Me and my was in last Monday, September 4th around 9:00pm. Every food in buffet area was great, food was quality all around. What impressed us was the quality of service. Our waitress Christina was awesome, ensured our experience was great. However, what bothers us is sanitation and food safety. The head chef wearing a white coat (Elder man perhaps a Filipino) was eating in the buffet area - He literally took a slice of cheesecake and other food with his bare hands from the buffet and put directly on his mouth, He feels very comfortable and seems like he's at his own home. This is a serious food safety concern and I will be making a formal complaint with the Niagara Region food safety website. This is very concerning, I wonder how food is being done inside the kitchen, if he does this in the buffet area.

If you reading this, you are probably wondering if it is worth the $49 (we are the 5:30 sitting, it will cost you a lil more if you come up later) to come up for the buffet. I am allergic to seafood but I manage to have 2 slices of roast beef, a ton of assorted fruits, cookies, salads, ham and more which, considering where we are - right on top of Niagara Falls, I would say it is good value for the money. Parking around here is charging $40, but I see a sign as you get right here at the bottom that they are charging $30… but, if you are not living that far away, it might be a better deal for you to just walk over - that money is probably better spend on a nice drink up here. Anyway, you can see from the pictures what they are serving tonight on Canada Day to see if it fits your needs and budget. I am not sure how you get to sit at the table with the nicest view (where you enter from the elevator), but with free admission to the observation deck afterwards, it’s alright if you are sitting further away - you get closer access to the food which is why you are here to begin with! 😄

So disappointed!!! Our first trip to Canada. Anniversary dinner we decided to go here as suggested by a friend... Very expensive for mediocre food. Did not get a window seat even though there were plenty open. Dark and cramped dining room. Observation deck was pretty packed and it was too cold and rainy for us to wait around for a chance to see the falls from there either....Would not go again. Also a side note that we were not aware of beforehand: Top deck is observation deck, middle is buffet, and bottom level is regular dining room. Only the bottom level rotates. The ride up the elevator is only a few second too and was so jammed we didn’t even try to see out the windows. Overall very underwhelming and regrettable.

The price overall was quite high even when we came early to eat at the buffet. The host said there were no more window seats left, even though there were still some seats left with big table, which was not occupied at all. I felt dissatisfied with not being able to get a seat at the window. The food was mid, the prime rib and the dessert were the best. The fish were dry and salty except the salmon, meatball tasted like chewy rubber, vegetable was salty, chicken nuggets were dry and the noodle was salty and oily. Overall, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great, but the food choice needs to be improved and be adjusted. If it is your first time coming, then it will be a great experience to try once.

This is definitely the place more for the view than the food. But for less than $40 you can get lunch and access to upper deck to look around towards the fall and the city. I found it to be a great deal because even though food isn’t amazing, you can find something to your liking to fill you up while enjoying amazing view towards Niagara Falls. There is plenty of salads, cold cuts, different kind of meat options and sides as well as sweets and warms drinks. Staff was friendly enough and attentive, place seemed to be clean enough. We enjoyed it and would recommend for tourist or anyone wanting to have a cheap meal enjoying the scenery.

We didn’t make a reservation but was able to get a table on a Sunday evening. The view was great, however the food was below average. There weren’t a lot options and nothing worth having seconds.

Servers and service was excellent. The staff work hard to provide nice experience. The view is excellent, although you remain stationary and do not revolve like the dining restaurant. The food. I don't know how to describe... Just really bad. It's as salty as all the reviews say it is. The variety is lacking. There were some things that tasted decent: a seafood medley in marinara sauce type dish, chicken dish, the fresh fruit. It really was the worst salad bar I've ever seen for a buffet. The rice was so hard and gross, my daughter actually heard a wait staff employee say at end of the night, "who wants to play who can guess how hard is the rice tonight?" LOL, honestly that made me laugh. Potatoes hard and either under cooked or rubbery. I seriously was so regretful from moment we stepped foot into the food area. They should let you look at what you will be served BEFORE you make mistake to dine. BEFORE tip it was 223 dollars with three adults and a minor. Don't do it!! The multiple reviews giving it a 1 star are NOT inaccurate. So much remorse. Would rather have dropped a hundred dollars to have experience of the lookout view from observation deck and totally skipped that awful meal.

It’s a very good place to watch the falls, especially at 10pm when the fireworks between the falls start! In my opinion it should be publiced better at the website there’s a limit of 90 minutes for the buffet. It’s a bit expensive for the food you get, but the food is warm and there is enough choice (and a lot of nice desserts). The service is very good (Thanks Adam!). The price includes the visit of the observation deck. If you’d like to watch the fireworks at 10pm, I’d recommend this restaurant!

Honestly, buffet should be more diverse in food. Seems like you are limited to the few things they have to offer. For the price you Honestly paying more for the view than the food. So keep in mind the view is amazing. However, the food may need a little change. If you are taking little ones, just know you are limited to what they can eat. Only have chicken tenders with no fries. It would be nice to see at least pizza for the kids in case some are picky eaters. Again, you are paying for them also. $59 for adults $24 for kids

Came here for New Year’s Eve and to be honest the food is super salty! Like you will need a gallon of water for all the salt you consumed in this place. Also it was super crowded like to get back to your seat was such a battle. Never again!

FOOD: The Summit Suite Buffet is located on the middle level of the Skylon Tower. The buffet considered of prime rib, bbq ribs, chicken, salad, sides and desserts. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for an additional charge. The food was well-stocked and maintained. The cost of the buffet is rather expensive, the observation deck is included in the price. SCENE: You take an elevator to the Summit Suite Buffet, then to the observation deck. The elevator has a glass front to enjoy the view. The restaurant offers a spectacular view of the city of Niagara Falls (American and Canadian sides). You can see for many miles. SERVICE: The service was very attentive at the beginning of our meal, offering to bring and refill beverages. Service slowed down a little at the end and waited for a little while for our check. NOTE: The food was good and appeared to be a little more affordably priced when converted to U.S. Dollars and a discount was applied for touring the observation deck. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant at least once while visiting Niagara Falls.

The older gentleman who sat us to our table look irritable and not happy at all. He was rude too. He shouldn't be working in a service industry. The food was either super salty or too bland. We are not coming back again. What a waste of money.

I was there for dinner on 10/4/23 with my wife and friends. The atmosphere was great with spectacular views of both falls. Our server was very good as well. She was attenttive and made sure to clear away our used dishes. The food, however, was not up to par for the price we paid for the experience. The selection of dishes was limited. Although I felt that the dishes were tasty, most of the taste came from salt rather than spices. I am glad that I ate there just for the experience but once is enough for me.

A must stop while visiting Niagara Falls! See the view from over 700ft in the air, and enjoy the rotating scenery of the falls and the city.

Food was disaster it felt like someone poured bottle of salt on all the dishes. There was not even one dish which was good.we paid around $180 but it was not even worth $10 It’s always better to book observation desk and have food somewhere else.

The view is amazing but the food was terrible. I'm not a good cook and even my kids preferred my cooking over the buffet food. I recommend just buying the tickets to the top but get dinner elsewhere.

The view was spectacular. The food was very good but could’ve had a better selection. They were not enough vegetables. They had potatoes, rice pilaf and Asian noodles, all of which are starch and cheap. Everything we ate did taste great though. The service was good and overall it was a nice experience to do once. I probably would not go back if I visit the area again just because “been there, done that”.

Buffet costs $50 per person but isn't worth $10. Meatballs taste like spam. Boring pasta and noodle dishes. Prime rib was ok at least. The only reason to go here at all is because the view is nice, if you have a good table. Please don't waste your money unless you understand it's not going to be very good. I also thought it was very unsavory to have them compel you to pose for photos before taking the elevator up. They very much want you to buy some pathetic green-screen images that were already campy 20 years ago. The entire facility is just coasting on what is essentially now ancient history. The ad copy on the outside describes the elevator like a VW Bug, that tells you a lot. At least the waiter we had was a nice guy.

The manager was absolutely amazing. He was a middle ages gentleman and was sooooo accommodating. The blonde girl at the front desk of the restaurant?? RUDE!!!! The washroom we used to change the baby was disgusting and when we told her? She rolled her eyes and said nothing! Considering we are still in a COVID world?? The area for the buffet is SMALL and CROWDED!!! We found hair in the food and everyone using the same spoon to take food was gross!! People and kids were coughing over the sub par food! Would never recommend this place to anyone. I will say the drinks were quite good :-)

view was terrific, service was terrible. First of all, there was too noisy. There were lots of people, so servers were extremely busy. They forgot to clean my plates, and even brought wrong check to me without any comments on this check. It was great to see the firework in the best place, but not good for quiet meeting. One time is enough.
