Very unfortunate to say that, I love Burrito Boyz food but It just only this location who has disappointed by serving such a cheap food quality. Salsa pretty much empty container, sour cream half of water. And the food compromised quality. Wish they could improve this stingy mentality where you still charging full money for cheap quality services.

I ordered 14 Burritos from here to as I was giving party to my friends. We were very tired on that day as we all travelled from Quebec by car. I have ordered all the burritos with specific instructions online. But when we open the food at home; we saw that half of the food was not made properly. Let me share you and image where on instruction it says no sour cream but inside there is sour cream. I went back there to solve the issue there and asked that I would be ok if they can make it again. Instead of making new one or refunding, They told me that they are closing so they don't have time to make new one. Then they promised that their owner will call me to solve the issue. It has been a month but I did not got any call. Look at the photos I uploaded of the food! It clearly does not have sour cream and Burrito Sause but inside the food it is there. I was really upset as they made these mistakes in all 16 burritos. I don't think I will ever go their again even when the store is just 5 minutes from my home

I ordered a naked burrito and asked for extras and these employees blessed me! Usually when I order BurritoBoys, it’s from the Hwy7 and Pine Valley location but from now on, I’m coming to the one on Hwy27. I’ve been disappointed before from the amount of sauce and toppings from Hwy7 but this location did not disappoint at all. 5/5 would recommend to anyone!

My son loves to eat a burrito from here once every week. Placing the order here is as simple as giving them a call and providing your cell phone number. They have the orders stored and they would send a text when the order is ready to be picked up!!!

Got naked veggie soy bowl . Girl was not good with putting toppings . Their spoons are super small for toppings . Made very watery by adding alot of burrito sauces and other one .

This is by far the best burrito boyz location. I’ve been to 15-20 of them and this one is the cleanest with the best employees and highest level of consistency. I have been eating here almost everyday and I think it will stay that way. The location is a bit weird which is probably why they’re not open too late but at least there’s a bunch of parking.

This place has awesome food! Their tacos are gluten-free and they still taste great! They load their portions with a bunch of toppings for an added punch of flavour. Totally worth it! I'm so glad this is close to home as a late night snack or a random munchie craving.

I ordered a naked burrito today April 26th with only vegetables thinking that it was going to taste bland but willing to take the chance. My daughter also placed an order and we were served by Bianca who was very pleasant and made our visit feel very welcomed. Burrito Boyz delivered in this naked burrito. Hands down this is the best naked burrito I have ever had and then some. I would definitely order this again and I encourage you to try this if you haven't done so before, you won't regret it. Thanks also to Abel for the great customer service. Keep up the great customer service work. I will be back.

All time favourite…… Never got disappointed with staff and food.. Quality was good, tasty food and fresh….Burrito, nachos and fried fries….. Always prefer this location for burrito…….😊😊😊😊😊😊

ordered 2 naked burritos yesterday off of uber eats. food was excellently packaged. food stayed hot. tasted amazing. only thing i would say could be “wrong” is there was an excessive amount of cilantro on mine… but i like cilantro so i enjoyed it.

These people need to train their staff , lady at billing not taking order she is yelling .last visit .today . Very poor service .

They literally don't understand what sufficient quantity means. Burrito bowls are barely 30-40% full (less than a quarter of the container at times). I thought I give them a couple of chances but the same results every time. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very convenient with this location down the street from me. Burritos are consistently good whenever I go and the employees never skimp on the ingredients when making the bowls.

Had lunch delivered today and as usual did not disappoint. Tasty, consistent, well priced and timely delivery. Cheers!

This location is always consistent with their orders and they don’t skimp on the bowl toppings like some other places. Service is also super friendly and my online order is always ready when I go for pickup!

if i’m being completely honest within this review, the burrito boyz on hwy 7 and rutherford is top quality. not only was the service amazing… it was also very efficient and fast. They also had every jaritos flavour which was a plus. I will buy from here again.

Amazing staff n amazing service. They were very friendly and the burrito was just right. I asked the server to decide a burrito for me, and she definitely didnt disappoint. Im too far from this location otherwise i would be here for lunch atleast once a week. Hope to visit again soon.

Been here twice and both times was a mess, first time the quality was not very good due to having rotten tomato in my taco and thought it happens and was not sick. 2nd time was even worse, will never make this mistake and ever come here. Took one bite from my taco and was immediately off and threw it away. 2 hours later I had a nasty stomach bug. Not sure why the reviews are so high but previous management maybe the reason.

Good food, great customer service and easy truck parking ! What more do you need!
