I was so happy to get here ... Great deals ...Fantastic service..lots of different stores.. Lots of parking

We used to go to this Outlet and stopped in previous visits due to reduced level of stores. We stopped in on our last visit because we left the Outlets at Niagara on the Lake early. We were pleasantly surprised and found the prices much better at these stores. There are a few new stores opening and it appears the management is working hard to revitalize this location. Facilities were well maintained as well. Great deals and Coach, Urban Planet, Garage and Carters. Lots of parking and easy to get in / out of the mall.

This outlet never disappoints. Whenever we go to Niagara Falls, this is always a “must-stop” for the family. Prices are never before seen in any other outlets we have been in and around Toronto. Highly recommended outlet shopping mall and restaurants are nearby if you get hungry after shopping.

At Canada One, you will find great retailers like Guess, Adidas, Ryn's and Ghost Kitchens as well as Rocky Mountain Chocolate for those food cravings. There's plenty of parking, the stores are well stocked and the prices are more than reasonable. The mall is conveniently located and easy to get too.

Visited La Vie en Rose. Great selection of everything. Alot of bathing suits on sale but trying to find your size might be a challenge. But, definitely worth the visit

Too many stores to get through, lol... but we made quite a few good [and much needed] purchases. Some of the prices are a little higher than normal, but I guess that's to be expected in a tourist area.

Small outlet horseshoe shaped mall with little selections. We bought some goodies but ultimately it was convenient but became quickly boring. It's more like an average shopping plaza.

Sad to see this place go downhill, when it opened it was vibrant and full of top brand name stores. Now many stores have left and there are empty spaces. I hope it can be rejuvenated and brand name stores will return. However it is still worth visiting for SVP Sports - they offer a ton of sports clothing and shoes at amazing prices!

I had a great experience at the vaccination clinic in Canada One mall. It's spacious and clean The walk-in vaccination clinic is efficient and convenient. I highly recommend it.

This used to be the happening place to go years ago . Id go specifically gete ti do xmas shopping. Now quite a few stores have shut down, the ones that are there you though you will get a much better deal than at Niagara Outlet Mall. I went to Urban Planet and a great associate helped me pick out joggers for my 12yr old grandaughter Excellent Customer Service! thanks to Leiagh. 🫠Forever21 is inside this store as well, it's huge ! Lots of great deals. Also bought few pieces at Urban Kids , you'll find really good kids clothing here at a great price . Again the Associate was so very helpful ( sorry I forgot your name ) American Eagle is by far the best place to shop for amazing deals 👌 their merchandise is not current fashion hence , sweaters, polo shirts , t-shirts, is under $12.99 plus great jeans, joggers etc. You have to visit here ! I bought a pair of men's jeans and a long sleeved shirt Total cost was $26.90 plus TX. Regular price would have been $120.00 🙌 I do miss Roots store being here, but there are also a great few brand name stores still to shop . You can also get coffee, drinks and something to eat. There are washrooms also. Parking is free 🙌 and lots of it . Happy Shopping 🛍 .

Went to get jeans at American Eagle Outfitters, great mall. Lots of parking and decorated for Christmas Staff was great. Also went to La Vie en Rose, to get items with a friend, she got excellent service, staff very knowledgeable and happy to serve you. Great mall to shop at in Niagara Falls on Lundy's Lane

Was not excited about this place as an outlet. Was very outdated and my have been a great outlet back in the 80s. But a ten minute drive you could be at the Niagara outlet and it's fantastic.

Worst experience Will not go again Rude employees We went to the store today and tried some clothes. A women working there was probably not interested or was in some hurry. She girl with the huge lashes directly said to hang the tried cloths on with so much attitude and straight went to billing counter.. They need more training…. That was rude and disrespectful tone of her..

Love them all but I didn't find the deals amazing there. Maybe I'm used to bargain shopping if it too much.

This is a decent outlet mall with a pretty good selection of items with pretty good prices. Definitely a little bit older now but if you're in Niagara Falls and want to do a little shopping on a rainy day this will be a great place to go to get some great deals with a pretty good selection

Mall needs a road overhall. Needs better signs - rooftop maybe Overall it's an outlet mall like the others - no real Niche to stand out. But the stores are all open and friendly

Great mall in a convenient location with lots of parking right in front of the stores. This mall has the best shoe store, Tootsies !

The American Eagle outlet has great bargains, didn't find any other real bargains there whatsoever. Visited Skechers prices seemed about normal to me. Not outlet pricing! Same for LL Bean. One visit was enough for me. I probably never have to go back

Nice plaza with interesting stores for buying low price clothing.

This outlet mall is now a ghost town compared to what it used to be before. You can still find some deals, but not many. Head to the other Outlet instead.

Absolute ghost town.. stores definitely don't stock for local purchasers. Tons of 000,00 & 0 sizes. 3 vacant store fronts, low inventory and minimal named brand stores.

This outlet is clean and well taken care of. There are some good stores and some not so great stores. Unless you are a size S or M, don't bother doing into American Eagle.

Good outlet mall. Lots of brand name stores. Due to Covid there is usually alot of parking spaces. The outside is clean. I went to the Adidas store and there is an employee at the door making sure everyone is sanitizing their hands, wearing masks and explaining the store policies.

AWESOME prices and a very good selection!! I could EASILY spend a few hundred dollars here and walk out with bags and bags of quality, amazingly priced goods!!

Great place to shop if you're a local, just minutes away from my home. No need to drive to TO or cross over the river.

I would say there are not soo many branded fashion shops still have of my favourite shops like Addidas, Tommy

It was quiet becuz of covid but the stores were on top of it. Sanitizers at the doors and staff at stores were great.

Not a lot of selection, I will likely be going to the larger outlet nearby next time. The Nike store had some good sales when we were there though. Edit: Thanks for the reply! I will check out the new stores and promotions next time I'm in the area.

waited 45 min in line and they removed me from their store. Told me my mask i bought from a mask maker and is safer then most was not sufficient and had me escorted out by security. Ill never spend another cent at this place

Great outdoor outlet mall! Love that I can walk from my car to the stores without having to indoors. Each store has their own sales going on, staff is friendly and property is always clean. Noticed that new stores have opened since reopening after Covid, look forward to seeing even more!

My favourite store is Laura which has incredible clothes- a proportion of them are made in Canada. That store is so underrated. I also like the sports place (svp), the shoe place (tootsies) and the chocolate place (rocky mountain fudge.) You can almost always find great deals at many of the stores. Love this mall. It's very chill because it's on the small end and is very easy to get around. Great for people who don't like huge crowds. There are so many good restaurants on Lundy's Lane, that this place doesn't even need a proper food court though it has a "ghost kitchen." I am very content with the mall because even though I'm picky I always find things I love there.

Great finds here - we visited the Samsonite store ($80 7lbs high end mid-size suitcase? Yes please), Urban Planet had nice finds, as did the Guess outlet. Tootsies has a huge selection for the size of store. Fair prices, but not rock bottom (I got a nice pair of Sketchers here).

They had a pair of boots I couldnt find anywhere else not even online. And it was avery good deal too. Been looking for these for a while and finally got em!

Definitely aimed more towards the female shopper, so many great stores and prices!

Loved the adidas store, some good sneakers there, definitely check it out.

Only visited Suzy and Coach stores. They both have good discounts going on. No need to fear fitting rooms sanitized after each customer. Pleasant sales reps at both places.

There are a few stores left at this outlet but definitely not as great as it used to be back in the day. We only go to the Adidas (which has a great sale right now 50% off) and grab a treat at Rocky Mountain. They also have a Sirius Plait store now too.

Awful experience at Adidas, we bought some clothes, but we decided to return to the store and buy other things we liked. One of the associates called a security guard (He wasn't in the store before) after she finished talking with him, he wouldn't stopped following us, staring at us and taking notes, not sure why, we bought there a couple of hours before and clearly we were there to buy more. He wasn't even discreet and no, he wasn't following others customers he was just right behind us, we were unable to continue shopping because it was extremely uncomfortable, I felt harassed to have someone behind us at all times so we decided to pay and leave, he kept staring at us , and until we finish paying he stopped . I understand that is their job to make sure everything is okay, but at least he could be more discreet, so we wouldn't feel uncomfortable. It seemed more like he was discriminating us.

Awesome, love the old style mall entering each store from outside. Easy to find stores and also dog friendly. Prices are normal but lots of sales. Nike store has a better variety of childrens clothing than Burloak Nike Outlet but similar otherwise.

Guess and American Eagle always able to find nice jeans

A cool place to explore and look around. Good shopping. I mean you can't beat the prices love @adidas

Good place to shop but losing its charm as most of the stores are leaving. Make sure to check out Adidas. They always have sales going on.

Nice little outlet mall. Lots of parking. I hit up the sports store and urban planet the most and they have some great deals from time to time. Check it out.

There really isn't a lot here, sadly. It's a plaza, not a mall and we went there specifically to get some clothes for a special occasion and could find nothing. There is, however, a lovely fine fragrance store there which made it worth the trip... for me, anyway. 😉

Not at all what it used to be. Most the stores are pretty crummy and the pricing was meh overall. If you are able to drive the bigger outlet by St. Cathrines is way better.

Visited the SVP store great prices on a lot of things. Staff doesn't know what they are selling was there twice and both times got either insecure or not knowledgeable staff. Either way it was a struggle too find the correct size when it came too soccer socks because they wouldn't let us try them on and the packages weren't labelled very well saying junior or adult. Luckily I discovered one price point was all juniors other price point was seniors.

What once used to be the go to outlet is now a hidden gem. Poor selection but for those looking for deals it's a good place to explore. The SVP sports is great

Not that big, but good deals and have a lot of offers, you can visit if you interested in different brands such as clothing, shoes, furniture etc. There are no shops for SIM cards, phone etc. You can consider Niagra Square instead

Visited shopping Center to take my kids to the vaccination Department in part of the building As Nice an open clean lots of nice buildings around and lots of stores high-end stores for kids clothing as well as adult clothing. Easy to get to and Id go back

Visited with family, has a variety of great stores on hand for everybody's liking.

Surprisingly quiet, there was no one here on a weekend, we basically had the place to ourselves . The only place I found that had an amazing deal was bootlegger. Worth a visit to look around.

Great stores! When the food trucks set up there will be great food! Sometimes gets really busy but none the less still worth visiting

This outlet mall has gone down hill so fast. There is also most thing there. I remember years a go that this outlet mall was jam packed. And now it is almost a ghost town

A good place with factory outlets and eatery. Nice place with expensive as well as on sale products, mainly fashion and sports. Have a place to eat and bus stop right in front of it. Has brands like tommy Hilfiger, urban planet, guess....

Annoyed to drive here just to find out that dynamite is no longer here when it’s says open on the website. Terrible outlet mall.

Feel for the owners of these shops :( Mall parking lot was so empty :( Need to add a couple more stores because when nike left (for "other" outlet) and coach downsized, it effected entire mall walk up sales, so sad. Add some unique outlet stores, like a one of kind Canadian Burton or Superdry shop.... that will help the area out. Even adding a Nike again would work.

It's a dying tourist mall with a sad food court and no stores that I would really ship at. I was devastated when the body shop left there because that was the only reason I went there plus the body shop was an outlet and has great deals on everything and I loved their staff

You can find better deals at other stores and only. The lady at one of the shoe shops tried to sell me a damaged shoe :(
