea with the pickup doorbell is nice but a complete failure for customer service.

    went through the drive through. The first part of my order was 2 fries...I was asked to repeat the whole order twice only to get to the delivery window and not be given fries. look at receipt. I wasn't charged for them even though I was asked to repeat the order twice. The order was not displayed like normal in the drive through but maybe they were having issues with that? lay off the pipe while your at work and maybe you'll get an order right. Your lucky if a worker at the window grunts at you let alone actually uses words or phrases like thank you, have a nice day. anything, ANYTHING remotely sounding like words would be great at this point. I get that working in fast food can suck but I feel like I'm bothering them by being a customer. this location didn't used to be like this. I've had this scenario or similar happen multiple times or I would not be leaving this review.

    apparently this is a quarter pounder!! oh & don’t forget they messed my ENTIRE order up, starting with my other 4 sandwiches. Every single time somethings messed up. So annoying & inconsiderate then the lady at the window wants to argue & throw a fit. Not my fault whoever’s in the back can’t take a simple order of 4 plain hamburger.. nope still had cheese 😂😂 & half my ingredients were missing on the quarter pounder. MCDONALDS DOOOOO BETTTTER . $15 a hr but can’t make a simple sandwich smh

    This fast food restaurant was very well maintained. They also had a very helpful cashier who guided grandma and me to order from a breakfast menu we were not familiar with. The long table with a dozen old MEN were a testimony to their local popularity.

    Unprofessional. I walk in the manager comes up the register singing loudly . Doesn’t greet me turns around yells at the employee. Following that a young lady comes up looks at me … no greeting just Waiting for me to order . After my order she hands me the food and that’s it . No have a great day , take care of yourself . It was very youthful in there and that’s fine but the customer service was a 0 out of 10 .

    Came after work 12am says 24 hours. Waited 20 minutes and had to call manager inside twice to get someone to come to take our order at the drive thru. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and two quarter pounder with cheese. I only got one. Manager said their cashiers just got there is why it took so long. There was only two customers me and one more car. Couldn’t she have taken the orders? Anyway. Had to pull forward as the people that came way after us got served and left. I didn’t want to give one star as my boyfriend didn’t eat. Everything was dripping with grease and manager simply said. “Sorry” I will go hungry before I go back to this McDonald’s.

    The food is just as good as other McDonald's but they forget the Sauces or smaller items you might have ordered and then need to go back into drive through which is very annoying, so be sure to check your order before you go. May be other McDonald's so far have spoiled us with a guaranteed service so we never checked the bag but this location staff doesn't know how to count apparently.

    We go to this location quite regularly. Their drive thru is much faster than going inside. However I do recommend checking your order before you leave the window because they often forget to include a thing or two in your order; happened to me at least 4 times. I won’t say the staff is rude but dry is probably more appropriate.

    Ordered 2 fish sandwiches, 1 deluxe chicken sandwich, a #7 medium no pickles sprite no ice, and a 6 piece chicken chicken nugget w/ BBQ sauce. Food was really good, but they forgot the nuggets. They have definitely improved over the years though.

    I cant describe how awful and frustrating our experience here was. To start we waited about 25 minutes until we got into the drive thru speaker, we told the employe that we had four mobile orders to which they replied that they could only get two of them and then we should go in line again for the remaining two. It didn’t make a lot of sense but we had already paid for our orders and so we went. The servers were extremely rude once we got to the window to get out first two orders. They reminded us again that we should go and do the line again to get the remaining two orders. We got into the line again and waited for another half hour (so far we had been there for more than an hour), we asked for our orders and got them at the window. We left the place being treated in a disrespectful way, with our food cold and in one of the meals the chicken patties were burnt.

    I ordered breakfast wraps. They were good. The staff here for some reason just don’t like working or they don’t like the who they are working for. Nothing but attitude, eyes rolling. The person working cash, got an order together yelled out the table number and said “I ain’t taking it out there, I just don’t care”. Too many other places to eat at, so just move on from here.

    Very unfriendly staff. Wasn't greeted or thanked. I was in there this morning and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and used a promo from the app for 99 cent hash browns. The lady asked if I wanted the receipt I said yes. She proceeded to throw away the receipt and walked away. Not a big deal. Went to go sit down and found some tables not cleaned. Found a somewhat clean table and took my food out of the bag. Found I was out given 1 hash brown instead of two. And the English muffin wasn't toasted at all. Also the restroom was dirty and toilet paper all over the floor. Laughed when I seen the cleaning logs posted on the door wasn't filled out at all Will not be back. Especially for breakfas

    Staff was unbelievably rude. They placed our take out bag on the counter and left. We had to get their attention as they forgot our drinks. He actually said to us 'cups are over there' and pointed to a stack behind the counter. He did end up getting it himself but was visibly ticked off. The mood in the store was horrific. We will be looking for another location to visit going forward.

    Food served in reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, when we came some VERY LOUD teens were there. With the music extremely loud. It made the dining experience not very enjoyable. I know teens are teens but no one asked them to tone it down and they were playing around which didn't help.

    If I could give negative stars I would, guess depends who's working, but worst I ever had! If you wanna get sick, I'd go here.. otherwise stay away! Do yourself a favor , it's awful they might make more money, but the food is terrible! Guess I should thank employees, not healthy anyways. I will never be back, at least not this McDonald's!

    This is prolly one of the worst locations in the country. Rarely ever get my order right or they give me very stale food. And when I mean stale, my dog wouldnt even bother with it (no lie). The owner of this franchise location doesnt respond to emails besides with the automated responses. Also if you go after midnight, there is a high chance you will not be allowed to order anything unless you have cash. Even if you do their mobile ordering. Better off going to any of the other fast food joints in the area.

    Awesome Mcdonald's nowadays. Their new app is awesome too, great deals. Love how they have added family meals to the menu. Everything was made right and fresh. Oddly no ice in our drinks though, but that's nothing to whine about.

    These people are rude and mean. What ever happened to good customer service and putting a little effort in to your work. All I wanted was a McChicken and a medium fry. And all I got was a nasty attitude at the front when my order was “lost”. Management needs to take a second and maybe address their customer service skills.

    Worst McDonald’s. The managers are ignorant and rude especially cristy. after waiting 30 mins in the drive thru get my order and it was incorrect meanwhile the employees were just outside smoking. Employees definitely need some training on customer service aswell.

    So there is this weird inconsistency to this location but I feel bad complaining because there are a lot of well-meaning employees. But then there are weird things, like how sometimes it’ll close for “reset” while other times it’s cash only. Or the fact it takes an hour from start to finish some nights in drive thru. A lot of this I suspect is door dash but then businesses need to accommodate when they take on these amenities. Also, occasionally weird quality issues. Like today. You can’t tell me whoever worked grill didn’t see this chicken was half the normal size and instead was still served. It’s funny but at same time I still paid full price. Also, check your sauce packets. You open boxes with a knife and put holes in package, then serve. Someone will get sick.

    They handed out my order to the wrong delivery driver. When my assigned driver got there, they refused to remake the order and stated they already handed it out. But normally they're good. The food is fresh 99% of the time and they're nice and friendly. Just gotta get better delivery procedures.

    Worst McDonald's location ever. I visited there close to the mid night just to get some McCafe. First they said they don't accept card payments. So I made an online order. It took long time to explain them that I have a online order. When I receive the order the cups were half filled. There were no caramel in the caramel macchiato. All the drinks were so bad, so I have to threw them away. I am giving them a negative five stars if I can.

    Placed order got to the window and they can't find the order. After going through 2 people they found the order. Then they give a different cost than stated at the speaker. Thinking they still didn't have the right order I questioned the pricing and got treated like a cheap skate. Wonderful job

    Too bad people in customer service does not listen when you are placing an order and give you something else. Then when you bring to the attention of the manager and the cashier comes up with an attitude and the manager allowed it. Manager had attitude also.
